      On 10/28 I attempted to purchase tickets from this website (which masked itself to look like the event direct, and not a reseller- but thats a different issue). About 20 min later I got an email saying that i didn't actually purchase the tickets and offering me 10% if I purchased. This email alerted me that I almost bought from a reseller at 3X the price when tickets were still available at face value with the venue direct. Relieved, I went to the venue's site and bought the tix at face value. HOURS later I got another email saying that my ticket order went through. Actually, the email said that the purchase was confirmed but the seller hadn't confirmed yet. I reached out to the business to cancel, and their links to customer service didn't work from the web. I then got an email confirming the sale, with a note that the tickets wouldn't be available to me until a day before the event. When I finally got a hold of them (when I confirmed the sale showed up on my credit card) - they refused to cancel the order and refund even if the email chain was deceptive and inaccurate.

TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.  

      In order to complete an order on the marketplace site the customer had to complete an interactive multi-step process. On 10/28/2022 the customer completed a purchase for ********************************* in accordance with the following checkout process. After selecting their desired ticket listing the customer was presented with the delivery method as well as the expected delivery date, and was then directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This summary also detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $144.00 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once the customer input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click Continue and under this button it states: Your account will not be charged yet. Then, the customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to the terms of sale stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, the customers order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the Place Order the customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $144.00 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to place their order.

      Each step of the process above must have been completed by the customer in order for an order to be placed. After an order is confirmed it can no longer be cancelled or amended. Please note that in addition to this current claim, the customer filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. This has been addressed and the dispute was ultimately ruled in the customer's favor. If the customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

      This company posed as a tickets sales business, but I did not receive my etickets.They charged me in us dollars for my local ******** event.They sauid they would not do a refund when I called.

As such, we are able to provide the following information.  

      At the time of purchase, in order to complete their order, the customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to the marketplace terms stating, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, the customers order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the Place Order the customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $201.90 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time the customer proceeded to place their order.

      In this case the customer's order was fulfilled on 11/9/2022. At that time tickets were transferred electronically to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. It should be noted that valid documentation was obtained that confirmed this transfer. As valid tickets have been provided to the customer prior to their event their order is considered fulfilled in accordance with the marketplace's buyer guarantee and as such their order does not qualify for compensation. As the customer's event has not yet occurred if they continue to experience issues locating or accessing their tickets we recommend they contact customer service for further assistance.

      Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address the customer's concerns. As previously stated, tickets for the customer's event were sent electronically to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. The validity of the transfer link provided to the customer was confirmed and as such the ********************** delivery was marked complete. In accordance with the marketplace's buyer guarantee valid tickets were delivered prior to the customer's event thus their order does not qualify for cancellation or compensation. If the customer requires additional assistance locating or accessing their tickets we recommend they contact customer service for further support. No greater resolution may be provided for this claim and as such we maintain it has been thoroughly address and should be closed.

      SCAM company. They hide all of their fees and you will end up charged DOUBLE. We purchased tickets 50$ each, and the website stated clearly that all taxes and fees were included. When this company sends you your confirmation email, it includes NO BREAKDOWN of charges, and DOES NOT STATE the currency it is in, both of which are industry standard. They do shady tricks like this to steal money. I did not know they had charged me DOUBLE and in USD until checking my statement. Luckily, I took all this evidence to paypal and got refunded, because this behaviour is obviously super scammy. DO NOT purchase from this business, but if you have to, screenshot EVERYTHING and keep it as evidence when you will inevitably have to chargeback these scumbags. I did reach out to the merchant directly at first to try and work something out, however they smugly stated it's "against policy" for them to offer refunds. Don't waste your time on these people - AVOID or BACKCHARGE. You will win, because they are liars.

      A complete itemized breakdown of the customers order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price of $141.66 was displayed in bold text on the right-hand side of the checkout page. This information was fully disclosed before the customer entered their payment information. Additionally on this page is a disclosure indicating: Please note: We are a secondary marketplace, not the primary seller. Ticket prices may exceed face value. The customer was presented with the terms and conditions of sale, including the statement: To complete your order, you must agree to the sales terms and conditions and confirm that you have reviewed the Order Summary above. All prices are listed in US Dollars. All sales are final. The customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms and the statement, I agree to the sales terms and refund policy listed above and acknowledge that this site is a resale marketplace. By clicking "Place Order", my credit card will be charged $141.66 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees. We maintain that this clearly confirms the customer was aware of all relevant charges and terms when placing their order. 

