      Ordered some canvas prints that were to cost $10.99 and the shipping stated $14.99.. a week later I went to redeem the coupon and all the sudden everything is in ** funds so now what was supposed to cost me $25 ended up being $45 when I called them they would not refund my money they told me that in the fine print hidden somewhere in one of their pages buried very deeply it said you had to cancel within 3 days nowhere on the original page that I ordered these canvas prints did it say it could not be canceled that it was a final sale I ended up buying three of these so the shipping is a $90 when I called him they do not care they have no customer service so I'm out my I am not going to order these pictures that are going to cost me $90 to ship so I've lost out on money I'm a senior they don't care.. shame on Groupon for taking advantage of people... this is a total scam

      I have been a Groupon user for many years and this is the worst experience I have had with them. I had a Groupon expire last month and asked for the value to be converted into GROUPON BUCKS, something I have done in the past. I in turn emailing them back and forth noticed this GROUPON was presently on sale so I purchased again before the sale day was over expecting the expired one goes to bucks.The customer service tells me to call and make an appointment; even though its expired. I had another groupon that expired 2021 which i called and was informed i had to pay 15 even though the value I paid was 18. So the value went where. I will never purchase another Groupon and want the ***** converted to bucks so I can end this patronage with them I will purchase merchandise not services.

      I purchased a Groupon for a cat climbing tower. After redeeming the Groupon, the cat tower was never delivered. Groupon and the company that supplied the cat tower, told me that it was not their problem if the product was not delivered. Please, please beware of Groupon. It's money down the toilet.

      I purchased two airport lounge vouchers for $7 each. The offer implied there would be no more fees involved. When I went to claim the vouchers I was confronted with an additional $233 bill each. This is deceptive and dishonest. My refund was completely denied with a boilerplate response.

      worst customer care. Once you purchase deal on ********************** and decide to cancel it, they would not take care of it, instead they ask the customer to contact the merchant directly and deal with it. I ask if I can to talk to supervisor and they said they will contact back on email 24hours but they never respond!!!Their customer does nothing. I wanted to talk on the phone but they said to protect their agency, they don't provide phone service. Instead, they ask the customers to wait for ever and never take care the problem!!Why does customers needs to take care all the problems and needs to wait for more then 24hours to be taken care of???I will never Groupon ever again!!!!

      I booked a hotel stay through Groupon back in September of this year for a weekend at a cost of $428 and change unfortunately I had to cancel or reschedule due to a death in the family. I tried to cancel 4 days before my scheduled arrival and was told that it was non refundable even though it was not on the booking information or on my printed email receipt which I viewed as my contract and when I tried calling Groupon they kept passing buck finally blaming it on Expedia. Which wasnt mentioned when I booked my stay. When I talked to Expedia I was told they had no knowledge of my booking.

      Groupon is a scam. We purchased two tickets to the ********* ****** wheel ($40) and they were marked redeemed on a day we did not visit. When we told Groupon about it they said they cannot do anything about it. The vendor must correct this mistake. They would not even tell us how the groupon vouchers could be redeemed by the vendor when we did not visit the vendor on the date they said the vouchers were redeemed! Do not purchase from Groupon. You will just be throwing your money away.

      I purchased a voucher for a ******* air duct cleaning from Groupon. This voucher doesnt expire until June 4, ****. I took appointment from them . They gave me later after week appointment. Third party contractor showed up. He refuse to perform this service. I asked Groupon to refund my money. They are refusing to give my refund saying it after 3days is cool off period . We can not refund you. I think this is scam. Voucher is still valid till june24. Merchant. Contractor, Groupon all three parties refuse to refund. This is my hard earn money. They can not keep it. Need helpThank you.

      Groupon is a scam. I signed up for texts so I could get the promo code discount. It was never sent to me. So, I signed up for emails, so I could get that discount they advertised. It was never sent to me. I complained to "customer service." They sent me a fake promo code that doesn't work on anything. I have been going back and forth with them for 6 weeks now, and the email chain is absolutely outrageous. After 5+ weeks, I finally got someone who said they'd worked with the merchant and will work with me to purchase the item with the discount. When that never happened, I sent them yet another email asking why it never happened. Got another Groupon person who said--happy to help, please tell me what's the issue. I said -- are you kidding?? Read through the last 6 weeks of emails! I then got yet a different Groupon agent who replied--you'll need to use the promo code you received. WHAAAT??? This started 6 weeks ago with the fact (1) they never sent a promo code; and then (2) the one they sent me was FAKE and did not work!! STAY AWAY FROM GROUPON AT ALL COSTS!!

      Groupon is less than satisfactory I purchaesed a groupon When i went to redeem it It said redeemed but that was not me Grpupon wanted proof from provider that it was *** me who used it. SERVICE provider never answered ****** calls or responded . BOTH GROUPON AND SEVICE PROVIDER used me as a ping ping ball between eachother.Service provider finally amswered after Groupon expired lol Apologized and set up massage . 2 hours before massage i gor a text Massage cancelled for medical emergency Groupon is useless Massage provider never calls to reschedule even after i leave over 5 voucemail messages Seems like a total scam Unprofessional unacceptable and frusatrating Angry customer One star is too much here
