Purchased two tickets to the Nutcracker Ballet in ******* ********* through this ticket company. Went to venue and found out that this company sold me fraudulent tickets. I had to re-purchase tickets from venue box office. This company was also reported to the venue. I paid $199 through this ticket company and when I re-purchased tickets, they were only $30. This company needs to be shut down. I have filed a dispute with paypal and my credit card company. Still waiting to get resolution. I also have a letter from venue manager stating that the tickets I purchased were fraudulent.Business Response

On June 6, 2022 I purchased tickets for the *************************** concert in ****** ************* to take place on December 10, 2022. I never received the tickets. The company is now saying they have no record of my purchase. The money was taken out of my credit card account, and I have a confirmation from the credit card account as well as a receipt from PayPal. I cant even contact the company to resolve the issue. I read online that there are numerous complaints against this company. 11-12-22 $1038.00 Bought tickets and I assumed they were directly from Ticketmaster but I received a notification that they had to be transferred to me. I obtained the tickets but did not realize that I would not be able to receive a refund if needed. I even bought the additional event insurance in case I had to cancel because they cost so much. This company has told me the only way to obtain my money back is to resell the tickets however I cant resell them through Ticketmaster. Therefore, my only option they have given me is to sell them on social media!!!!!My mother is going to have to have surgery and I will not be able to use these tickets at this point because I have to be with her. This surgery was not planned when I bought the tickets. When I called customer service for help they couldnt even give me the phone number or address of their corporate office to file a complaint. I explained to the agent I spoke with that seems very shady to me! I also asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was trained to handle my type of concerns but offered no other help than to sell on so oak media to recoup my money!!Business Response

As such, we are able to provide the following information.
The customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that the marketplace web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of every event and ticket listing page states "[This is] a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office." During the checkout process customers are presented with the terms and conditions of the site, and are required to click a box which states, I agree to [TFS] policies and am aware that I am purchasing from a resale marketplace, not the box office or venue, and may be paying above face value. In order to complete the purchase the customer must click "Place Order" under which is stated "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $1,035.50. All prices are in US Dollars. All sales are final."
Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry must be adhered to. Additionally, TFS is not affiliated with the ticket insurance company the customer noted in their complaint, as such we recommend they contact the third party insurance directly for additional inquiries. TFS's ultimate priority is to continue to providing excellent customer service, if the customer has any additional concerns we welcome them to contact the customer service team.

