      Groupon conniving with *************** people of their money. I bought a lady's watch and these guys did not have the item. It took almost a week before they sent me deliberate wrong item..an electronic device charger...I have made over a million contacts but these Thieves will not refund my money....How do I take these useless guys at Groupon robing a US Army veteran

      I had a very unpleasant experience. I bought software- ugh, despite my initial reservations. When the confirmation was posted to "My Stuff" the link to redeem and download the product was unavailable. The manual method which was offered as an alternative, worked but was useless because I had no redemption code. I reached out to Groupon Help but they are useless. Not even 10 minutes after purchase, they cited the "all sales final" clause and told me to go to the vendor offering an email. I followed their advice. To my surprise, the vendor did get back to me the following day but claimed NOT to have a record of my purchase. Are they complicit? I don't know, but my beef was with Groupon as they are the vendor of record on my credit card. Armed with evidence (and screenshots) that nothing was purchased, I went back Groupon Help and again they said all sales final. My argument is that you cannot buy something that was not there. Groupon took my money and to my mind is complicit in a scam. As the money was paid to them, I have now engaged my bank to stop payment.

      I have purchased Groupons for years and have had great experiences until my last transaction.I purchased two massages from a local company in *********** called Pure Vibes. I drove by the venue and there was a For Lease sign in the window. I called the phone number, e-mailed the company, went to the companys website to start an online chat. The phone number was disconnected. No one e-mailed me back. The online chat timed out. **************** has been outsourced to another country. The individual handling my case insisted I was not a candidate for a refund and that this was a legitimate business. I asked for escalation to a supervisor and they went radio silent. I said that I would dispute the charge and perhaps leave a review on BBB. After no resolution and being told that I was wrong, I disputed the charge with my bank. A supervisor from overseas e-mailed me to ask about the status and apologized for the delay of approximately 2 weeks since I asked for the escalation. I said that I disputed the charge, but if I get a refund or credit from Groupon (because I would use the credit towards a legitimate business), I would cancel the dispute. She e-mailed me that she could not help now that I disputed and I will have to wait to hear from my bank. I asked her to escalate to her manager and no one responded. I am sad because Groupon was once a wonderful company. They seem to not be the same anymore. Fair warning to those seeking good deals. Could come with a headache and/or lost money.

      They falsely advertised a pizza making class. The only one available in our area was a goat cheese pizza making class. We do not care for goat cheese. We tried to get our money back because they falsely advertised. They want to give us a credit and we said no. We contacted our bank in hopes of them refunding our money. When they do refund us Groupon will receive a $40 charge back on this at their expense.

      The worst company ever. I purchased a Groupon for an Air Duct and vent cleaning. Since I also purchased another Groupon with the same merchant, he charged me $300 on addition to what I paid for the Groupon, which was supposed to cover a full service. I refused to pay that amount and reached out to customer service for a refund. Initially, they said they would reply within 7 business days. After that, no resolution was made and I reached out to them again. They basically ghosted me and would not reply to any of my follow up messages. I reached out to an agent via chat and asked for an escalation of that, they said exactly the same as they did before. Last time I reached out to them again and a "supervisor" got back to me with the address of corporate for me to bother again and reach out to them. She said they would not refund any money but give credit for a similar service. I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM ANYMORE. Why are these people retaining someone's money, if the deals are a scam and not fair to the customer? Why is it so difficult for them to give back the money the customer paid for a service they're not satisfied with nor in the best of their interest? That really *****. They're basically robbing people

      I went online and got Groupon ***'s Club Membership. Then I saw the automatic renewal every year and decided to cancel within 10 minutes. There was no customer service to help and the phone number that I got from my *********** card was no good. I got no answer and recording said it was a restricted number. Plus there is no address or manager for Groupon. Is everybody foreign??? So my *********** let me dispute charge and remove charge. THEN , 2 months later Groupon put the charge back on my account and *********** refuses to help. Since it is a renewable charge, they can take out of my card every year. I don't even have a Groupon **** card, since I said I didn't want it. So, I am out of $60, and God knows how much more trouble I'm going to have to deal with. I wish I had researched Groupon before now. It looks like a bunch of bad reviews.

      Got 2 voucher from Groupon. Could only use one as merchant said, they only accept One voucher. and to reach out to Groupon for refund. Now Groupon is refusing to pay back my refund for $100!! Claiming 3 days is gone. Well!! iF I don't get an appointment till next month how are we to know if the voucher can be redeemed? And if they are saying that only one voucher is allowed then WHY is Groupon allowing Customers to buy more than ONE?? These are the worse customer service and feel like they are doing everything to keep they money with them Daylight Robbery!Will not leave even ONE STAR!!

      Whale watching in Monterey bay was purchased without my intention. It was charged $200.00 to my credit and they refused to refund to my credit card. They said it was printed in fine print that it is final sale!!! I have no plan to go ********** this year and I live in ********. I need to get my money back! And one of their employees asked my credit card number, address, billing cycle... in email. I am going to copy and send to their upper management to let them know how they are running their business.

      Took a family trip to ******* **. Wanted to book several shows before visting to ensure availability. We wanted shows that younger kids would enjoy. So we got there on a Wednesday and purchased tickets to an amazing illusionist. Fast forward to Saturday evening we had purchased tickets thru groupon for an Acrobatics show. We stop at the box office to retrieve our tickets only to be told that groupon had the show date wrong. So the box office apologized as they should and stated that they had reached out to groupon on several occasion to let them know that they were selling tickets to a show that was not playing on this particular Saturday evening. The box office tried to make it right by allowing us to enter the show that was scheduled for that evening but it was the illusionist show that we had already seen on the Wednesday before. They also offered the next scheduled show for the acrobats as they would honor the tickets from groupon but we were leaving the following morning.So we reached out to groupon once we returned home to get a refund, to no avail. The theater was more then willing to also work with us they gave us the managers name so groupon could call them to verify the show we purchased tickets for was not playing that night. I am furious at what i thought was a reputable company would not be able to offer a refund. Especially from the sound of it the theater reaching out to them to let them know they are selling tickets to a show that was not playing on the evening that was stated. This is the first review i have ever left, I am just very mad at the whole situation.

      The worst experience for a small business. I did it thinking good advertisement. They discount your price for service then take 50% of what the customer pays. Claims to pay bi monthly but I have yet to receive payment. Everyone keeps saying the issue is being looked into. No what will say what the issue is or what the solution will be. They won't even say how much is due to me.
