    Cant finish my course work because of technical difficulties. I have reached out serval times for help and got nothing in result. I have called several times and even emailed, but the problem never resolved. At the end, it turns out to use the software which isnt working I would need to get a whole new PC which I wasnt aware of in the beginning.

    Ive tried multiple times to turn in my labs (after completing them to the best of my ability because their tutoring center is NEVER available so I couldnt get outside help to finish it when I needed) and they keep sending it back ungraded. Due to this I cant complete the course I am enrolled in and I am honestly hoping for a refund at this point. First it was the issue with the software not working and now my labs arent getting graded.

    I graduated in April 2023 with my Associate in HR Admin from Ashworth. I decided in August 2024 to re-enroll with Ashworth to finish my Bachelor in Business Admin. I enrolled on 8/21/24 and paid in full for my tuition and fees that same day. I was required to enroll under a new student ID and they had a whole new "upgraded" student portal this time as well. I reached out to the registrar office and had them evaluate my transcripts to transfer credits over into my new program. Once they completed that process, the student portal was telling me that I needed to re-enroll in a new semester and was trying to charge me another $900. I was also waiting on IT at this point to correct an error in one of my transfer credits. After IT corrected my transfer credit, the link to enroll in my next semester quit working. I have opened numerous tickets over the course of 3 weeks without any resolution. I have been sent 3 different links to re-enroll and none have worked. The student support team has no desire to help you resolve your issue in a timely manner. I have been told I would be called numerous times and have never been called back. I was also told that a Supervisor was working my ticket and would have it resolved same day. That came and passed. According to the support team, they have no way to contact IT directly to discuss issues, so they must open a ticket and wait 7-10 business days for a response. And in my experience, when IT has responded, it hasn't resolved anything and they have to send another ticket in again. I have tried to be very patient in this process but just today, I was told again that when they re-enroll me(if they ever get it figured out), I will have to pay an additional $600. This is unacceptable. I refuse to pay additional fees/tuition when I haven't had access to any classes for the semester I already enrolled in on 8/21/24 (supposed to include 5 classes per semester). Ashworth needs to make this right or refund my money.

    I ordered transcripts for my minor daughter on August 1, 2024. I was told that I would receive them via email within 48 hours. When I did not receive them via email, I contacted them again on August 5th. On August 5th, I was told that I would have them by Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at the latest. On August 8, 2024, I attempted to contact them again to find out when I would receive the transcripts. I was told that I would have them at the end of the day on August 8th. I am not able to easily talk to anyone with the school regarding this issue since it is by appointment only and when I do schedule phone appointments with them, they don't call during my appointment time. When I talk to them via their chat option, they give me short responses and don't answer my questions. The agents will also disconnect the chat before I am able to screenshot their responses on when I will get the transcripts.

    Due to the closed account status, ******************** would need to speak with a ******* Services Advocate to order her transcripts. I was unable to locate any phone calls placed to the school with the number provided to the BBB and the number on the account. I was able to locate ********************** emails and I do apologize that she was advised to use her student portal to order. The email that ******************** used is not the email on the student account.

    I enrolled into Ashworth Colleges Pharmacy Technician program. I have nearly completed the curriculum and I realized that they have a faulty software that is require for me to use to complete their lab simulation part of the curriculum. I have reached out to the school and they stated that a technician will update the software because it is apparently outdated but when I attempted to access the software again it appears to continuously give me the same error message. I have repeatedly asked to escalate the matter to a supervisor but they have denied access to a supervisor. They do not provide any telephone support outside of their customer service representatives. I paid my tuition in full and I cannot get any assistance at all.     Hello. Problem number one. I paid for my semester in full. My assignment 8 in psychology intro was wrongfully graded. The professor mentioned comments like "APA format is wrong and the papers do not have numbers on them and there was no citation in the paper. "I emailed the professor asking to explain in detail what was wrong with the format, the paper does have numbers on it, and the directions didn't require a citation. I didn't get a reply back. I made an appointment with student services just to talk to someone about having my assignment be reevaluated by someone else. Two weeks later I didn't get any updates so I made another appointment about the same issue. Still no updates.Problem number 2. Two weeks later the classes came to a close, as I didn't pay for extra extension. I would like to switch to a different program, and the one class remaining on the semester is not required for the program I want to switch to. However when I call, the auto message tell me to submit a ticket. But I can not submit a ticket because I'm not actually enrolled. When I log in I have to pay for an extension in order to log in to submit a ticket.

