      misleading info, no result in trying to get a refund for monies paid, bought bully sticks that where never received and tried and tried for refund that kept a run a round that you get so frustrated you give up!!$20,00 and no product!!why are these sites let into a Groupon thats not legit and promise and promise but no good!! the attorney general and BBB should look into this Groupon about there practices and (who) they promote!!

      I purchased a years membership to **** Club from Groupon. After many trips to ****, I am still not able to use the Groupon. I have asked Groupon for a refund which they will not do. The supervisor has offered me the amount I paid in Groupon money which I dont want as I dont trust them and will never use them.

      Groupon's "system" purchased groupons without my knowledge. The first time that it happened I was able to resolve the issue through their chat. The second and most recent time, the charges totaled $550 and they no longer have chat so I was left to email them. I received a response stating they world investigate and resolve in 3 days. It has been 3+ weeks and now no one is responding to my emails. In an attempt to resolve the issue I called the vendor to discuss but the telephone number listed in the Groupon was out of service. I pulled up the vendors website to confirm the telephone number, it was the same. While on the website I noted that the business was also closed that day, however, Groupon sent me a message (that morning) asking me to rate my experience and changed the Groupon to USED/Redeemed. I'm floored by their unethical business practices! Thankfully they charged a credit card and not a debit card so I'm able to eat and pay my bills. I'm working with the bank now to resolve the issue. This is a warning to everyone... please remove your credit and debit card information from your Groupon account. They have purposely designed their customer service support in a way that doesn't help the customer. I'm seriously thinking about taking this issue to the media to prevent this from happening to others.

      Purchased a gift card from Groupon. Never received. I was told by several different reps that the amount would be ready in 20 minutes to 6 hours all at different times. I will also report this charge to my bank as well

      Groupon sells coupons for business that are no longer accepting Groupon. I had a selller tell me he doesnt deal with Groupon due to them holding his money. It was marked as redeemed when it was never used. Groupon told me to send attachments for proof and its been 5 days and no reply. DO NOT DEAL WITH GROUPON PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. CHAT IS A JOKE MIGHT AS ********* TO YOURSELF.

      I ordered a Groupon to have my windows washed by ******************* LLC. No address or contact information on the voucher. There is no website for this company. I tried Groupon customer support, filled out all the information but the option to send was greyed out leaving only cancel option. I googled for a Groupon phone number and got a recorded message trying to sell me a Life Alert System! I had also ordered a Groupon gift for a facial, she has tried calling the phone number on the voucher, as did I, and it goes directly to a voicemail which never states the name of the business and messages left are never returned! At this point I am out $172 without anyway to contact Groupon! This is an untrustworthy business and I highly recommend never purchasing a service or product from them!

      I purchased a Groupon voucher for a wheel alignment. On calling the merchant, I was told that they did not service my brand of automobile (Audi). I then tried to get in contact with Groupon's Customer Support via the web and could not make progress since the website put me in an endless circular loop that did not allow access to register my complaint. Instead, a CHAT person (A.I.?) popped up and was asking for information that was not clear to me. I asked for clarification, and again, got a circular response that did not in any way address my request for clarification. My request for speaking to a person or being provided with a phone number to call was ignored.I then turned to my credit card bank and requested a phone number to reach the Groupon folks since the one on my credit card statement did not answer the 312_288-_6424 number listed on the statement (voice said "calling restrictions" and would not provide any response. I then called my credit card bank for another number to register my complaint with Groupon and they said to call 1_888_664_4484. When calling the 888 number, it was answered but the person indicated it was not associated with Groupon. Thus, I found NO WAY to contact Groupon to arrange a refund.

      Groupon deactivated my account without notice with hundreds of dollars of active Groupon and Groupon bucks. I've been receiving emails that there is no account associated with my email; I thought the error was on my side, now months later I am just f There is no way to reach them except for chat and emails which is slow, cumbersome and ineffective. I've been promised hat a manager will follow-up multiple times, only to get no correspondence. Support asks impractical questions such as last purchase and amount--all information within their portal that they closed all of access to. Support claims the deactivation was due to fraud, but if that is a legitimate basis why not notify the consumer for their protection, or return the money they received/took from my account transactions/purchases if they feel they were fraudulently placed? I have had Groupon for years and they made the arbitrary decision irresponsibility to close my account. Thus is theft, and taking great advantage of unknowing customers. This is poor service, seemingly a deliberate act of dedperatio by a declining comoany. and a Deceptive practice. Groupon needs to be investigated to uncover the scope of this and to see who authorized this practice. A class action suit *** slso be warranted to compensate victims. I still am yet to receive communication, resolution, or compensation for my lost funds and Groupons.

      I ordered the ****** membership the last day available. They said there was a banking error (not my end) than the deal expired. I emailed them twice once they sent a standard fraud sheet to fill out??? There was no fraud. The second they never replied

      We bought a membership for ***'s Club from Groupon. When we went to ***'s Club they stated they could not honor it because they were having problems with the redemption at Groupon. I asked for a refund and they stated that I would have to get the refund from Groupon because I paid them. I attempted to contact Groupon numerous times and could never get to file the request for a refund because I could never get to talk to a person, the website chat bot wasn't working correctly and the website wouldn't let me SEND the email no matter what I tried. We had a simular problem with Groupon several years ago. I should have realized that Groupon would give the same terrible service again!
