      I will give ZERO stars, I bought a Groupon for my husband for a massage and when he went to use it we found out the company was bought out by another company. I contacted Groupon via email because there is no phone number to even get in touch of customer service at **********************. The customer service is absolutely horrible at groupon. They have a robotic message system that continues to ask the same questions over and over when youve answered the same questions in a previous email. then Groupon deleted one of my accounts where I had some old Groupon that would still have been valid for the face amount and they keep saying that account doesnt exist anymore absolutely awful. I will never buy another Groupon.

      Groupon is selling services or products that they have NO WAY of contacting the people, if you do not receive the product you order. I paid $8.55 for a Groupon for bully sticks, on vetsapproved.com. I then paid vetsapproved.com $20 for an extra pack of bully sticks and shipping and handling. It has been 2 months. I have not received the product. I have emailed the company 5 times, no response. I reached out to Groupon and they said they have no way to contact them and refunded my $8.55 and said there was nothing they could do about my $20 since they don't have contact information for the company. WHY are they allowing people to sell on their site that they have no way to reach them?

      Never recieved package unable to contact anyone by phone email ect. This is the worst I will never do groupon again the deals are not worth the headache. I sent ********************************************************************* 24 hours. That was a week ago. The worst customer communication, there is none. No refund no product. What a insult.

      I have a problem with a flower bouquet order through Groupon. They processed the purchase but gave me ZERO opportunity to put the delivery address down...anywhere. I have no idea where my bouquet is going. The email acknowledgment shows no delivery address. This is supposed to be a birthday gift but chance to say anything such as Happy Birthday. This is the single worst run business I have ever dealt with. This company is not BBB accredited for a reason!!!

      I bought a Groupon for $155 for 3 facials. The spa will not answer the phone or return my calls to schedule an appointment. Their phone voicemail doesn't even have a recorded message. I've left messages on their website where you fill out your info to make an appointment and they will not reply. I've requested a refund from Groupon and their reply is: The merchant is open and honoring the voucher. Please call them and mention your voucher." NEVER BUY A GROUPON!!!!!!!!!!!!! BTW, the merchant is Ananda Spa in *****, *******.

      Total Scam. They sold me a coupon that I tried to use to learn that I did not even qualify for the services offered, and it seemed impossible to get a refund. ************ is awful and useless. Go spend your money somewhere else.

      I was scammed on the website with a fake software product. I was given instructions to e-mail the merchant who never responded. The product was to download an adobe product from someone's ****** drive but the file contained a virus. **************** keeps telling me they will respond in ***** hours and then this has continued to happen for 2 weeks.

      Groupon had a coupon for bully sticks from vets approved it was 10 for 10 which is very cheap so I ordered them March 15th I still haven't received them I've been emailing vets approved and I got in touch with Groupon who told me to go right through vets approved very poor customer service on vets approved and **********************. Vets approved does not have a phone number and they do not answer their emails and Groupon was no help at all... Very unhappy...

      I made a purchase and received the wrong item started contacting on April 22nd and keep getting told someone will get back with me to get my issue taken care of in 24 hours. No one is getting back to me or taking care of my issue.

      I purchased a Groupon, then I found a similar deal that was of better value 3 days later. I was told that I could not get a refund because I missed the cancelation period. Now I have basically 2 of the same deals. All they said was give it to a loved one.