I bought two tickets for a concert on 12/06/22 for 90 dollars which. I emailed the company they the main headliner cancelled (which was the only reason I bought the tickets in the first place) and I reviewed what I could do with the tickets. Ticket Master and the main ticket box office at the event said they would have been able to refund me the money but because it was used through Ticketfulfillment group, I have to go through them for the refund.I sent out 3 message requesting this with evidence and statement showing that we could be refunded but they refused. I tried calling their number to speak to a live person but while being hold for 45 mins, they just disconnect. I have tried call 4 times and will refuse to help me. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I ordered tickets, thinking it was through a particular theater as I typed in the name of the theater. Once I bought the tickets, I realized they charged me almost three hundred dollars over the value of the tickets. When I asked the theater if the tickets were valid, they said no. When I called ticket fulfillment services, the customer service representative refused to refund my tickets or allow me to speak with a supervisor. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, Independent resale tickets, prices may be above face value." Due to the nature of the secondary ticket marketplace, all tickets listed on the site are owned and priced by individual sellers based on those sellers' assessments of varied, changing factors such as customer demand. This means the price is not based on the tickets' original price, or face value, and may be higher or lower than that original amount. It also means that the largest portion of any order placed in the marketplace goes directly to the seller; the service and delivery charges are the only proceeds that go to the online ticket marketplace, which are collected to maintain operational functionality and ensure all orders placed are fulfilled in accordance with the Buyer Guarantee.
This Buyer Guarantee ensures that all tickets purchased will be authentic, valid for entry, and delivered prior to the event. It is outlined within the terms of sale which are available for review during the checkout process. On the final page of checkout, after the customer input their payment and billing information, they were required to select a check box signifying their agreement to the terms stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Then, directly below the Place Order button, our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your PayPal account will be charged $646.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to place their order. As the customer agreed to these terms prior to purchase, their order is not eligible for a refund. On February 12, 2022, I saw an advertisement on Internet regarding Super Bowel tickets for sale at Ticket Fulfillment. I called the number, ************** and spoke with *****. Subsequently, he informed me only one seat was remaining in the *** area of the ************ (*********, **********). He asked if I wanted the ticket, I said yes. He asked the manner of payment, I said credit card ***************** and gave him my credit card number. ***** then gave me a confirmation number of NS2JBS2K,AND said the ticket would be forwarded by email. I never received the ticket on my computer. I called the number back, and gave the person answering the telephone the confirmation number. They indicated that the number did not exist! I called the number back and was told the same thing. I was in shock, and told them that I did not get my ticket! On multiple occasions, I have spoken to Ticket fulfillment to no avai. Including on today, I spoke with *************** Specialist regarding this matter. He reference this concern as Order #********. He said I could not get credit for the $36, ****** on my **************** card because the ticket was sent to my email. I informed him over and over, that id did not get the ticket!Due to presumed computer expertise, I went to the nearest ******** store and requested assistance from the store manager, ************************* *************). I gave ****** the information, and after attempts, he revealed to me that this was a fraud/scam. I was in shock! ****** advised me to call **************** and report what happened. I did and he also spoke with the claim department.. It is worth noting that, despite the customer's claim, the records on file indicate that this particular order was placed online rather than over the phone with a sales agent. Every order placed on the site is backed by a Buyer Guarantee, which means that the customer's *********************** will be authentic, valid for entry, and delivered prior to the event. This guarantee is outlined within the terms which were available for review during the checkout process. Please note that the site is user-driven, which means that any selection made throughout the checkout process was manually selected by the customer. On the final page of checkout, after the customer input their payment and billing information, they were required to select a check box signifying their agreement to the terms stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. It should be noted that the customer's *********************** were delivered on 2/12/22 to the email address provided by the customer at checkout, just minutes after their order was placed. As valid documentation has been obtained to confirm this, the order has been fulfilled in accordance with the Buyer Guarantee and the order is not eligible for a refund. The customer did not contact the customer service department until 11/11/22 to make them aware of the situation, which was nine months after the event had taken place. As a one-time courtesy for the customer, a store credit of $6,100 was offered, which the customer accepted. At this time, we consider this matter closed. If the customer is in need of further assistance, we recommend that they contact the customer service department.

On Nov 18/2022 @2:01 pm I was charged through Paypal $607.50 US funds by Ticket Fulfillment Services LP in error. I was just browsing looking for Christmas present for my son's family to attend Cirque de *************. I'm disabled and 73 yrs old with no experience purchasing tickets using the computer. The next thing I see is that I received emails from Tickets-Center telling me that I purchased 4 tickets to that event in the amount of $607.50 US funds and from ***************.com. I immediately contacted Paypal security and they advised me to get in touch with all three companies -Ticket Fulfillment Services LP, Tickets-Center and ****************. I sent the emails the same day - Nov 18. **************** was the only one that responded (*****************************). Explaining that **************** is "just the review provider for tickets-center and unable to refund or cancel any orders/payments". I called my son and since they haven't gone on a vacation due to Covid for three years they had booked to go away next summer June 16 to July 6th/2023. They won't even be here to see the event on July 2nd. I suffer from severe PTSD for many years and this whole ordeal is making me sick. Plus Ticket Fulfillment Services LP isn't even located in ******. I know that there are companies that take advantage of the elderly and I feel that this has been just a scam to steal from seniors. The customer has stated that they were unaware they completed a purchase through the marketplace website. However, it should be noted that in order to place an order customers must complete an interactive multi-step process during which all ticket information, order details, and terms of use are displayed. On 11/18/2022 the customer completed a purchase for ****** du ****** Corteo in accordance with the following checkout process. After the customer selected a ********************** listing, they were presented with the delivery method as well as the expected delivery date for the selected tickets, and were then directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This summary also detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $607.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. After inputting their payment and billing information, the customer was prompted to click Continue and under this button it states: Your account will not be charged yet. On the ************** page the customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to the terms stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, the customers order total breakdown was reiterated. Directly below the Place Order the customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $607.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to place their order.
Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policya standard throughout the industry must be adhered to. In addition to this current claim, the customer has filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. Due to the nature of the dispute process, no further assistance may be provided for this matter while this dispute remains open. I am rejecting this response because:it is Dec 8/2022 and Ticket Fulfillment Services has still not replied to Paypal and myself regarding the 4 tickets not purchased. The only information that they gave me was that they closed my file as I got in touch with my financial company which is Paypal. Ticket Fulfillment Service is just a scam and are making excuses and taking advantage of me as I'm a senior and disabled. Also, since I live in ****** we have a reputation of not making waves so Ticket Fulfillment Services are sitting back and ignoring my complaint. Upon looking at BBB ******* ***** ************ I can see there are a lot of complaints and most of them used Paypal. It is not Paypal's fault as they pay whatever is charged to the client with the thought that I agreed with the charge by Ticket Fulfillment Service unknowingly that this was fraudulent.