      As noted in the claim, the customer filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. This has been addressed and the dispute was ultimately closed in the customer's favor.       I purchased concert tickets for section 103 row N from this company for $344.67 order # ********. When I received the tickets they were for section 103 row P. I called to dispute the tickets being different from what I had ordered. I had to repurchase the tickets again to get the seats we wanted. TIcket Master #1-21590-ch7. I have been in dispute over these tickets for months now and still do not have a refund.

      HORRIBLE, STRESSFUL, ABSURD. This has been the most stressful 4 months dealing with this company. I purchased rolling loud Miami tickets during march with the purchase protection (IT IS A SCAM), the festival was July. I am from ********** and was flying out to ***** for this event. During the week of the concert I got Covid-19 which was the worst week of my life. I was so sick i could barely leave my bed. Thankfully I was able to take a in-person covid test for proof. I contact Frontgate for a refund since I have the protection plan and Covid-19 is protected. They say it will take up to 14 days for a response. 2 weeks later no response so I email them asking for an update. They then respond OVER A MONTH later saying "Please provide the following: Completed claim form Completed Physician Statement or lab results for positive COVID test ( home tests will not be accepted) Copy of Ticket Order Confirmation showing amount paid for event ticketsWhen i received this email, I was so happy I took a in-person covid test and not just the 3 at home test i took. The covid test i took was with a local covid 19 testing shed that gives you your results through SMS test and the link expires after a couple weeks so thankfully I took a screenshot of the positive test and the date. This should not be a rule where they dont accept in-home test. I was so sick I could barely leave my house. At this point I think I am good, all I have to do is give the information they ask for and I will get a refund, right, WRONG. I give all the information and they respond another 3 weeks later. The response is a 5 page PDF to fill out that i have to mail that is asking for a doctors note and more? There is no way i can get a doctors note because of how sick I was, also who gets doctor notes for covid? (THERE IS MUCH MORE I CAN ADD BUT IM RUNNING OUT OF WORDS). I see Front-gate responding/helping people out which gives me hope of it not being a scam, please help me out.

      The issue occurred on 10/17/2022. A charge appears on my credit card from ticketsales.com, affiliated with ticket fulfillment services, LP. This charge is fraudulent. I called AmEx, and they said they'd be happy to take care of it for me once it clears but until then, I can try to get them to cancel the fraudulent charge. The only way to contact is by chat, which turned into a never-ending loop. This company is committing fraud. They need to be audited and investigated. Order ********.

      Ticket Fulfillment Services LP purposely falsely advertises to mislead customers. They overcharge their advertised amounts by almost DOUBLE. Prices shown on their website for a recent live comedy event shows ticket prices at 57.25$ each, plus a $2 fee per ticket, with the print underneath CLEARLY stating "taxes and fees INCLUDED" (screenshot included), yet the total charge for this show came to $208!!!! I have spent the entire morning contacting ***** paypal, and this merchant to try and recoup the excessive amount of overcharging they have managed to do. So far I have heard nothing from Ticket Fulfillment Services LP. They are a DISGUSTING, predatory company and I advise you to avoid avoid avoid!!!

      I purchased 2 concert tickets for ******** and the House of Blues in ****** for my birthday on 6/25 for $215 total from what I thought was the artists website. The concert is this Thursday 10/20 and I just realized that I cannot find the conformation for the tickets anywhere. TICKETSFLETCHER844-223-5661 DE is what was displayed on my credit card statement and when I looked up the number all of these BBB claims against the company came up, which lead me to believe that I had been scammed and will not receive my tickets.

      With regards to the customer's concern, on 6/24/2022 the customer placed on order for ******** at the House of Blues. Once the order was accepted an email was sent to the email address entered by the customer during checkout confirming the order and providing an order summary. Upon receipt of this claim the order summary was resent for the customer's convenience. The order in question was fulfilled on the morning of 10/20/2022, prior to the event. As the customer's order has been fulfilled in accordance with the marketplace Buyer Guarantee we consider this matter closed. If the customer has any additional concerns we recommend they contact the customer service team.

