      I thought I was purchasing tickets for an Alter Bridge concert through Ticket Master but in my PayPal it shows Ticket Fulfillment Services LP. I never received confirmation email or Tickets. Received no answer or response when I reached out. Ticket Master purchases being redirected? Why is PayPal approving payments for shady fake businesses? And why is this company still able to be scamming after many years of these complaints that Ive come across. Im ******. I had to pay another $200 for more tickets. I guess ****** learned though, I will definitely be more cautious on the ticket master website from now on.

      Scam. Charged our card 2x for 2 tickets. Received none. Sad thing is, when you read this, they likely already tricked you too. This company should be shut down.

      Scam alert. This company is fraudulent leaving you with no recourse to fix the problem. I purchased tickets to a concert back in Feb. 2023. The concert is in June. No tickets have arrived, no way to find them on-line, no response from the company when I reach out. I thought I was purchasing from Ticketmaster but was apparently rerouted to another site at purchase. Less than 1 star from me.

      This is a secondary market ticket scam. They mimic legitimate ticket websites, charge at least 2x the ticket face value plus an extremely hefty convenience fee. None of this is obvious until it is too late. I contacted them immediately - within 5 minutes - and have been battling with them ever since. My credit card was just hit with a huge amount and I have no tickets.

      Unclear on purchase page that they are going to charge double the price for the tickets. no return no refund. they have their ** crossed and their i's dotted. do not buy from them unless you enjoy getting ripped off. less than 1 star from me

      I purchased tickets in August 2022 for a show to be held in ****** ** on November 11. On November 9th the show was cancelled and rescheduled for April 28th 2023. For the past two weeks I have been trying to get my money back or a partial refund as I am unavailable to attend due to health reasons. I am told I cannot get any form of refund that I should try to sell them on social media. I am besides myself and will be going on social media to not use this service or Ticketmaster. Please help.

      They don't give you the tickets that you pick out on their screen. We picked 3 rows from the orchestra, and paid $414.95 for $130 tickets. That wasn't the worst part, we were three rows from the back of the theater. This place is a scam and should be closed down

      This company is a complete scam and the company is basically a fraud. They do not have authorization to sell any tickets, and do not provide any services for the money they take. I have been fighting with them for 2 months now to get my money back. Absolutely DO NOT work with them for anything. If there was a negative 5 stars, that would be my rating.

      I had put two tickets in my cart my granbaby and my niece had my phone...mind you two under aged children that isn't 18years or older to be able to place orders. They had my phone and some how they placed a order for 5tickets. I immediately contacted my bank as well as paypal to NO AVAIL have I gotten reimbursed for $1282.50 for tickets that I DID NOT PURCHASE. I reached out to let them know that this was a honest mistake that two under aged kids was playing with my phone and accidentally made the purchase. Im only guilty of 2tickets if I'm guilty of anything. Because I did have them in the cart to see how much it would be to purchase two tickets for my husband and I. I have been dealing with this since February 26th 2023 and NOW I need to find out what I can don't get my money back. It was my rent money. I explained that to paypal. I feel it's illegal to keep my money that two under aged kids placed on my account. If that's the case why do we have a age limit?? This is unfair!

      Terrible - they say that are an independent third party. Odd since they don't seem to let you sell tickets. Also, they don't let you view different offerings from different sellers.This company should be closed down. They are a scam.
