      Buyer beware. I recently purchased a travel deal for an overseas resort, and the customer "service" team at ********************** could not have done a worse job. They don't have a phone number and no one seems to read emails there, which is likely what caused what happened next. In the first place, the deal did not list a valid phone number for the resort, and no matter how many times I tried to explain this to the customer "service" team they had no idea what I was saying and continued to insist I call the number listed (!). They were horribly unprofessional and half of the time called me by someone else's name. Finally, I got tired of them wasting my time and contacted the corporate number I found on the resort's website and asked them for the correct number for the resort. The Groupon deal listed a $50 room credit, and upon leaving the resort was told that was incorrect info as well. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to contact Groupon upon returning home, and they would make it right and reimburse me. Unfortunately, the customer "service" team at ********************** continued to be just as horribly unprofessional when I tried to contact them this time around, again calling me by someone else's name, refusing to READ my emails before responding (so the responses they provided did not help at all!) and furthermore, they refused to reimburse me. I could not be more frustrated and disappointed by Groupon. Please learn from my mistake and AVOID them! At least, do not contact the customer "service" team as they will not help you, cause you a massive amount of stress, time wasted, and in my case, money wasted. Buyer beware.

      Horrible customer service. Will not allow me to buy a Groupon, immediately refunds and cancels; no one there can tell me why.

      Scam I was unable to use the dinner and a movie deal the merchants does not honor the certificates.Groupon and restaurant.com has not helped me get an exchange or refund on this deal I was also charged twice $27 still no refund when I only wanted one dinner and movie deal

      If they had zero stars I would select that. I had an issue and in the past I could call. I've been a customer for 10 years at least. I had a huge issue with a merchant after I used my voucher (obviously the only way to find out if it would work or not is to try to use it). Was told I already used it and it could not be refunded. In the past you could speak with human being. Now you can only chat and they can't do much but escalate the tell you that you will get an email in 7 days. I asked via chat for them to cancel my account and they could not even to that.

      the facilitated a purchase from a fraudulent Company that both Groupon and the business refused to refund me for even though I never received a service. Groupon deliberated terminated their phone service and made it difficult for customers to contact a live agent and are not doing much to help. don't buy from Groupon, its a sinking company. you will get scammed

      I mistakenly bought an oil change from ************* change centers in the wrong region. When I presented it to the oil change center that day , I had to buy an other one.in *********** region. Groupon would not refund my $59 because it was past 14 days from time of purchase, when I requested a refund. I will not use this service again.

      Worst experience ever. Booked a getaway. Got an email that my transaction failed and I needed to update my card and try again. Otherwise they will try again the next day. Well, I updated my card and all went through. Then they charged me again anyway. Talking to customer service and they told me my time was up for canceling! It hadn't even been 24 hours! They refused to give me my money back when it was their fault. I can't believe they are even still in business. I guess, if the dupe every person one time it is still billions that they are making. Wish I came here first to check the reviews. Apparently it is really bad.

      Been with groupon since 2018 never had any issues until now Unfortunately when you call customer service # it goes into a medical group with promotional products forcing you go through groupon chat line vs.iive support.Via groupon chatting requested full refund into my credit card for kertain and trim purchases in April 2024. Exp 8/26/24. Unfortunately started losing my hair and didn't want take any additional added chemical to my har. I advised customer service rep who offered refund ********************** bucks upon appealing ref supervisor who did same stating to use groupon with other groupon services. I advised only use groupon for hair services and due my hair loss situation couldn't and shouldn't be forced use other services. Very disappointing with uncompassion due my hair loss situation for this reason my review is 1 star

      Sold a Groupon at a bowling alley that was featured in an add on their site and Groupon was not honored Contacted them the only way possible by Email asked to speak to someone and it never happened kept asking for more emails that their mail system couldn't deliver. I contacted my **** card and got the charge removed. Completely unacceptable customer care. Never posted a telephone number to Talk to a person. Horrible business would never use them again!
