      Ive rarely used Groupon. The last purchase I made was in October 2021 to get a discount for my **** membership. Then a few weeks ago, a purchase showed up that I did not make. I was at a live theater show in ************, ** (I live in *******) when said purchase was supposedly made for 1 one day ticket to Sea World in *********. Ive tried resolving this with Groupon, but to no avail. There is no phone number listed anywhere, so the only way to talk to anyone is by email. Every time I do get a response, its a different person (I think an A.I. bot in reality) and they refuse to refund. The thing I find the most upsetting is that my card was set to expire 1 week after the purchase. They say they have found no evidence of fraud; but Im pretty sure something fishy is going on there.

      Groupon is a scam as a business owner. do not ever do business with them. Not only do they keep 40% of the money they also give huge discounts on top of already discounted prices. DO NOT USE GROUPON AS A BUSINESS. Even as a consumer i would never purchase a groupon, these poor businesses are getting ripped off

      I have been using Groupon for a very long time and this was by far the worst experience I have had with them. I just recently had the worst experience with their customer service to date. I couldn't get a call with a person, only an IM chat and the follow up that was promised with verification of the cancellation within 24 hours did not occur until 4 days later when the shipment had already left the facility. with an attempt to cancel an order. This company is not worth the frustration. I just requested my account be deleted and will not be doing business with them again.

      Do not use Groupon. On February 17th we arrived for our reservation at ***************************** booked through Groupon. Upon arrival, 2 out of 3 of our key cards didn't work and when we finally received access to the room, it was not only decrepit, with wallpaper peeling, visible water leakage from the walls/the ground that wound up soaking through one of our bags, a sink that doesn't drain, no hot water, but was absolutely freezing. We tried to turn the heat on and nothing worked, so we attempted to call the front desk only for the phone to not even work until we discovered it only did on speaker phone. When we walked into the room, it was still absolutely freezing and the vent was blowing cold air. It was 25 degrees in *** last night. We tried to call the front desk for about 5 minutes and no one answered which forced me to go back downstairs at 2:00 in the morning and ask about our heat. The front desk receptionist essentially told me there was nothing she could do for me and offered me extra blankets. The manager came out only to give me the exact same response. He simply stated we could fight the charge through Groupon and would get us three extra blankets and because "no one else was having heating issues", so he wasn't going to do anything about it. I will state I also felt judgment after he asked how I booked the reservation and I stated through Groupon; it seemed as though it was more validating as to why he would offer me no more accommodations other than blankets. Overall, our experience was horrible, the room was in a disgusting condition, and the staff was entirely unhelpful and basically told us it wasn't their problem. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience at a hotel, and received such poor treatment from staff members who clearly couldn't care less if we froze at night and Groupon does not care about our experience and will not compensate our stay, there is no phone # to call so everything is email horrible

      We are so disappointed. Ordered a room last night and due to the fact that groupon app allows for same day booking we were denied our room and had to pay to stay elsewhere. The hotel stated that it is a common problem with Groupon. The issue lies in the fact that we booked at 12:05 yet Groupon has filters to book the next day even if your selecting same day stay.

      I ordered Apple AirPods thru Groupon. The item description said they are noise cancelling. They are not. I immediately requested a refund. All I get is a huge runaround from them. I will never buy from them again. They are not trustworthy.

      I purchased a Groupon for a nail salon for a $30 manicure. After the services when paying I showed my Groupon, the business couldn't scan a qr code as no qr code populated. He told me to click the redeem button for the qr code to show, it didn't. He wouldn't accept my discount ** his system was not up and running. He couldn't take the code, couldn't pay with debit because his system was down and I couldn't use his ATM. I had to pay an addional $72 on top of the $30 Groupon. I've emailed Groupon numerous times, it's always a different person responding asking the sa.e questions. Groupon won't refund the $ ** it days redeemed even though the business told me to click it.

      When you have an issue with your groupon sometimes you can get them most of the time you can't. Live chat works once in a blue moon. This never use to happen. There use to be a phone number, email, live chat. I'm trying to use one of those items to no avail. I have an issue with *****************. They are not always open and only one time period when they are. I just spent over an hour trying to find someone to talk to

      I purchased a beauty kit through Groupon. Instead of my order, I received an empty mascara box in the mail.I contacted Groupon customer service several times. They refused to refund my money. On their site, the company I purchased from is not offering the kit anymore. Clearly something is wrong with the company and the product.Groupon does not help and I believe they take their time with their responses, so that they can say that too much time has elapsed and too late for refund. Groupon is protecting companies that are scamming customers out of money.