    I have been working hard to finish my AA/Vet Tech Program through Ashworth.=, even with the school being in non-compliance with my *** needs as a disabled student. There have been so many problems the last couple of years, now they are losing accreditation and closing the whole school. Currently, I have tried to contact anyone that I can get a hold of to speak to someone at the school, but I have not had any response or support at all. At this point, I do not know how to complete my program and I am running out of time. They took all my scholarship money, and now it's like the school is non-existent for me to finish. I am so close to being done. I paid the school for the education that I am not able to get any support or communication to be able to complete my degree program.     Ashworth College complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the implementing regulations 34 CFR part 104 (barring discrimination on the basis of disability), and the Americans with Disabilities Act ***** of 1990 and the implementing regulations in 29 CFR part 1630 (1991). The school will offer a reasonable accommodation for any qualified student with documented disabilities provided the accommodation does not pose an undue hardship on the school or does not force the school to fundamentally alter the educational course, compromise its academic standards, or place the disabled individual in a better than equal position with nondisabled students.
    The claims ************** makes about Ashworth College closing are false. Ashworth College has made the decision to decommission the Ashworth College Veterinary Technician A.A.S. degree program only.This was effective May 1, 2024. The program will have Voluntary Terminal Accreditation Status through April 30,2026, which means learners will still be able to sit for the **** exam if they complete their program by that date. 
    As ************** is in her final semester with the degree,she does have enough time to finish prior to the Voluntary Terminal Accreditation Status expiring.
    We provided all students in the program notification in May of 2024 of the decommission plan. Students were offered 2 options. The first option was a no-cost transfer into the ***************** College Veterinary Technician A.S. degree program to finish. We would transfer all funds paid to Ashworth College to the Penn ****** Program and complete a transcript evaluation to apply the proper credits. The second option was to continue with the Ashworth Program. Students were advised they had 24 moths to complete all 4 semesters of the program if they chose this option. Students were advised they needed to be completed by 4/30/2026 to be able to sit for the **** exam.
    We are having a member of our Education team reach out to ************** directly to resolve any educational questions she currently has.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Even the letter that he is referring to states students will continue to be supported by the Ashworth College faculty and staff during this teach out period.

    The response does not address the issue that Ashworth College is not supporting the student at all. I receive emails from no-reply, which is not helpful at all and still no interaction with a person. If I transfer to *****************, I will have to repeat classes and externships, I have already been displaced while completing these. Still now, nobody has been able to tell me who my instructor is for my psychology class or how to connect. I have not received any support from anyone at Ashworth as they are unresponsive to my requested needs. The computer program for the psychology class is messed up and not even ****** or ******** can fix it. So ya, I still need assistance, or I need to get an Attorney.

    Between my wife, my daughter and myself, we have called a dozen times and have spoken to acquire transcripts for my daughter so she can move onto college.JMHS claims they do not handle transcripts and instead they are handled by Parchment.As the school my daughter attended they are indeed responsible for delivering the transcripts.JMHS has said they sent the transcripts twice, yet we are not in receipt of them.Parchment claims they have no record of emails being sent.JMHS claims it's a problem with their provider (Parchment), while Parchment claims it's a problem with JMHS.No one knows where the transcripts are. No one knows how to get them.I request receipt of said transcripts.I request a call from an individual to confirm receipt of said transcripts and not to get off the phone until said transcripts are confirmed as delivered.

    I am filing a complaint against Ashworth College due to their failure to provide timely access to courses and withholding my transcript. I have been enrolled in courses at Ashworth College, and they have consistently delayed providing access to courses after my start date. Additionally, despite repeated requests, Ashworth College has refused to release my transcript, which I urgently need for [state reason, e.g., job applications, further education].These actions by Ashworth College have severely impacted my ability to progress in my studies and fulfill my educational goals.     Our mission is to support our learners throughout their academic journey by providing the necessary resources and feedback to help them achieve their goals. We apologize for any delays ************** experienced in ordering transcripts through our third-party vendor, as well as accessing course material.

    We advise learners to enter the Enrollment Number associated with the specific program they are ordering documents for into the third-party system. Using a different Enrollment Number can cause delays or result in transcripts being issued for other enrollments within our educational institutions.

    ****************** current active enrollment is in the Ashworth College Psychology Program (24032066Z7). The transcript for this program was successfully ordered and sent by our third-party vendor, Parchment,on July 11, 2024.
    Regarding ****************** concerns about timely access to courses, our Learner Success and Education team has been in constant contact with her about pending assignments that were preventing her from progressing to the next course. Once ************** selects her elective, our Learner Success team will ensure it is applied to her account and ***** appropriate access.

    To Whom It May **************** I welcome the opportunity to address Ms. ****** concerns. On February 20, 2023,Ashworth College received a signed enrollment agreement and down payment from ****** *************************** for the Home Health Aide Career Diploma program.

    Under this enrollment, 61% of the program was completed. Due to defaulted payments, the account we referred to an outside collection agency. On July 3, 2024, the outside collection agency returned the students account back to ********************. On July 8, 2024, I emailed ************** directly using the email that was provided to the BBB. This is the same email that was provided to Ashworth College during the enrollment process. I did provide ************** with a resolution to her concern. A letter will also be mailed as requested.

    Ashworth College is devoted to the educational advancement and satisfaction of all our students.
