      Living in ******* where the crappy apartments are expensive, PadSplit is truly a god send. Love the app and feel clean and safe in my house. Actually one of the nicest rooms *** ever stayed in. Definitely a good place to save money and prepare for the next step in life.

      Good idea but terrible execution. Bungalow is a much better ** living organization. PadSplit is a haven for felons and lowlifes. You will en**unter extreme drama and abuse until youre the one perpetuating the drama and abuse. Stay away from it his Company. Sleep at the airport or train station and save your money. PadSplit is trash.

      I have had to move to several different padsplit properties over the past few months' due problems with either roommate some of whom smoked weed, or lack of host response to repairs. When there are serious problems with troubled padmates, customer service will tell you to talk it out. Most people have to actually call the police and file charges to enforce their boundaries according to the rules of the service. The properties are not as described on the site and by the time you find out you are already moved to the new place, host often time outright ignore request for repairs or services for the properties. The truth is it's very deflating, but they're cost effective for people in the middle of changes in their lives and finances. At one padsplit a man was shot by another padmate using this method. Not everyone living in these homes are mentally stable.

      Padsplit took money from me without my knowledge. They don't give refunds. Worst experience ever. Because of what happened I can't afford to move out of a particular place like I had intended to. I am currently living in a town with no benefits. People in this town are not very helpful. Padsplit will take money two days before your rent is due.

      Padsplit keeps harassing me, calling me a million times about the same thing. I keep having to repeat myself over and over. Sending harassing emails, lying that they didn't receive any of my emails I sent, although ****** said they did send it. They keep terminating my contract even though the owner says they're willing to work with me, just a bunch of lies and harassment. Charging crazy fees. They leave me with no choice but to seek legal remedy.

      Padsplit has been a God send while going for a fresh start at life. My pad mates are all very courteous and respectful. The host is absolutely amazing with prompt assistance on maintenance issues or any questions you may have. She even provided a small basket with essentials (trash bag, laundry detergent, Clorox wipes, toilet paper, dish soap) which was extremely generous. She also included a hand written note with a chocolate on the nightstand to welcome you home. I highly recommend Padsplit for those looking for a place of residence with minimal hassle.
