      A lot of people do not honor groupon..they gave me hard times few times before..and last unfortunately was a circle de soleil tickets that were denied at the door..and they never gave me refund back!

      I can’t trade in or get a refund my Groupon after 3 days of buying it. Very unfair. Also, there is no a human to talk to only stupid machine.

      Groupon wont refund for service a goods I never used. I went back a fourth with emails a customer service was very rude .

      I've had great experiences with my purchases through Groupon. I make sure to read the fine print prior to purchasing and I haven't had any issues. It's also good to check the business website - that tends to help too. Love the restaurant and experience deals.

      I went to purchase a Groupon while on vacation. I had clicked on the Groupon and selected the PayPal option to pay. I did not complete the purchase because I was waiting to confirm with my family they wanted to do this activity. When I finalized the purchase it charged me twice and I had 2 vouchers. I requested a refund and was talked bc I paid via PayPal I could only receive Groupon bucks. I was okay with this. I finally found a Groupon only to find my Groupon bucks disappeared to zero dollars. When contacting them I was told they didnt see I ever had Groupon bucks Then I was told the old voucher was reactivated and even though expired I could use it at the location l. I love 14 hours away and this was a one time activity option. I was told this was my only option. I then asked to speak with a manager because I was given a refund only for it to be taken away, and not given any notice. I have yet to hear from anyone. I am only trying to get my Groupon bucks back that were given to me as a refund. The communication has been horrible and No resolution in sight. Very disappointed with how this has time line of events has occurred

      Beware of buying ************ Passes through GroupOn. Accidentally had a typo in our email and thought the purchase did not go through so started over. We ended up being charged twice. I've been in contact with them for 3 weeks now and they acknowledge the invalid email but still have not provided a refund. Aside from all this trouble, it was very difficult getting things scheduled using the pass. Wasn't worth the small savings just due to that and especially since we are now basically being robbed of $250.

      Just horrible. Once you buy a Groupon, you can not get your money back (not even Groupon bucks) even if you have a very good reason to cancel your purchase.

      I dont know when Groupon went down the toilet but stay far away from this company. They do not process refunds and give you Groupon credit but you dont have access to it if you purchased the Groupon on a guest account. POS company.

      Terrible customer service I bought a ********************** Voucher and after being charged for a Voucher the Company emailed me saying they dont ship to my state which is **. Contact Groupon for a refund plus forward them the email saying they dont ship to my state and they still havent gotten my refund.
