      I thought I was purchasing tickets for a Whose Line is it Anyway in ************ through Ticketmaster . The price of the tickets I clicked on were about $58. I received an email statng I would receive my tickets before th event. I received the email stating the section and sets and to accept. Once I accepted the price was $1,380.06 when the actual should have been $288. I then though I clicked the wrong seats and these were better seats with better view. However, when I receive the tickets they all had the $58 with fees price.PayPal obviously knows about this company as other people have reported them but continue to do business with them along with Ticketmaster. This is obviously theft.

      1-9-2023. I went online to what I thought was TicketMaster.com. Now I have no idea of what website I was directed to but I ended up maybe with Tickets-Center.com. It turns our that this site sells tickets on the secondary market...something that was not stated. I assumed I was purchasing tickets directly from TicketMaster at TicketMaster prices. Since I do not buy tickets for shows, there was nothing that seemed weird....until later when the tickets were transferred to me from "******." When I went online to order more tickets, I did get to the TicketMaster site directly...only to discover that I had paid over double for the tickets along with a huge service fee. There is no way to contact Tickets-Center. The link on my email gets me to a site that my browser states is prohibited. There is no contact for TicketFulFillment Center. I have been going in a circle trying to figure out what is happening. Only to find out that both companies have terrible BBB grades! I have contacted PayPal and my credit card company about this issue.

This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.

      Once the customer selected the ********************** listing they desired Paw Patrol Live, taking place on 2/18/23, there they were able to see the tickets available the Delivery Method. Once the customer selects the *********************** they prefer, they were presented with the Delivery Method and directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $507.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once the customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click Continue and under this button it states: Your account will not be charged yet. Then, the customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, our customers order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the Place Order the customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $507.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to place their order.

      Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not TFS, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry.

      Prior to receiving this claim, we thoroughly discussed this matter with the customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order and tickets were sent to their email prior to their event; as such, we consider this matter closed. If the customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

      In this case the customer's *********************** were delivered on 11/23/2022. A ticket delivery email was sent to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase and contained a link the customer should follow to accept their ********************** transfer. At this time we have received no contact from the customer regarding their order. It should be noted that the validity of the ticket transfer link provided has been confirmed and as such the order is considered fulfilled. If the customer requires further assistance with their order we encourage them to contact the customer service department.

      I purchased 2 tickets to an event in April 2022. Order Number: ********. Cost of tickets and fees: $381.70 USD. The event originally scheduled for May 10, 2022 - rescheduled to Feb 23, 2023. These are physical tickets, not electronic, and the tickets are not in my posession. I am no longer able to attend the event now that there is a new date, so I am trying to resell the tickets to a friend so that they are not wasted. I have contacted Tickets On Sale many times and I have been given conflicting information each time. They first told me they would change the name on the ticket pick up since it states that only the person named can pick them up on the day of the event. As soon as I got off the phone with them I checked my email and they sent me a message to tell me that they could not complete this request. I contacted them on their live chat again and was told that I have to contact the original seller. I was given a phone number of a company in *******, ********** (Song Ticketing) and I tried to call them many times. I left messages and I have not heard from them for over 3 weeks. I contacted Tickets On Sale again to inform them that while researching the original seller, I discovered that they are not in business anymore and that they have been accused of scamming people out of tickets in the past. Tickets On Sale said that they just contacted the seller and they said the name cannot be changed, however, then changed their story to say that they will try to contact the seller when I requested the seller's contact information that they used to speak to someone there, they refused to give me the contact information. They are giving me the run around and also lying about what they have tried to do to help me. I have asked them to send me the tickets. I have asked them to change the pick up name.I have asked them to give me the original seller's contact information.I have asked them for a refund.All of which they will not do.I do not know what to do next?

As such, we are able to provide the following information. 

      In this case, the delivery method was set as Will Call, meaning the customer would have to pick up the *********************** at the Venue's Will Call on the day of the event. After the order was confirmed, the customer was sent specific delivery instructions which stated "Tickets may only be picked up by the person who's name is listed on the order." 

      On the same day of purchase, the customer contacted the customer service team to update the pick-up name for their tickets. The customer care team attempted to assist the customer by putting in this request to the seller and our customer was then informed that this request was not guaranteed. As the seller could not update the pick-up name with the venue, the tickets will remain under the customer's name for pick-up on the day of the event. 

      Since the online marketplace operates on the secondary market, delivery methods cannot be changed. Tickets can only be delivered in the format that the seller has listed, which is often the same format that they originally obtained them in. Any requests to reissue tickets or change pick-up names is at the sole discretion of the venue and/or ticket distributors, not the online marketplace. Therefore, the customer's order remains in accordance with the terms that were agreed to upon checkout and is not eligible for a refund. Furthermore, it stated within the terms that "If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your order will not qualify for a refund and your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date." At this time, all terms set forth at the time of purchase will continue to be upheld by the marketplace. If the customer has further questions pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact the customer service department.

