    I have been happy after 2 or3 completed orders... I will continue to use them as a source. I do hate their email ads though... I just delete them..

    Ordered a rifle, within a few days they sent out a tracking number, within a week and a half it was at my FFL. Item is exactly as described, would order from again.

    I’d steer clear of this company. They do not provide customer service at all. As an assistant manager at a gun store who purchases frequently thru BattleHawk, I’m disgusted with how there is no customer service. I ordered an optic with insurance (extra $25 on battlehawk) and found out that they put the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke with UPS who stated, battle hawk contacted them to “update” the shipping address because they used my last name as the address. It had been delivered to the wrong address before they caught the mistake. After being ghosted for 2 weeks, they finally reply that they can’t do anything once order is shipped. Now I’m out of $200, no refund, no package, no customer service. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to hassle a business to remedy a problem that wasn’t my fault. It seems they would rather point the finger at UPS to blame when they should in fact be held responsible until the package reaches the customers destination. Poor poor customer service

    Ordered SIG 9mm mags. Order came faster than originally advised. Price for mags was the best of 7 gun/ammo stores I order from.

    I placed an order towards the end of last year. I only received about 2/3 of the of the order. I have created tickets and sent emails with photos. Unfortunately, all I receive from them is more requests for the same info. They have not shown any effort to send me the rest of my order. I don’t recommend ordering from this establishment.

    Bought gun parts from them with insured shipping. FedEx delivered to wrong house. FedEx told me to contact seller and Battlehawk refuses to work with me. I will not be buying from them again!
