I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES COMPLAINING. WE HAVE NO PICK **** WE ARE A VERY SMALL BUSINESS AND ASKED FOR ONCE A YEAR. **** @ ************ CALLED ME TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I GOT AN EMAIL ZEROING OUT OUR ACCOUNT AND HE FIXED THAT SOME HOW WE HAD TWO ACCOUNTS. WEIRD. HE SAID NO MORE ISSUES AND TO CALL ONCE A YEAR FOR PICK UP. A WEEK LATER THE ***** CAME IN AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. I CALLED TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT OPEN AND BE DONE FOR GOOD. STILL NOT CLOSED AND HAVE TICKET NUMBERS. SPOKE WITH MAY, THE TEAMLEADER, TODAY BUT I HAVE MY DOUBTS THAT THIS WILL BE HANDLED. NICE ENOUGH PEOPLE, BUT THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ANYTHING. I am rejecting this response because:AS OF TODAY, 4.3.2025, AFTER PAYING OFF THE BALANCE OF THE STATEMENTS THEY SENT OVER, WE CONTINUE TO BE BILLED, AFTER BEING TOLD WE WOULD HAVE BOTH ACCOUNTS CLOSED ASAP AND NO MORE BILLS. THEY CALL TODAY AND I'M LIVID. I CAN NOT BELIEVE A COMPANY OPERATES THE WAY THEY DO AND NO IS IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE.I'M BEYOND ANGRY AT THIS POINT. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET THEM TO STOP.

I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of our account due to ongoing service issues that have caused significant problems for our company.Account Details:Account Number: ********** Company Name: *** Legal Recruitment Address: *************************************** In recent months, especially during our office move, we scheduled several document shredding appointments with your company, but the services were never completed, even though we received confirmation emails. As a result, sensitive documents were left unsecured, leading to a penalty charge from our building management.Because of your failure to provide the service, we had to hire another company to handle the document disposal, costing us $884.22. We are requesting a full refund of this amount.We spent a lot of time on calls with your customer service team, but the service we received was terrible. We were misled multiple times, and nothing was ever resolved. The constant lies and lack of action have been incredibly frustrating.Please have a senior manager contact me to resolve this matter. Stericycle is our biohazard disposal company. They have missed several pickups to our office in the past year. Attempting to get someone on the phone who can take action is nearly impossible. This year alone, the missed our 1/9/25 pickup and the 1/23/25 we had inclement weather so they came to pick up our boxes on 1/30/25. The driver only took 2 of the 6 there. Then on 2/6/25 I saw the Stericycle truck in front of our building and waited for the driver to come in. Then I saw him drive away. He never entered our office and the forged an employees signature and stated we had no boxes. So according to our contract, they can charge for this. We still have 6 boxes stacked to the point it is an OSHA and *** hazard. We have no room to put anymore. I have attempted to contact our account manager *** several times and left him 2 messages with no response. I spoke to customer service 4 times and have had no managers return a call. **************** can not get in touch with the local office. They are still billing our company. And now state theyll be back on 2/10.Business Response

Stericycle had a contract to pick up medical waste from my dental office twice a year, they have not completed a pickup in almost 2 years but have continued to bill me. I called to request a pick up and they instead terminated the contract saying the only way for them to do a pick up is to resign a 5 year contract with them. I have called them multiple times over the last few months and have not gotten a response beyond them saying their invoice is valid. All I would like them to do is pick up the waste they were paid for from 2023/2024 and also to stop collection efforts on future services.Business Response

I've had Stericycle for a couple of years. Over the past year and a half , they have been missing pickups and continue to bill my account. I have tried to file the complaint with management and have asked them to close my account on several occasions and they disregard my request or ignore my request. I have spoken to the manager *** and she continues to make excuses of why the company continues to bill me , but not pick up the waste. They have reschedule time and time again, while my boxes continue to pile up. They have shown up on days that my practice is closed, even though they have the correct hours of operation. I have tried to cancel my account on several occasions and the customer service representative will state someone will call me back in 10 days with no call back. There is no where to cancel on their website. I am afraid they will send me to collections for unpaid balance. Why would I pay a balance when they haven't rendered services. This company is horrible and should be shut down. They were suppose to pick up today according to their website and they haven't shown.Business Response

I've been trying to cancel this scam of a service for months and months at this point, to no avail. I have called their off shore call center in ***** and the people there "open tickets" and apologize but nothing gets resolved. I have emailed the person who signed me up directly, they keep billing me and at this point I really don't know what to do. I have screenshots of all the emails and attempts to cancel this and I curse the day I made the absolute mistake of hiring this company. No pick *** of sharp containers ever happened, after hiring them in the summer. The first time it was a scheduling error from their part and a non off shore phone number called me to apologize. I was able to schedule a second pick up but upon arrival they didn't take the box with them due to a paper missing, but they didn't notify me. something that they also never send again or specified I required/ I had no way to print. ever since then I've been paying for a service I never got, and trying to cancel through phone call and numerous emails. at this point I have paid around 200 dollars in a service not provided, and one that has been absolutely impossible to cancel so farBusiness Response

My name is **** *****, and I ***resent a small business, "Marks Family Dentistry", in *************, **. We have hired a company named Stericycle to service our medical waste disposal needs. They have fraudulently charged our business debit card in excess of $4000 and have not provided an explanation why. Our service was supposed to cost $37 per month. What they charged us would for almost a DECADE of service. Therefore, an account credit, should it be offered, would do us absolutely no good, especially since we want to cease all commerce with them entirely. I have reached out to them over ****************************************************** an explanation. All of this is documented in email. Every phone call is concluded with a "case number", which mine is ********. I'm always only connected with a *** who can take my info and not connect me with someone who can actually help. I have a contract with Stericycle to collect biohazard waste at my dental practice. I use this 1-2x/year. Last year, I scheduled two pickups. The business dos not show for one of these. When I tried to reschedule, no one could help me. I let it go. This year, I scheduled a pickup. Stericycle dos not show, yet again, and I have had immense difficulty trying to reschedule or get a representative to rectify the situation. I have paid my contracted rate for 2024 and 2025, yet have not received the services I paid. When I called the Stericycle to cancel and move my business elsewhere, I was told I would owe an additional $800+ for cancelling my service without the possibility for a refund of the $408.42 I have paid in 2025. I have received NO services from this company in 2025 and only 50% of what I paid for in 2024. In 2024 and 2025 the company told me they have a 30 day guarantee window to look into why no one showed at our scheduled pickup. I was never contacted to resolve the issue or reschedule the waste pickup.Business Response
