      Been a customer for over a year. Their products are amazing! I place my order every month and it shows up on my doorstep in two days! I would rather support an ******** Manufacturer than support big box conglomerates! And their customer service is remarkable! I am so happy I found them!

      Signing up for a membership is a snap, cancellation is like trying to exit the mob. Finding the cancellation page was very difficult (no clear navigation), then you have to read some warnings about all the things you might be giving up by not buying into the marketing hype, then you get an email with more warnings about leaving the company, then a link to fill out an acknowledgement of all the benefits you will lose (dozens of boxes to check), and then a form to print and send back. I could donate a kidney with less effort. I've never bought a car with such a convoluted process. All of this, one has to imagine, is cultivated to make exiting difficult. Oh, and if you are a member you are committed to buying a certain amount each month or they just order automatically for you. This isn't convenience, this is coercion from a multi-level marketing company trying to entrap people. I hope the word gets out because American companies preying on American consumers is a tragedy.

      Hey- these products a fooking amazing. I am so impressed with them. Their ************************* are amazing and I already feel better after 4 days. I was a customer years ago, canceled (like a dummy) and came back. **** never gonna leave.

      Literally impossible to cancel. I'm 29 and I'm a wiz on the computer. I can't imagine how they do older folks. Shameful.

      When I signed up, there was absolutely no explanation or mention of the fact that you will automatically be billed once a month for a minimum of 35 points worth of products, which is equivalent to $80. This is stealing!!! I have mentioned every single month that I wanted to cancel with complete and utter disregard for my request, both from my enroller and from the office line directly. The supposed points system where you learn to earn is a sham, as I have not even once been able to apply these apparent loyalty dollars to any of these orders. To be honest, as soon as I called the main line to cancel, they should have refunded me since they overdrafted me by surprising me with an $85 charge to my account for items that this company chose and forced me to pay for. It's terrible business. I have again billed twice since calling the company directly requesting to cancel. I have called twice with no resolution to my issue. The real kicker is how you won't even allow me to delete my default payment. It's 100% FRAUD!!! I should have been issued a full refund the first time I called to complain, but instead, I have been billed nearly $200 more for products that I don't like and have effectively expressed to management at this company multiple times now. It's a shame that I have to literally dispute these charges with my financial institution and get a new card number to stop these shenanigans. I will have the pleasure of spending a couple of hours of my time changing the billing information or all of my autopayments due to poor management and awful customer service and support in kindly requesting to cancel this sham.

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during your time as a member of Melaleuca.  Thanks for taking a call from one of our team members to help you cancel your membership and return your last order.  As of this response, we have not received your request to cancel.  We have went ahead and cancelled your membership.  As part of signing up to shop at Melaleuca, each member agrees to a monthly order commitment in exchange for exclusive membership benefits and discounts.  Additionally, members can cancel their membership at any time. Hopefully, in the near future, we can have the opportunity regain your trust and see you again.

      this company is a scam!!!!!! I have tried to cancel this subscription since October i have done everything they have asked filled out their cancellation form signed it sent by email in October as well as in November ! I just received another email stating your order has shipped and charged my card again another *****! this is the worst company they are a scam ! DO NOT SIGN WITH **** FROM MELALUCA SHE WILL SCAM YOU AND NEVER LET YOU CANCEL I CANNOT AFFORD THIS

      Signed up with Melaleuca about a year ago. Wanted to cancel my membership. Ive been sending them their letters they need to cancel my membership since Sept 20, 2023. They still keep deducting money from my account. They are playing games with me. One of the numbers on their invoices doesnt even work. They just dinged my account again for $82.29. Im calling again. Im also blocking them from my bank account. Dont sign up. They will never stop taking their money out of your account. Ive called them four times at the very least.
