I was approached by a recruiter on ********* I was rushed into paying a $125.00 fee to join their company and $32.00 for coursework. I want my money back. The recruiter did not tell me this was non fundable until I mention I do not want to be an independent contractor.Business Response

I was rushed through the information process, I was not informed that the background check I was given was a sign-on to becoming a part of the company, as well as containing a non-disclosure agreement.I was also heavily misled about which part of the company I was signing onto. They continually showed Transamerica as the company and brand without telling me I was signing onto this subsidiary.Business Response

I went into a meeting thinking it was a way of getting into selling insurances. I was not told ahead of time I would be an financial advisor. I was told I had to pay $125 for a background check. I have not had the time to go to any meetings or meetings or use any of the software. I tried contacting to get my money back with no luck. I want a full refund, have the contract cancelled and have all my info including SSN, address, phone number and email deleted.Business Response

I was rushed and misled to paying $125 for a background check and given promises about the work. I soon came to realize this was a scam and felt constantly harassed and pressured by the agent. I want my money back, and this broker put me on the spot and paid for a background check for $125 and $29.95 to get a life insurance license. I was approached by a recruiter for a project management job, had an interview which turned into a pitch about a sales positions where they then asked me to pay 125 for a background check. They didn't allow me time to read the contract (should have known better here). Turns out they are saying youre signing a background check doc but youre signing an agreement to be a sales agent for their product. I want nothing to do with the organization, and I would like a refund immediately.Business Response

I recently got sold into spending 125 dollars for a background check by a WFG agent. I would love a refund, but am more concerned with my personal information including my SSN out there. I would like any and all information regarding me deleted from that database.Business Response

The transaction was performed on the 24th of October with the total amount debited being CAD ****** **************** claimed to financially educate me and helping clients in the same way. Upon researching on the organization, many have fallen victim to being recruited by the organization and fooled into paying the registration charges. I was also pressured into buying into one of their products, which I refused. At the moment of the registration charges, I was not aware that there would be any sort of fees required, and was not given any time to think over my decision while I was on-call.Taking into account all the information on the organization online, and its reviews - I have no plans of being a part of this organization, and would like for the amount charged to be refundedBusiness Response
