      Padsplit is a great opportunity for people down on their luck that has a steady income and needs a nice affordable place to stay ..Pad split has given me the best option of stability for me and my little one ..I dont know where i would be right now if it wasnt for me discovering the padsplit app .. Thank you to whoever started this wonderful company it is a Blessing

      I lived there for a couple of months and had no problems. My roommates picked up for themselves for the most part and it was quiet. Would definitely recommend

      I had a good experience with PadSplit. It was a very quick transition when I needed an emergency place to stay. My PadMates were very kind and respectful. My only problem was that the kitchen sink was constantly broken and fixed and broken again. The Host was very kind and helpful with the move-out process and didnt make it difficult to leave. I would recommend this for people needing a place to stay mid-long term. Longer than an ****** stay, shorter than an apartment lease.

      I like how PadSplit created a way for those who have a difficulty time in finding a reasonable place to stay in to rest without any worries. Right now I believe it is the best thing going on in market. For any kind of stay, but shot term like a month or less you will have to pay more, it still a system one will like. Only if they had overseas to, it can help many retires, and vacationers.

      Scam alert! This company violates all housing laws. The homes are single family units with the common areas sectioned off to make the entire house (except ******************* bedrooms. This awful company preys upon vulnerable people with housing/financial challenges. This den of thieves company encourages referrals through offering a $250 gift card 14 days after the referral moves in, this is a SCAM! I sent a referral link to a friend, they signed up and rented a room. Fourteen days later, no gift card. The scammers informed me via email that my referral did not sign up through my link, which is a lie. ************************ takes advantage of people, using false advertisements to get referrals. They also force a three month commitment by charging $175 extra for a flexible schedule and charge two weeks rent (they charge by the week) for early terminations. They claim to conduct background checks but accept anyone with the fee. I regret giving my money to them and will never refer anyone to them in the future. Avoid these scammers!

      I first discovered Padsplit a few months ago. It seemed like a great idea. You rent a room for as long as you want with no lease or contract for a reasonable weekly fee of your choosing. I was very excited to move into my first rental. Sadly, the reality of the situation wasn't what I had hoped. I arrived at a rental that had not been cleaned or sanitized containing broken appliances. The floor was dirty with dead pests. The window was broken, the light in the closet doesn't work, the closet also had furniture that was yet to be removed, the furniture was covered in dust including the lamp which represented a safety hazard. There were also issues concerning the mattress and bathroom which were also not clean. I reached out to the host who informed me that members are expected to bring cleaning supplies upon move in to clean the room and that I can submit a repair ticket. I was under the impression that it was the host responsibility to clean, sanitize, and ensure working appliances before move-in. The host never apologized for the inconvenience. They didn't see anything wrong. I notified Padsplit directly who submitted a ticket and then closed it simply because the host responded to my inquiry telling me that I'm expected to clean everything. They said I could transfer but had to wait at least 24 - 48 hrs in an unsanitary room. I had no where else to go. I ended up cleaning the room myself but requested a refund for the $100 move in fee. Status is still pending. Padsplit seemed like a great idea but I've lost confidence in the process due to this experience and therefore can't recommend the service to anyone else.
