      Groupon has turned into a Scam site and has trained there representatives to respond to you with a email address that is not yours so they don't have to respond to your complaint. This is ridiculous and the food delivery there are Scams as well especially Factor

      GROUPON is a rip off!!!There is NO assistance with this company. Waiting on the chat for 3 days. Sent a email everyday to get assistance. There has been NO ASSISTANCE. Wrong item sent and I have no one to contact.

      Virginia B I am a 67 year old senior and was a very loyal customer for many years and now very displeased with the service I recently received. I purchased a Groupon on September 28. They were 4 tickets to a comedy show in ********* (I live in Georgia) and for what I thought was December 5, 2023. When I notice the Groupon was not in "my stuff", I contacted Groupon on November 9. I later found out the date on the tickets was November 28, not December 5. I called Ticket Master and they indicated they could do an exchange, but because of the third party vendor Groupon I had to contact them. I contacted them several times and even asked for some sort of discount or assistance with purchasing "new tickets" and was told there was nothing that could be done. I finally elevated the matter to a supervisor, I asked for a phone # (which I never received) and three days later, and after losing over $130 for tickets I can't use, I was offered a $20 Groupon. Poor customer service, poor follow up, and poor resolution to the problem.

      Shocking they remain in business. If purchase anything but need a refund you can forget it.Pathetic theives and liars. I found a email for an account executive after sending him emails the accused magically no longer works.

      Horrible company. Bought a Groupon for a manicure pedicure service, and then was told by the salon owner that she had no manicurist and could not provide the service. The process to get a refund is a joke, and after going back-and-forth with them for five times I have still not received my refund. Basically a horrible unprofessional scam company because once they have your money, you will never get it back. Warnings to the rest of you. Will never ever ever do business with them again. A disgusting disgrace of a company.

      I paid for a service. Called the merchant and tried to make an appointment. The store refused to honor. Wanted me to purchase an additional appoint. I told her I would just like the one appointment and she did not agree. She told me to get a refund from Groupon. I contacted Groupon on the computer. Back and forth until finally I was told they would issue a refund to my financial institution. Then they e-mailed me back and said they would issue Groupon Bucks. I said no I want a refund. Then over two months later they (**************) said they would issue a full refund to the original form of payment and canceled the Groupon Bucks. This was 10/21/23. My purchase was 8/18/23 for $161.10. This has been going back and forth. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. My financial institute had filed a dispute (letter of 8/27/23) and Groupon has not responded. Again I contacted them 11/13/23 and they told me to contact my financial institute. This has become absurd. No one answers their phone number, ************

      Groupon used to be reliable but they have definitely changed. Trying to purchase groupons for an event they are advertising but every single event slot I purchase is refunded back. Why post something and take my money if you do not actually have it to sale? Isn't this illegal to sell a product you do not have in stock? Still waiting for my refunds... DO NOT USE GROUPON. It is not worth the headache!

      I purchased 2 Colorado Avalanche tickets for Nov 7 against **********. I went about an hour and a half before the game started to look for my tickets on my email. I had received an email showing me that I had purchased the tickets, but they were not the actual tickets. I tried calling both Groupon and Vivid seats, and no luck. Groupon sent me a message they would resolve it in a week or so. Luckily I had already paid for parking, so I went to the Avs ticket resolution center and they were able to put me in rwo compatible seats, no thanks due to either Groupon or Vivid seats who Groupon goes through. Do not order any event through Groupon. You could be paying for an event that you won't be able to go to.
