      Padsplit has been a God send while going for a fresh start at life. My pad mates are all very courteous and respectful. The host is absolutely amazing with prompt assistance on maintenance issues or any questions you may have. She even provided a small basket with essentials (trash bag, laundry detergent, Clorox wipes, toilet paper, dish soap) which was extremely generous. She also included a hand written note with a chocolate on the nightstand to welcome you home. I highly recommend Padsplit for those looking for a place of residence with minimal hassle.

      Pad split is heaven sent.For me. In the world where everybody is making everything harder.Padsplit is making it easy To go to work, have peace, get rest, save money.And live comfortably!!       I am thankful for finding Padsplit.com and my new home. The house that I am in is awesome and the house mates are super nice. I can not say enough about our property manager (host) He is fantastic and super efficient for all our requests. Thank you *****

      Perfect place to live when you are going for a fresh start in life. Depending on your pad mates, the experience can be quite rewarding. Maintenance issues are immediately handled as well the maintenance people are friendly and courteous. I met some very nice people while staying at PadSplit. If ever I need a place of residence I would definitely call PadSplit.

      My experience with PadSplit thus far has been amazing. From inception to actually executing the move, PadSplit has been there every step of the way. I had questions 3-4 months before the move and they were STILL happy to answer every question I had. I was impressed. Every grievance handled, every worry addressed. And my home is beautiful! Thank you, PadSplit for an awesome customer experience!

      This has turned out to be a great option for me. Like many, I was apprehensive at first but mostly because of the unknown. We have a GREAT landlord here who completely remodeled this property and has been more than prompt in dealing with any unexpected issues that were unknown in a house that sat empty for over a year. We have all new flooring, appliances, lighting, bathroom fixtures and tile, new beds, and a hard gravel pad in the gated, fenced in back yard for parking complete with security lighting. Everything was clean and new upon my arrival and that is worth a thousand words! I know that was no small expense for our owner and I really appreciate it. I saw the bad reviews here on the BBB when I was considering this option and Im sure there are some bad ones around but this specific situation Im in is a good experience. My savings verses traditional rent are in the ballpark of $800 a month in ***. I was by myself here for 2 weeks and now I have 4 very nice padmates out of a possible 7 and its nice to have people around. The house is quiet as is the neighborhood. PadSplit does give the option to switch homes within 3 days for free if you get into a sticky situation, so dont be too stressed about getting stuck in a bad situation. I advise you to make your assessment early upon your arrival. This is a great option for a youngster starting out or a single older person that wants to free up their budget. Yes, you give up the privacy of your own place but what could you do with $800+ every month?? For me, that was a good trade!

      Perfect for a clean room. My only concern is renting a room with roommates you don't know and not being able to lock ?? your room while at work. Great prices and with most having wi-fi and laundry on premise it's a wonderful option to have. Thanks Padsplit and all host's.

      There is a host (two keys) who has us living without a washing machine...without refrigerators...who has squatters in 5 of the 10 rooms in here. We tell them. They do nothing Door codes aren't changed old members just come back in when they want...the roaches are many...it's just bad...and I have no way of relocating right now.
