      zero stars!! run if you're a merchant. you wont get paid, you wont be able to speak to anyone in customer service and you wont get anywhere with them. when they changed ownership or their platform, it absolutely is terrible....run!!!

      Yea I am so disappointed in Groupon I have done everything they asked to advertise my business but they find excuses not to publish and I dont know why I show them proof and everything and right now its Easter and I need work and money . If I was busy and had money I wouldnt need Groupon but they are a waist of time . They jerk tou around on the time they will put your advertisement out then keep changing dates . Not happy cuz I am losing out on potential money for me and for them since they take half .

      They don't giveAF anymore. Bought two vouchers for VetsApproved for Bully Sticks. Orders never came. There is no customer service to help resolve the problem. GROUPON use to be a legit entity years ago. Now they are just another online scam business. I would like a freakin refund.

      I contacted Groupon after a merchant refused to honor a certificate at the location advertised. They said they would only honor the certificate at a location 20 miles away in ********* City. Groupon was EXTREMELY difficult to contact and on four occasions gave me web links which were invalid. They tried to push me off to the website to contact customer service and start the process again. I cannot say enough negative about Groupon **************** and their handling of the situation. Can I make this a ZERO STAR review?! Of course I can tell this "customer service" is outsourced with an overseas company as I am familiar in my line of IT work with the names of the support personnel and other comments. It has taken literally more than three HOURS of time on the phone, typing emails, and sitting through chat sessions online to finally get them to refund my purchase. No, I cannot see continuing to deal with a company which does NOT provide adequate customer service.

      I PURCHASED A GROUPON FOR AN OIL CHANGE. WHEN I GOT TO THE ***** AAG *************************************** THE INFORMED ME I NEED TO PAY AN UPCHAGE. I ASKED WHY I WAS INFORMED THEY HAD NOT HAD CONVENTIONAL OIL FOR 3 YEARS SO I HAD PURCHASE SYNTHETIC OIL. I TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT. I CONTCTED GROUPON AND THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND. AFTER A BUNCH OF BACK AND FOURTH I WAS TOLD MY VOUCHER HAD BEEN USED AND I WOULD NOT BE GETTING A REFUND. I NEVER USED THE VOUCHER AND THAT COMPANY NEVER SAW THE VOUCHER. GROUPON IS A JOKE AND FULL OF UNHONEST PEOPLE.

      Can i give zero stars?? Bought a groupon to a salon close to home was really eager to try it. I made an appointment online. When I called to confirm after hearing nothing back for awhile. I mentioned i had a groupon and was laughed at and made to feel guilty for even mentioning such filth. Groupon does not stand behind its own brand. It sides with the companys it deals with. So i lost $17. Who doesnt want a $17 haircut???? I would have gladly used it had I not been humiliated. No refund. No more customer .

      Groupon does business with known scammer DC Cotton of *************** in ********, **. **************** noted my Groupon as redeemed despite no work having been done. When I brought this to Groupons attention, along with several Groupon-related reviews on AAGs yelp page stating they too had never been serviced, Groupon refused to refund my money, having said the merchant said it was redeemed. What proof does Groupon require? How do they choose to do business with individuals who are known crooks?

      Negative Infinity stars!Groupon has gone down hill since I first used it a few years ago. First of all, it's difficult to find a live customer service rep since there's no direct number to call someone. Also, it was difficult for me to find the chat option on their app.Recently, I bought a 4 pack Waterpark Groupon on 02/26/2024. I read the fine print to make sure there wasn't any expiration dates and that I could use it for a specific date. I went to the Waterpark on 03/13/2024 and the workers told us that the Groupon was expired. I checked my Groupon and it magically had an expiration date of 02/29/2024. I was shocked to find out that it expired 3 days after my purchase even though I made sure there wasn't any. The Waterpark employee told they can use the value of $145 towards my purchase and request for partial refund through Groupon. With no other choice, I used the value to purchase 3 admission tickets. The Groupon I purchased included 4 tickets, 2 $10 game cards, pizza and drinks. Which I obviously didn't get. I asked Groupon to at least do a partial refund which that didn't happen.Long story short, I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business or advertise your own business on Groupon. They are a misleading company who doesn't care for either the customer or business owners. Their customer service is terrible!! Stay away from Groupon at all costs!

      If I could give a negative star, I would! My Groupon account was hacked yesterday. They acquired over $300, most of which was refunded, but they still stole $20. Someone from ***** purchased $80 worth of ************ e-gift cards. When I checked the ************ reviews on Groupon, there were over 10 reviews stating the same thing happened to them. When I asked Groupon if they had been hacked yesterday, they told me they hadn't, assuring me that secure measures were in place and that they could never be hacked. I'm still waiting for their fraud department to get back to me. This incident should never have occurred. It's as if they made several charges hoping I wouldn't notice the one charge. Thank God I have alerts set up on my phone for my bank