      We purchased tickets online for the *************** show on September 2nd. I thought the amount of $304.95 for 2 tickets seemed extremely high for Levity Live, since we have been to the multiple times for shows and have never paid close to that. When we arrived at Levity Live for the show the man at the ticket booth could not locate our tickets, he let us know that we had been fraudulently charged. He wrote down my name and let us know that we should dispute the charges.He searched levity live tickets in ****** and thought he was purchasing from levity live. We contacted the company to dispute the charges and they didn't answer. We then filed a dispute with our credit card company and the fraudulent company provided screenshots of their website as back up documents to our credit card company. This company is refusing to refund our money for tickets that did not work!

      The customer placed their order on 9/2/22 at 8:12 AM CST for *********************, which took place on 9/2/22 7:00 PM PST. The delivery method for the tickets of the customers tickets was Email Delivery. Please note that the customers tickets were emailed to them the day they placed their order at 9:20 AM CST. .

      Prior to receiving this claim, we received no contact with the customer. We maintain that the customer was sent their *********************** to download and print prior to their event; as such, we consider this matter closed.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did receive an email with tickets but when I arrived at the venue I was told the tickets were no good and I had been scammed. The venue suggested that I attempt to contact the seller which I did, I could not get through to anyone. I then disputed the charges with my bank. I would like my money back for the tickets that were unusable.

      On May 20, 2022, I tried to order tickets to ************************** for 08/29/2022. I thought that I was on the ************* site but was mistaken. I got on this Ticket Fulfillment by error and it was terribly overpriced. Two tickets were ****** when the State Fair site was ***** each. I called immediately to cancel this order and had purchased ticket protection as well. Was told that they will refund the tickets if you purchased this protection. I was told that it was a third party seller; that they don't even know who owns the tickets - that they couldn't refund my money - said that I would have to sell them myself. Allianz who I purchased the ticket protection from would not refund the money unless their was a death or accident. This is not what it conveyed on the website. When I told them that I couldn't lie about the reason for not wanting the tickets, they said that I was out of luck. Neither Ticket Fulfillment nor Allianz have been helpful at all in refunding this money. I want my money back as I did not use these tickets. I wasn't even sure if they were legitimate the way they portrayed it. I also don't want anyone else to be ripped off again by this site.

      Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. We appreciate the chance to address the customers concerns. Ticket Fulfillment Services ("TFS") processes orders and provides customer service for online ********************** marketplaces. TFS is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office. This means neither TFS nor the online ticket marketplaces own ticketsinstead, the marketplaces facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. As such, we are able to provide the following information.  

      The customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that the marketplace web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of every event and ticket listing page states "[This is] a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value. This site is not a primary ticket seller or box office." During the checkout process customers are presented with the terms and conditions of the site, and are required to click a box which states, I agree to [TFS] policies and am aware that I am purchasing from a resale marketplace, not the box office or venue, and may be paying above face value. In order to complete the purchase the customer must click "Place Order" under which is stated "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $225.91. All prices are in US Dollars. All sales are final."

      Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, neither TFS nor the marketplace through which the customer purchased are affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory. All tickets listed on the site are owned and priced by individual sellers, not TFS or the marketplace, based on those sellers' assessments of varied, changing factors such as customer demand. This means the price is not based on the tickets' original price, or face value, and may be higher or lower than that original amount. Since customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, policies are designed to be fair to both parties. This means that a refund cannot be offered and an all sales are final policy must be adhered to. TFS's ultimate priority is to continue to providing excellent customer service, if the customer has any additional concerns we urge them to contact the customer service team.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The site is not as clearly defined as this business says it is when purchasing tickets.  Additionally, when I tried to see if I could return the tickets, I was told that they didn't really even know who had them and then they suggested that I sell them which I didn't even know how to do.  I purchased ticket protection which is advertised on their site as well and it makes it sound like if something happens, you will get refunded for the event.  Allianz was not helpful either as they had only certain reasons that you would be able to get refunded for this purchase and those were also not clearly identified on the site.
