********* is in breach of contract and i have tried to resolve this issue since October of 2023. I have called numerous times with the promise of a return call, doesnt happen, i have emailed recieved an acknowledgement but little or no follow up, i have sent certified letters and have had little or no response. I hjave been very clear on our issues with their lack of service we pay for and their few response do not make sense. The have failed. this is an exerpt of their contract: Effective 30 days from today we are terminating our service. Per your contract which states: Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement in the event that the other party fails to perform its material obligations under the Agreement, effective upon receipt of a thirty (30) day advance notice of their intent to terminate and a thirty (30) day opportunity to cure. The non-performing party shall have thirty (30) days from the date of such notice to remedy its failure. If the non-performing party is unable to remedy its failure within the thirty (30) day period, the other party may terminate this Agreement, effective on the 60th day following the original written notice. Competitive offers by other vendors do not constitute grounds for termination. Written notice shall be sent via certified mail to: Stericycle, Inc., ********************************************************************, Attn: Account Retention Manager. Faxes may be sent to: Attn: Account Retention Manager, ************. Receipts for certified mail and fax receipts are acceptable forms of proof of delivery.I have fulfilled my obligations and terms of the contract they have not. I gave them plenty of notice and as of January 1 **** we will no longer allow them on our premises or pay them. this is according to their terms because they are the ones that defaulted.This is not a new issue it is ongoing. I am rejecting this response because:Their credits and accounting do not make sense. they stated they would credit my account for October and November, I had already paid for those months. services ended Dec 31 2023 yet they are showing billing for *** 2024. I have asked for clarification and it has been a week with no response. I emailed them the billing they sent me with notes all over it. this has been my typical response with them, unclear documentation from them and the failure to respond in a timely mater.

On 10/4/23, I signed contract addendum, to add chemo therapy waste pick up, to our account. After almost 2 months, I contacted our account manager, and was told there was a back log of contracts waiting to entered, and I should be on our account soon. It was finally added on 12/7, and was told we could get a pick up on 12/9. I was on vacation the next week, but when I came back in the office on 12/18 and the containers had not been picked up. I emailed customer service and the agent told me she would call her dispatch, find out what happened and get back with me. After almost 2 weeks, she still had not gotten back with me. I called Stericycle and was told the next pick up date would be 1/23/24, almost 4 months since I signed the contract. I let them know that I have been waiting since October, and now had 4 containers to be picked up. She said she would see if she could get it picked up sooner. I checked our online account the next day, and it did not even show the 1/23//24 pick up scheduled on the account. I emailed customer service, to vent my frustrations, and they were able to schedule a pick up for 12/29/23. I came into the office 1/2/24, and the containers were not picked up. I looked on the website, and it shows that the work order for 12/29 is closed, and that there is a manifest, although the manifest is unavailable to read. Not sure how there is a manifest, if nothing was picked up?? I am tired of calling and emailing, and not getting any resolution. I now have 5 chemo waste, ready to be picked up. I really need to get these containers picked up, or let me know if there is something I need to do to get these picked up.Our account # is **********. I signed a contract with Stericycle 01/04/23. They are suppose to come 2 times a year. They never came the first time when they were suppose too. I contacted Steri cycle on 12/08/23 to cancel my account. I was told that the cancelation department would reach out. They never did so I called again and was told I needed to email ******************************** so I did. He said I couldnt can even my contract. We exchanged a few emails but he never emailed me back. Stericycle, again, just missed the 2nd pick up. I paid almost $400 for this service and the services arent even available. If the health department came in and saw my needles havent properly been disposed of, my tattoo license could be at risk. I would like to end my contract with the company due to failure of service that I pay for not being rendered.Business Response

I have been a client for 3 years and 3 months ago the company switch to shred it without notifying me stopping my auto pay resulting in me back paying multiple bills now Im being charged again for these same costs asking me to prove which Im submitting to them. The issue is I have inconsistent pickups and they sometimes dont show up and reschedule me at random days resulting in missed appts and no contact but Im still billed multiple times. *** contacted them they never give me appts saying they cant ******************** and have to send email and dont notify me of the pickup dates only a week before usually. Apparently Im in a 5 year contract but my service is in consistent and the charges continue sometimes 2 times a month. I only have one red can to pick up monthly and there are times I call the change th date cause they pick closed days and again submit request for days I wants and return with a random date. Im an appoint only shop and therefore my schedule I need control of I have been attempting since November to get a Dec date and again they continue to give me nothing. I have a 26th date which closed for holiday and was to be changed to 22 nd said I was good and then no one came I called and shows still 26th so now I dont have a December pick at all and continue to wait for said email. I dont know what to do to get out of this contract . And I feel there was no notice of a 5 year contract when signing up -and with the quality of service and change of services I should be able to be out . I want out of this contract as they dont provide adequate services nor provide contact in a timely manner.Business Response

********************** has paid Stericyle for Biomedical waste pick **** On 10/1/2023 we were billed $147 which was paid 9/30/2023. On 10/25/2023 we were billed another $147 payment which was paid on 10/17/2023. We were scheduled a pick up on 10/13/2023, which they failed to pick up as they came before our business hours were open. We were billed twice in the month of October and was stacked on biomedical waste. We were told that we would be credited this pick up when we need it, as it was their fault for missing our hours of operation. They came for their one scheduled pick up in November, which was paid 11/21/2023. They have not come for a pick up at all in the month of December, and our bill is due 12/25/2023. We are now over piled in Biomedical waste and we have put in two different references trying to claim our credit pick up that we have been owed. The first excuse that was given to us was that there was no driver in route, and the second was that they cannot get ahold of a local driver. We have a lab testing a few units down, and have seen Stericycle complete their pick *** so the route was definitely not the issue. We are told that we cannot get an emergency pick up, and we are also told that we cannot get a refund for the month of October that we paid to make up for the neglected services. In regards of biomedical waste, we pay them for their services to be picked up biweekly. They fail to provide their services even monthly, and there seems to be no solution in compensating for the money we have lost and are now owed. There has been reference numbers given, and there is no follow up on Stericycle's end. We have no choice but to contact another company to pick up our biomedical waste, as we need to maintain in regulations with the health department as our priority.Business Response

We have contacted Stericycle nearly 10 times now, via phone and email with no resolution. We have been overcharged and over billed, even with signed contracts in place. Services were never rendered. I called to cancel my contract and was told to complete the process I would need to speak with a manager. The said manager was supposed to call me back to complete the process. Per their policy contracts can't be canceled without this conversation with the manager. Waiting over 2 weeks for the manager to call me back. When I call customer service they claim all they can do is send the account manager an email. In the meantime, I have monthly invoices adding up for services I never received. This is fraud! I would like my contract voided and balance canceled.Business Response