On 10/14/22 2:06pm I purchased 4 tickets ($491.50) for the 5th dimension concert Saturday 10/15/22. The concert was cancelled same day 10:49pm after the purchase ( no reason given ) and rescheduled for 01.28/23. As the customer stated, on 10/14/2022 they purchased tickets to The 5th Dimension. This event was later rescheduled by the event production or venue to 1/28/2023 and on 10/14/2022 the customer was emailed notification informing them of this update. We understand the customer has since indicated that they cannot attend the new event date. Please note that if an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will still be valid for the postponed or rescheduled date; therefore, pursuant to the terms agreed to by the customer at the time of purchase, compensation is not issued in such cases. Prior to receiving this complaint we have informed the customer of this policy and will continue to honor all terms and conditions in place at the time of sale. I contacted my credit card company and disputed this transaction as a fraud; hence, I filed a fraud claim. I expect my monies to be refunded in the full amount ($741.50) from Ticket Fulfillment Services, a fraudulent company that needs to be shut down.Business Response

Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS") processes orders and provides customer service for online ********************** marketplaces. TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.
In this case the customer's order was initially fulfilled shortly after it was confirmed on 11/18/2022. At that time both an order confirmation and the customer's ********************** transfer were sent to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. It should be noted that the customer entered their email address as "gnail.com" rather than "gmail.com". Upon receipt of this claim the customer's order was updated and both their order confirmation and ticket transfer were resent to the correct email address. Despite this the customer has filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. Due to the nature of the dispute process, we are unable to provide further assistance for this matter while this dispute remains open. We encourage the customer to contact their financial institution with any questions regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

Purchased tickets to a ************************* concert in ********** in June 2022 for a concert on 11/12. Site appeared to be the ******************* *********** Later found out this was a cover for TFS. Concert was cancelled on 11/12 and supposedly moved to April 2023. I am ***************************************************** April 2023. I called ******************* for a refund. They said no problem. When she looked up the order, she said she could not give me one since the tickets were purchased from TFS (a broker). I called their office and requested a refund and after a runaround by a person who could hardly speak English, I was told they would not issue a refund. I am out $809.00. I have requested a cancellation of this charge on my **************** account, but I expect TFS will probably try to fight this. This outfit cons people into buying tickets from them while posing as a legitimate box office site. I should have done an online search before today. This company has hundreds of ethics complaints. On 6/16/2022, the customer purchased *********************** to ************************* and The Four Seasons. This event was later rescheduled by the event production or venue to 4/30/2023. On 11/11/2022 the customer was emailed notification informing them of this update, and we understand the customer has since indicated that they cannot attend the new event date. Please note that if an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will still be valid for the postponed or rescheduled date; therefore, pursuant to the terms agreed to by the customer at the time of purchase, compensation is not issued in such cases. Prior to receiving this complaint we have informed the customer of this policy and will continue to honor all terms and conditions in place at the time of sale. If the customer has any additional concerns relating to their order, we welcome them to contact the customer service department.
