      A Class Action Lawsuit needs to be filed against GroupOn for billing for products that are not received or for utilizing merchants that are unresponsive to the services they post on GroupOns website! On 01-05-24 I also provided GroupOn the opportunity to reverse the charges and apply GroupOn Bucks, but they very vehemently refused to do this. Per the *** in ********* merchant has to provide services that have been billed for an in this case, they have failed to do so. I am escalating my matter to the bank.

      I purchased Groupon's for 2 separate shows in ************ around New Year's. Both shows were canceled by the vendor 2 days before the shows were to occur. I contacted groupon the next day to let them know both shows had been canceled even though the vendors said they would notify Groupon. Groupon Customer Support demanded that I showed proof that the shows were canceled so I sent screenshots of text messages and forwarded emails to Groupon proving the shows had been canceled. Groupon then refused to refund my money and said they would only refund it in groupon bucks because I had waited too long to notify them. That is ********. I notified them that the shows have been canceled before the shows were even scheduled to occur. If I have to accept these groupon bucks I will use them and never buy another groupon again. This is underhanded and unfair.

      I purchased Groupon that the vendor will not honor. Groupon is flat refusing to give me money back. Such a bad business practice. Why is Groupon still in business? Why are they allowed to take your money without providing a service? I chatted with Groupons 7 times and they always say that they will look into it and never do, or they tell me that they will not issue me a refund period, no explanation, no money back, no bucks back. They just keep your money knowing you cant get the service. Can someone help me here? It is a lot of money for me. I feel like they have stolen it from me.

      Not sure what happened to Groupons customer service. I ordered some thing online and then realized quickly that it was not what I wanted so I tried to cancel it a couple minutes after I ordered it. I did see a Groupon guarantee when a purchased it stating that I have to three days for a full refund. When I requested the refund, I was told that in the fine print that all sales were final. I sent them a photo of the Groupon guarantee on the item I purchased and that I had three days in order to request a refund after going back-and-forth they did say that I would receive a refund. couple weeks ago by and then I receive a notification stating that Im not eligible for a refund. They told me It says that all sales are final. Then I proceeded to tell them about the Groupon guarantee and then they proceeded to tell me that the time has lapsed its been more than three days. At that point I sent them another email stating that I put in the request moments after I purchased the item and I did follow the rules of that three day request at this point I still have not received the refund and have not heard back from them. Groupon should not have controversial statements on their products. You cant guarantee something and then tell me that all sales are final and then you get to pick and choose which one you gonna honor. Honestly, at this point, its really not about the money. Its only a few dollars. Its about the fact that Groupon should honor their guarantee and they should honor that they were going to give me a credit and then decided weeks later not to this is not the proper way to do business.

      If I could give them NO stars I would. I purchased a 2 piece lounge outfit for my daughter in November and when she tried it on the size small is huge on her. I emailed asking for the return/exchange policy and received a message back stating I could not return or exchange because the item was ordered over 30 days ago. They were promoting for Christmas over 30 days ago so I dont understand why they would not at the very least exchange the item but nope, they said no. I will never buy a thing from Groupon ever again!

      This is the worst company ever. They do not have a working email or phone number and their live chat is a joke.I have been trying to contact them for a refund , and it is impossible.It is a total scam , and is just stealing our money.I gave them one star , because I could not gave less, then that.

      It should be no stars. I purchased a hot air balloon ride from the site. I contacted the party and they scheduled me my time. Approximately two hours prior to lift off staff call me to cancel saying they could not find a pilot. They told me since I was out of town they would allow me to call back and set up another time. I called back the following day and extended my time for another week to be able to use the voucher. They never picked up again. Website is fake as well. Reviews show that Groupon is allowing this. I contacted Groupon and they told me they had to verify with the merchant. Then came back over a month later saying the merchant failed to respond to them so they would issue me a credit. Never issued. I continue to contact merchant and Groupon. I contact Groupon today and they tell me my name is ******** (its ***** and says at the bottom of all emails being sent to them), claims this occurred in 2012.. (it was four months ago) and that they cannot issue a refund because it happened over a decade ago. They offered a ***** credit for the OVER ****** I paid! Its all a SCAM.

      Groupon is using false advertisement in order to make people buy specific deals!The groupon ************************ Membership with First Visit FREE falsely advertise that it cost 7$ to get it, but upon purchase you realize that it is a discount, and you need to pay 63$ more to get it. They leave the good reviews upfront, but when you read all the reviews you see many more people complain about it. You try to talk to customer support but they close the chat on you! Bad, bad experience!

      I bought a 90 minute massage and facial from Groupon for $132 in August, 2023. The business is Kebeauty in **********, ** and they have 17 5 star reviews on Groupon. After calling the massage parlor several times and leaving several voicemails, none of my calls were returned. I reached out to Groupon to request a refund, because the Groupon is due to expire shortly. Groupon let me know that they were able to reach the business and the business has been too busy to schedule me. I am still unable to reach the massage parlor to schedule and cant review the Kebeauty Massage parlor until the Groupon is used. I wasted $132 on this scam and am hoping no one else falls into a similar trap. Buyer beware!

      I was charged for 3 times the amount of service and when I contacted Groupon customer service they would not respond
