      I purchased 4 Groupons for bowling at Strike 10 in *********, ** and when I got there 1.5 hours later I was told I couldnt use them that weekend. I contacted Groupon and requested a refund and they gave me a ton of BS and very nice language told me to s**** myself. I went and read reviews of this bowling alley and of course horrible reviews and match my experience. Groupon should be vetting these lousy merchants better and when there is a problem like this they should be actually handling it instead of patronizing me throughout the entire conversation. Terrible customer service, stay away from using **********************, the aggravation is not worth the discount.

      I have been a loyal Groupon customer for years. I got my mom a facial for her birthday in January and have been trying to make an appointment since then the lady will get back to me not until a couple weeks later then its the same old song and dance. I asked Groupon for my money back because I cant seem to get in touch with this lady and they said their policy has changed so basically I cant get a refund for a service. I am not going to use.

      I cannot believe Groupon is able to still conduct business! They are such a scam! I made a purchase and after the purchase was told I needed to register my ticket through the other companys website. When I attempted to do this the other company told me they were sold out of tickets and I was basically out my money due to using Groupon. I contacted Groupon multiple times and was basically told it is listed as a final sale and no money would be refunded! Its a complete scam!

      I honestly have had mostly a good experience with my partnership with them for my Resume Writing business, but there's a few things I can't get past and hoping enough complaints are made in order for them to change some of these issues: 1. Allowing customers to make hateful and false reviews: Reviews should be moderated and not all of them should be allowed. The review process is too customer-friendly and actually at times illegally considering defamation of character laws. 2. Not allowing merchants to see the customer's email address so we can reach out to them: Sometimes Groupon glitches out and customers think it's our website and get frustrated when if we could just reach out to them, we can get ahead of any confusion. 3. Groupon has delayed and miscalculated my payments for no reason at all. This is unacceptable. They need a new method of calculating and ensuring that payments are always accurate and on time.4. Groupon runs promotions on your deals then deducts it from our pay: This is ridiculous. We are already getting money taken away from us, they should eat the cost of the promotions. Not the small business owner.

      I bought a Groupon for $99.00 plus a resort fee of $39.00 but they charged me $836.91 Groupon would not refund me. I also tried to call Greatwolf lodge but they would not cancel it so I'm taking this up with my credit card company

      This company does not deserve a portion of a star!! I immediately canceled an order within minutes of placing it. When it said i needed to contact another company to personalize and complete the order i did not feel comfortable with it so i canceled the order with Groupon and the other party, and called my credit card company to stop payment. Somehow, Groupon was still able to charge my card for this - even tho the order was not even completed. I have been disputing this and trying to get my card reimbursed since the middle of December. I dont like Groupon. They are shady and cannot be trusted. The third party even *********** me that they never received the order and i never received any goods yet Groupon took my money and does not want to return it!!

      Less than 1 star would be the most appropriate.Please stay away from Groupon. Bunch of Liars and incompetent customers just like a scam. They charge my credit card x2. and multiple representatives make a different story every time you try to email them.

      I am constantly receiving fraudulent purchases and I have submitted multiple tickets that all have not been received. They have no method of contact and is an AWFUL business to work with.

      Groupon *****, they take your money and do not care if the merchant is a scam artist. I purchased a Groupon for something called ******************* located ****************** ***************************************************************** who is giving me the run around and not scheduling an appointment. I contacted Groupon for a resolution and they are not helping me. In fact the phone number does not work, the email is bouncing back and when I do get someone on the chat (after waiting for 30 minutes) they keep disconnecting me. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH GROUPON.

      Groupon sold me a coupon for a canvas I bought 6. I could only use 1 because the size of the canvas sold to me didn't exist and the Groupon said I must select that size only. I lost $50. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I'd never had a problem such as this with them previously. They tried to rectify it by turning my coupons into $10 off instead but those canvases were so expensive I didn't care for $10 off. I'd rather it been $50 off 1 canvas would have been a better deal. Don't buy more then 1 coupon at a time. Make sure it's legit 1st. I don't think I'll be using them again. It's a shame I've been signed up with them for years but $50 is all I'm willing to loose to them.
