      On 11/15/22 I attempted to purchase legitimate tickets to a *********************** concert for my daughter as a Christmas present. I was unknowingly rerouted online to a website that looked like Ticketmaster (the legitimate ticket seller) and was then charged $3,181.99 for 4 tickets. I immediately called Ticket Sales and was told I could not cancel the order. My PayPal account was used and my **************** card was charged the $3,181.99. I did not receive any concert tickets and was not refunded any of my money.

TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.  

      The customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that the marketplace web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of every event and ticket listing page states: [TFS] is a trusted secondary marketplace. Prices set by sellers may be above or below face value. Furthermore, during the checkout process customers are presented with the terms and conditions of the marketplace, including the statement: To complete your order, you must agree to the sales terms and conditions and confirm that you have reviewed the Order Summary above. All prices are listed in US Dollars. All sales are final. The customer was additionally required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms and the statement, I agree to the sales terms and refund policy listed above and acknowledge that this site is a resale marketplace. By clicking "Place Order", my credit card will be charged $3,181.99 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees. 

       Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace own or generate any tickets and therefore do not set or control delivery date or ticket listing price. Rather, the estimated ship date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which TFS has no affiliation. The customer was provided email notification regarding the expected available date for their tickets, which in this case is set closer to the event date. Please note, all purchases made on the marketplace website are covered by the 100% Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before the event. It should also be noted that in addition to this current claim the customer filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. If the customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

As previously stated, as a secondary resale platform neither TFS nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory. This information is stated at the top of every page on the marketplace website. Therefore, neither TFS nor the marketplace can modify or alter the expected ticket delivery date. Furthermore, in accordance with the terms agreed to at the time of purchase a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policy must be adhered to. The 100% Buyer Guarantee posted by the marketplace ensures the customer's *********************** will be delivered in time for the event and as such, in accordance with all agreed to terms and conditions, we consider this matter closed.

      Recently suspected fraudulent activity through my PayPal account with Ticket Fulfillment Services LP on my PayPal account. Immediately contacted the "Seller" Ticket Fulfillment Services, LP. They refused to help or refund any monies.Transaction date: December 17, 2022, at 1:21 am.The total amount was $1639.50 This was an unauthorized purchase and there is no refund option This business has made no attempt to resolve the problem or provide any documentation.order #******** the 1st email received was from ticket center.com email: ***************************************** The second email is disguised to look like a legitimate TicketMaster email asking that you accept tickets. email: ******************************************************* and they follow up again with another email from [email protected] do have a Ticket Master account and have purchased from them numerous times. This is not their email address.I have not accepted, nor will i accept these tickets.

As such, we are able to provide the following information. 

      Every order placed on the site is backed by a Buyer Guarantee, which means that the customer's *********************** will be authentic, valid for entry, and delivered prior to the event. This guarantee is outlined within the terms which is available for review during the checkout process. It should be noted that the site is completely user driven and therefore all contact information and payment information must be manually entered by the buyer at checkout. Once this information is entered and the order is placed, it is put through a secure verification process to ensure the information provided is valid. In this case, the buyer's information was put through this process and was found to be valid and accurate.

      In addition to this current claim, the customer filed a dispute with their financial institution, which was ultimately resolved in merchant favor. At this time, the order has been fulfilled in accordance with the Buyer Guarantee and does not qualify for a refund. If the customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact the customer service department.

      On 9/30/22 I purchased 2 tickets to Mellencamp, I used PayPal. The ticket price was 125 dollars per ticket however the total price was ****** . The math doesn't add up. I requested a refund through ticket fulfillment and PayPal yet my disputes have been denied. I haven't yet received these tickets nor to I want them anymore. I am in contact with my bank about being charged for tickets I never recieved. I can only hope they will side with me.

This means the price is not based on the tickets' original price, or face value, and may be higher or lower than that original amount.  Additionally, the estimated ship date is also set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which TFS has no affiliation. The customer was provided email notification regarding the expected available date for their tickets, which in this case is set closer to the event date. 

      Please note, all purchases made on the marketplace website are covered by the 100% Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before the event. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policy must be adhered to.       I am rejecting this response because: ticket fulfillment services has the same standard responses to the unhappy customers. I have  sent an attachment of the response they gave to paypal and it says i received the tickets already. They make up the story as they go. I have not  recieved any thing   from TFS  pertaining to the tickets i purchased. So please ask them for a tracking number on the information they sent me or the tickets. TFS is a shady business that preys on people looking to go to the shows. Ticket center is the place i bought the tickets online from, which i am sure is TFS shady website.

Rather, the estimated ticket delivery date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which TFS has no affiliation. Please note that during the checkout process customers are able to view the delivery format for their tickets and the delivery method selected by the customer was electronic transfer. This means the customer's *********************** will be transferred online using the platform that the venue has issued tickets through. The customer's *********************** will not be shipped and as such no tracking can be provided. In accordance with the terms agreed to at the time of purchase a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policy must be adhered to.       I went to a website, ********, to purchase tickets for an event in November 2023. When I selected buy tickets I was sent to a site that was not the theaters website. I did not realize this until after purchasing the tickets. When I saw the final price I was shocked and tried to cancel the order but they would not refund my money. I have lodged a dispute with PayPal which I used to purchase the tickets and my credit card company. Afterwards I decided to research this company and found out it is a scam and there are many complaints against, my bad for not paying more attention, but I really thought I was on the venues website. I am also reporting this to the *************************

During the checkout process customers are presented with the terms and conditions of the site, and are required to click a box which states, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, the customers order total breakdown was reiterated. Directly below the Place Order the customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $470.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to place their order.

      Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own or generate tickets. However, all orders place through the marketplace are covered by the marketplace's 100% Buyer Guarantee which assures that tickets provided will be valid for the selected event. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry must be adhered to. Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with the customer and consider this matter closed.       In this case the customer's order was initially fulfilled on 12/3/2022 shortly after their order was confirmed. At that time tickets were transferred electronically to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. It should be noted that valid documentation was obtained from the third party site confirming the correct tickets were transferred to the email address provided by the customer, and as such the order is considered fulfilled. If the customer has experienced issues gaining access to their tickets, as their event has not yet occurred, we recommend they contact customer service for further assistance.

This ********************** transfer has been confirmed and as such the ticket delivery is considered completed. As noted in our previous response, if the customer requires further assistance locating or accessing their tickets we recommend they contact customer service. As it stands the order in question does not qualify for cancellation or compensation and as such we consider this matter closed.

      11/1/22 online purchase of tickets for Cats, using PayPal account. When I found out tickets were not yet released by the theater for sale for that event, I attempted to cancel within an hour or so, and transaction was still pending with credit card company. Contacted Chase, the credit card company, they said I would not be charged and they discontinued that credit card account. On my current *******************, fee of ******* is still there. I contacted ***** and Paypal and was able to get phone contact for ticket services, spoke with them, again requesting cancellation on 12/13/22 and they would not help me.

      On the date of purchase the customer selected the ********************** listing they desired for Cats, and it must be noted that the selected listing included the following disclosure, "Zone Seating: this listing describes tickets that the seller does not own, but is offering to procure for you. Like all tickets sold on a marketplace, zone tickets may be higher or lower than the price first offered by the venue. After you place your order and your order is confirmed, we guarantee that your tickets will be within the zone or section listed or one comparable and that you will receive these tickets in time for the event or your money back. Orders exceeding four tickets may be split up into different rows within the requested zone or section. Specific seats are not assigned until delivery." This means the customer selected a listing for *********************** fully informed that the tickets may not yet be available to them. Furthermore, all listing notes were available for review during the checkout process. The customer was also presented with the terms and conditions of the website, and were required to click a box which states, I agree to [TFS] policies and am aware that I am purchasing from a resale marketplace, not the box office or venue, and may be paying above face value. In order to complete the purchase the customer must click "Place Order" under which is stated "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $2,582.24. All prices are in US Dollars. All sales are final."  
       
      Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. In this case that means the customer's order does not qualify for a refund and the order will continue to adhere to an all sales are final policy. In addition to this current claim, the customer has filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. Due to the nature of the dispute process, no further assistance may be provided for  this matter while this dispute remains open, and encourage the customer to contact their financial institution with any questions regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

      I bought 4 tickets to a show here in *****. I thought I was paying one amount for these tickets. I made the purchase today at 6:30 am this morning. I contacted the place at 8 am to only find out they are a 3rd party seller. They don't even have the tickets in there possession. I was charged $436.00 under the impression I was buying 4 tickets at this price. When I got the email I was charged $2,448.48 for four tickets. I just was diagnosed with a stroke and can't afford this payment amount. When I contacted the seller who states they can not stop the process and or give a refund. They asked me to resale something I don't have and they can't provide because they don't have the tickets in there possession. So it is a big scam and I am paying the price.

      As the marketplace has confirmed the customer's order this indicates that the order was placed according to the following check out process. On 12/13/2022 the customer selected the event Lynyrd Skynyrd and ****** and they navigated to the ticket listing page. The top of this page clearly notifies customers, [TFS] is a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue or box office. After the customer selected the ********************** listing they desired, they were directed to the checkout page. Here, the customer was provided with an order summary that displayed the event details, ticket location, and price per ticket which in this case was $436.00. The customer then provided an email address and selected a delivery method. After a delivery method was selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total was calculated. A complete itemized breakdown of the customers order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $2,443.48 was displayed in bold text on the right-hand side of that page. The customer was then presented with the terms and conditions of the site, and are required to click a box which states, I agree to [TFS] policies and am aware that I am purchasing from a resale marketplace, not the box office or venue, and may be paying above face value.       I googled ******************** for tickets to see Sound of Music. The site directed me to a website for the tickets. Somehow the site was a third party site. I was charged for times the ***** tix price. I paid ****** per ticket. Bought six tickets which came to over ********. We had the last row in the theatre horrible seats. I cannot understand how this is legal. Four times for a ***** ticket. Thats absurd. I only noticed on Wednesday Dec 7, 2022 when I was emailed the tickets to print out. Is this legal???? Is there any way I can get some of my money back or at least warn other people who in good faith get this s***** site.???? Please advise. Thanks so much

TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.  

      The customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that the marketplace web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of every event and ticket listing page states "Secondary market tickets. Prices may be above face value. During the checkout process customers are presented with the terms and conditions of the site, and are required to click a box which states, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, the customers order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the Place Order the customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $1,032.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to place their order.

      Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory. All tickets listed on the site are owned and priced by individual sellers, not TFS or the marketplace, based on those sellers' assessments of varied, changing factors such as customer demand. This means the price is not based on the tickets' original price, or face value, and may be higher or lower than that original amount. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policy must be adhered to. TFS's ultimate priority is to continue to providing excellent customer service, if the customer has any additional concerns we urge them to contact the customer service team.

      My Wife - **** - was tricked into doing business with ticket center. She was meaning to do business with Ticket Master but web sites look the same and the ****** search took her to their web site. She called the vendor to try to reverse the transaction that she made right away - but they refused - stating no refunds no exchanges.This is a scam company that is running a tricky spoofing campaign off of Ticket Master. You can see the names are similar. I am working with **************** to try to get resolution as we cannot get a response from the company. I will file a complaint with ************** of ******** Protection. The transaction was on November 14th for $1,115.76 and was under my wife's name - ************************* - on her Amex card.
