      I was over charged for an item, I immediately contacted customer service and was told they would cancel the order and send an email saying so. 4 days later I contacted them again and was told it was already shipped and I would have to return it. Its been 12 days and Im still waiting on a reason why I was overcharged. I was never emailed a shipping confirmation.

      Avoid Avoid Avoid. Once they have your $ they will NOT provide a refund under any circumstance. I have to call my credit card and fight them - hopefully, a chargeback will help me, but I might be out of the total cost. Avoid them at all cost. It's not a deal - it's a steal, and you're the one getting robbed.

      Really bad experience with a Groupon for a restaurant. Went to the restaurant, only to find out that the restaurant doesn't accept Groupons for a month now. When I tried to get a refund from Groupon, I was told the only option was to get a refund as Groupon credit. Wow, what a scam. What about my wasted time to go the restaurant and to argue with the Groupon cusomer service. I strongly recommend to avoid Groupon, because if a Groupon does not work (which happens often), you're in no man's land, good luck getting back your money!

      Was unable to contact a merchant for services after several attempts, messages left, and no return calls I reached out to Groupon for refund and they said they could do nothing. Fraudulent.

      Groupon is an absolute scam! They will not issue a refund under any circumstance. Once you make a payment to them it is irreversible and you will never see your money back. There is zero customer service and no phone numbers to call.

      Not only does Groupon sell certificates for closed businesses, they will not refund purchases if you are not eligible for the service Reaching out to Groupon will result in a "too bad for you" response.Please note that they have a three day limit for a refund. This does not give you enough time to make an appointment and attend it. They do not care.Groupon does NOT care.Do not buy Groupons

      Groupon is a scam. I bought a Groupon for a 10-pack of bully sticks for my dog and redeemed with the vendor, including paying the vendor a separate shipping charge. I got a confirmation email from the vendor with an order number, but after a month without receiving the product, I tried to contact the vendor only to find they have no way of being reached and none of the links in my confirmation email work. I asked Groupon for a refund of at least what I paid them and they said I missed the 'cooling off' period, so no refund. What? I didn't change my mind and in fact, wanted the product very much! Groupon is representing shady vendors selling products they will not actually ship. Do not buy from Groupon, especially if the product is being sold/shipped by another company!

      Fake Company they stole me $430 Because I was applied for great wolf and I tried many times to cancel it and they made a lot of story with me for 3 months they not back my money refund i told them ***** just cancellation fee and back my refund they took all my money they fraud people

      I purchased a Groupon for a laser hair removal spa. By the time I was ready for my service, my job changed my title and my location. I emailed Groupon. And emailed them. Went out of the country for work, emailed them again when I returned. And then once again I have been relocated as well as traveling much more for than I had ever expected for work. I can not redeem the Groupon I paid for. As I never activated it- the spa doesnt make their money on it. Groupon just ensured they took it. Bad mistake. I would have spent 4x that already in products even though this service couldnt happened. Now my job is make sure people know.. stay clear!!! Greedy isnt cute.