      Thank you for responding. We are happy to provide further clarification on this matter. It was previously stated that it is outside the purview of the online ticket marketplace to change pick-up names. These requests are up to the sole discretion of the ******************** and the customer was initially informed that a name change request was not guaranteed. Please note that the customer care team worked diligently to attempt to accommodate the customer of their request. In this case, the seller already confirmed that the name cannot be changed, therefore, the tickets will remain in the customer's name. Additionally, seller contact information must remain internal for privacy concerns. While we regret that a name-change could not be accommodated in this instance, the order is not eligible for a refund under the terms agreed to upon purchase. As such, we continue to consider this matter closed.

      I am rejecting this response because:I believe that you have not tried at all to actually change the name, or to contact the original seller, however, you continued to lie to me during the online customer service chats. Multiple times I was told different I for by different agents. There is absolutely no reason that I can not have the tickets in my possession now, nor that someone cant simply phone and change the pick up name. It makes absolutely no sense unless you are a company that is trying to scam people out of their money. This company obviously has a poor track record with refunds, etc. Since there is a class action lawsuit against them currently.

      We were charged by ticket fullfillment services through paypal in the amount of $564.94 for one ticket that we did not purchase. Date was Jan 16. We did not buy any tickets, and we wouldn't buy only one if we did. We disputed with paypal, but they say it's a legitimate charge. WE HAVE NOT GONE TO ANY WEBSITE TO BUY ANY TICKETS RECENTLY. There is no website or phone number to contact anyone to find out what's going on.

      on December18th, 2022 I entered into my computer '*****************' as I was looking to see if they had trips to the ******** theater in *********** as they would provide transportation to and back from the theater & the senior's residence where I live. I then clicked on their site & entered Lion King(name of play I wanted) & some how it got me off ********** and onto Ticket Fulfillment without my realizing I was not still on *****************. And so I paid $563.50 for 2 tickets for March 1,,2023 Lion King with my credit card knowing I would have transport to and from the theater. But imagine my horror when details arrived via email a few minutes later and I discovered Ticket Fulfillment was the seller. I immediately phoned them and explained what had happened but they refused to cancel as they have a no cancelation policy. This policy has also stopped my credit card company from supporting me. So I am left with some kind of electronic tickets I can't pick up and no way to get to the ******** or get home again that night. .

However, it should be noted that the marketplace web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, Secondary market tickets. Prices may be above face value." It should also be noted that the marketplace website does not direct to or from any other website and that no part of the website indicates the inclusion of transportation to any event.

      When placing their order the customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to the terms of sale stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, the customers order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the Place Order button the customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $563.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to place their order. 
       
      Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry must be adhered to. TFS's ultimate priority is to continue to providing excellent customer service, if the customer has any additional concerns we urge them to contact the customer service team.

      on or about November 15, 2022, we attempted to purchase concert tickets through ticketmaster, with whom we have an account. While online with who we thought was ticketmaster, we received a notice from the real ticketmaster that our tickets were available to be purchased. My wife and I called this vendor, Ticket Fulfillment Services immediately to cancel our transaction since we just found out they were not ticketmaster. We were told it is too late "because we already have the money." This vendor then upcharged us over $1085 for 2 concert tickets. The credit card is a Citi Mastercard, but they will not support us in our dispute because, even though we do not have tickets in our possession. This vendor indicated that they will not even provide us the 2 wildly expensive tickets until the day of the show, which is n the summer of 2023. This company defrauded us into believing we were purchasing tickets from ticketmaster, and is using "you should have read the fine print" to take money from us in exchange for a product they do not have and have not provided to us. We understood we were purchasing ticket, not a promise to provide tickets at a future date. We had no intention of conducting business with this vendor at all - we thought we were working with our usual vendor, this vendor knew that. We have our ticketmaster tickets in our possession, we paid about $300 for the 2 of them. This vendor, Ticket Fulfillment Service, has charged us fees far in excess of anything remotely reasonable (almost $800 - almost 3 times the price of the product), and provided no product, and no service. According to your website, they will likely never provide the product. We are requesting they cooperate with our credit card company and provide the requested refund since we spoke with them contemporaneously to the sale begging them not to continue to process the transaction since we erroneously thought they were a different entity.

      The customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that the marketplace web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of every event and ticket listing page states "[This is] a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office." During the checkout process customers are presented with the terms and conditions of the site, and are required to click a box which states, I agree to [TFS] policies and am aware that I am purchasing from a resale marketplace, not the box office or venue, and may be paying above face value. In order to complete the purchase the customer must click "Place Order" under which is stated "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $1,085.42. All prices are in US Dollars. All sales are final." 
       
      Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace own or generate any tickets and therefore do not set or control delivery date or ticket listing price. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which TFS has no affiliation. The customer was provided email notification regarding the expected available date for their tickets, which in this case is set closer to the event date. Please note, all purchases made on the marketplace website are covered by the 100% Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before the event. As all order details and terms were sufficiently displayed prior to the customer completing their order we consider this matter closed. If the customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact the customer service department.

      I ordered tickets from Ticket Fulfillment in August through Paypal, my tickets were never delivered. I disputed the charge to which they sent documents saying the charge was ligitimate. I again disputed the charge tellling them yes I ordered the tickets but they never delivered the tickets. On one set of documernts they said the tickets were sent via *** to which I asked for proof of delivery, they responded by send another set of documents saying they were digital. Th documents they sent stated that the tickets were never downloaded. Reason for this is I was never sent a link to download them..

      In this case the customer's order was fulfilled shortly after the order was confirmed on 8/22/2022. As the delivery method selected by the customer during the checkout process was electronic transfer, tickets were transferred electronically to the email address entered by the customer. Please note that the customer's ********************** delivery method was never altered or changed from the one selected at the time of purchase. It should further be noted that at no point until now had the customer contacted to indicate an issue with their order. Should the customer have reported their concern previously an appropriate resolution may have been provided. 

      As the customer noted, in addition to this current claim the customer filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. This has been addressed, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in the customer's favor. If they have any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

      2/19/2022 Purchased tickets for ********************* Concert in ***., **. Concert was cancelled twice then cancelled all together. I paid $681.86 for 2 tickets. I have been trying to get my money back from Ticket Fulfillment since concert was cancelled 9/22. *************) Only proof I have is my bank statement which shows my purchase. My cell phone was lost, and all info was on it. Cannot reach anyone by phone unless you have a ticket number which was on my phone. Please help me I am 83 yrs old and don't know where else to look for help. Thank you so much

Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS") processes orders and provides customer service for online ********************** marketplaces. TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.  

      As noted in the claim, on 2/18/2022 the customer purchased *********************** to ********************* at ****************. At the time of purchase this event was scheduled for 9/7/2022 but was later rescheduled by the event production or venue to 8/26/2023. We would like to note that all communication regarding the customer order was sent to the email address entered at the time of purchase which should be accessible to the customer at any time. On 5/18/2022 the customer was emailed notification informing them of their new event date. Please note that if an event is rescheduled rather than cancelled, the tickets will still be valid for the postponed or rescheduled date; therefore, pursuant to the terms agreed to by the customer at the time of purchase, compensation is not issued in such cases. If the customer has any additional concerns relating to their order, we welcome them to contact the customer service department and reference their order #********.

      I am rejecting this response because:Concert was rescheduled twice in 2022 and then rescheduled in 2023.  I feel this is unacceptable.  I need to have the tickets resent to me.  *********** never sent me ticket information or notice of 2023 schedule.  I am 83 years old and need assistance please.  I don't think I'll be able to attend *********** scheduled for this year.  I no longer have the Debit Card I charged the tickets on it is closed.  I can furnish the new info.  I have my bank statement as proof of purchase/

      Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address the customer's concerns and clarify the marketplace's policy.  As previously stated, within the terms of use it is outlined that if an event is postponed or rescheduled the order will not qualify for a refund. We also noted in our original response that on 5/18/2022 the customer was emailed notification which informed them of their new event date. Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory. The marketplace platform acts as an intermediary between customers and sellers and as such has taken no part in the decision making process surrounding rescheduling the event. Please note that the customer's *********************** have not yet been delivered. The expected ticket delivery date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which TFS has no affiliation. However, all purchases made on the marketplace website are covered by the 100% Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before the event. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to the customer placing their order and as such consider this matter closed.

      I am rejecting this response because: I requested a copy of the tickets that I purchased. I do not have a record of receiving any emails or ticket information from said company.  I only have my bank statement showing my purchase.  I request a copy of all of their emails to me.  I think that's the least they can do for this amount of money. ($668).

      In this case the customer's order was fulfilled shortly after it was confirmed on 11/2/2022. At that time tickets were transferred electronically to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. It should be noted that valid documentation was obtained which confirmed the correct tickets were transferred to the email address provided by the customer, and as such the ********************** delivery has been marked as completed. In accordance with the marketplace's 100% Buyer Guarantee valid tickets have been delivered thus the order does not qualify for compensation. At this time, we will continue to comply with all terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase. If the customer requires further assistance regarding their ticket transfer, we encourage them to contact customer care.
