      They are scammers. I bought a ************** Pro from them and when I went to redeem it, it had already been redeem. They are scammers and they have horrible customer service.

      Worst customer service in the world. Bought ********************** but didnt receive it in email or app. Contacted customer service. After many delayed days in between they told me I was past my refund window. Buyer beware do not buy anything from this company.

      The customer service here is absolutely terrible. My 7 and 9 year old sons have been scarred by this scam! I purchased a Groupon Voucher which advertised a NYC cruise around with Santa for 4, which promised a special appearance by Santa ****** It was indicated that there would be an opportunity to meet Santa and take photos with him. Unfortunately, Santa was not present on the cruise as advertised. We asked staff members on the boat who confirmed there was no Santa on our cruise. My family and I walked around the entire boat while on the cruise looking for Santa, only to be disappointed that the he wasn't there. When I contacted ***************** they insisted that Santa was on the boat even after I asked for a photo for prove their claim. I was refused a photo and a refund only to receive a $14 credit, after sending 4 more emails they agreed to a $40 credit. I am now asking for a $40 refund to my original form of payment instead of a credit, as I have no use for a credit on merchandise I no longer trust. I am truly fearful for the damage this poses on the public since this false advertisement for Santa is still on their website for purchase.

      This doesn't help me get nowhere . I want to flag this company from continuing to take people's money. Like mine. ***** is a lot of money to me. And I want a refund

      Groupon's path to returning items is very difficult. There is no option to return the item once you purchase it. I have tried to select return package on their app and there is no option. I log on to the computer to return it. Once you select return package it directs you to their email. I reached out to customer service via email, and was told the request should be done in the app. I need to return two suits but they are not provideing a return label.

      No customer service at all. Bought the bully sticks Groupon, and they haven't shipped. No phone number of course for the company, and the "support" e-mail comes back as undeliverable. Groupon is just as bad. NO help. I would give no stars if I could. Guess I'm out $40. Terrible

      If i could give a negative 50 stars i would. I sold a bunch of vouchers on groupon only to receive my first payment where they took 98% of my money. And tried to say it was apart of a promotional that groupon was offering when the customers provided me backup of what they paid. I lost more money using groupon to help me grow my business then just giving money away! I am so angry. I paid my employees to only be more in the whole working with groupon

      Groupon should no longer be allowed to operate in any way, shape, or form and the ************************ should take a deeper dive into their business practices. I would give them a "O" out of "5" stars if I could. They are stealing from us blind and there should be a Class Action Lawsuit filed against them. I submitted a Groupon dispute on December 16, 2024, due to their misrepresentation of some vouchers I recently purchased for Regal Cinemas. I did try to resolve it with them at first, but the representative stated that they were unable to assist as the purchases were non-refundable. However, it did not sit well with me since I purchased the vouchers for a set price for a movie ticket thinking I was going to save a lot of money only to find out that I was provided partial credit of the voucher when redeeming them online and in the movie theatre; which I find others have experienced as well. The amount I am requesting is for the difference I had to pay for the movie and small popcorn vouchers. I attached screenshots, I paid more than I would have had I purchased them at the movies. I ended up with a $36.35 overpayment for those vouchers. Requested a refund due to overpayment/misrepresentation in the amount of $36.35 ($9.03 overpaid movie tickets + $27.32 overpaid popcorn). I attached multiple screenshots as proof of what I have explained in this letter and provided it to my credit card company. And was told in ONE day that outcome is No Credit Given because Groupon claimed there was no evidence of a billing error. I am very disappointed. Though it may not seem a lot of money, it all adds up. Will contact credit card company again.

      I just got off the phone with ****** because I'm disputing a Groupon purchase. The merchant I bought the Groupon for doesn't have a phone number or email, there is no way to schedule for the service, and Groupon keeps telling me to just go schedule on the website, which has no scheduling ability. Groupon is a scam. Just call their phone number and see for yourself, I just reported them.

      Groupon advertised a coupon for carpet cleaning. I have never had an issue with my debit card but it was chaos w. Groupon. Accepted then rejected a few times and finally accepted again. I called cleaning company for appt. and they have never serviced my area. I called Groupon and was informed I was still liable? Seriously?? Groupon has a lousy *** and obviously needs a change in management.
