      Vouchers that has expired but could still be used disappeared from a glitch in their system so now I am out over $200 and past the time I can claim fraud with my credit card company.

      Groupon will not offer a refund for two orders I made the same day, because when I didnt receive an email regarding shipping from both vendors I went to their website to click redeem on vouchers. The vouchers did not display a code for the vendors websites so I contacted their chat, the only form of contact to get ahold of their customer service! The representative told me I need led to have the vendors send them an email confirming I did not redeem the vouchers and they could then issue a refund. I contacted both companies, forwarded the emails I received from their support who was reachable by phone and I got another email from Groupon stating there was another complaint filed first by me that will be moved to higher priority prior to my sending proof of not receiving an order. Terrible, terrible company to purchase through!

      Well I bought a service only to be charged additional fees for the service. I no longer want the service because of how misleading it was. Groupon will not refund my money nor will I be using the service. It hasn't even been 30 days since purchased. They offered credits, I don't want credits, I want my money back. So I'm completely out of my money and the service and they know it.. This has to be illegal.

      Groupon sells vouchers that don't work and then they do not give a refund. This is a copy of the email customer service sent to me after I was unable to use the two vouchers I purchased: Customer Support Case

      Groupon is a fraud and I am surprised that they can even exist, I notice that there are very few offerings in my area. I was taken in because I wanted some one to come to my house for car detailing. The guy didn't show up after I stayed home, didn't get in touch, finally I just cancelled the Groupon. However GroupOn does not accept refunds, they only give you a credit. Since this was $188 and I do not want other GroupOn services, I disputed with my credit card company. However they did not support me. See, GroupOn uses this weasel-y Groupon Bucks "refund" to get around any way to dispute with credit card company, when services are not received. So, even though you have purchased with your credit card, you are not protected as a consumer as you usually are when you make a credit card purchase and services are not received. Because GroupOn has given you worthless Groupon Bucks! This company deserves to go out of business which with this business model I am sure they will soon - they are only making money off of the new suckers who they pull in and don't refund. Negative stars!

      Groupon has definitely changed over the years! I will never do business with them again. The customer service is a joke and they have merchants that don't deliver on their services and vouchers and you get the run around trying to get anything solved.

      Groupon must be shut down immediately by some governing authority! At this point they are straight up stealing money! I am a merchant who had one voucher sell. They owe me about $20, but for some reason it shows $3. Someone from Groupon side, without my permission, changed my deal that I was running from 20% off to 50% off. Even with that illegal act on their part, they're still not paying me. No one to talk to, only emails back and forth asking me to email my personal tax id for verification before $3 payout. I sent my social security card via email twice as they asked me despite, also, them asking to send personal confidential info (my tax ID image) via unsecured email. But I still did it. And they are giving me a round-about that it's not a personal tax id. It seems that I'm dealing with people from another country that don't recognize that my social security number is my personal tax ID. The conversation has become ridiculous. What they're doing is illegal. How are they getting away with this?!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Groupon closed my account for no reason, refused to provide an arbitration link, and has not compensated me for the purchases that were taken from me or my credits. This is unbelievable, and I am looking I am not invoking the **** claim arbitration. provisions of their user agreement, as this is ridiculous
