      Intended purchase of concert tickets. Thought I was purchasing directly through the event venue. Received an email from ********************************** with multiple urgent messages stating I had to immediately accept tickets through link. Clicked link and my iPhone was hacked/compromised. Immediately started to get hot and all strange things happened to screen. Could not navigate the phone. It was moving around independently popping up weird apps and messages and I had zero navigation control. Bill processed through ****** and payment to "Ticket Fulfillment Services LP". ******** was a scam. Received another email from a fake Ticketmaster account with another link to "transfer" tickets. Nothing in my actual Ticketmaster account. Lots of scams reported on vendor online. Of course, I thought I was booking directly through venue site, but no way I could have done my due diligence searching for Ticket Fulfillment Services LP considering I first saw this name after purchased through my ****** app.

      0 STARS!!! Scam!!!! I thought I was on the actual theater site online, trying to purchase a ticket to a show. The emails come from the theater but apparently I bought the ticket through this so called company!!! The ticket initially was $45 but when I logged in it showed only $80 seats left/available. I didnt want to miss out on the show so I purchased my ticket. NOWHERE did it have service fees or anything. I purchased the ticket and the next thing I know I was receiving a receipt for $100!!!!!!!!!!! It was a 50% increase. I immediately sent an email as a concernno response from them. I called the company today and they told me NO REFUND because I signed and agreed to payment and service fees and they have an agreement with their seller. I never would have paid $100 for this ticket. Im wondering if Ill even be able to get in the door at the venue. Someone should do something with this company. Its a **** and a shame a company takes someones hard earned money. This isnt right and shouldnt be allowed to resell, marking up the cost 50%. I want my money to go to the actual theater, not to this scam of a company!!!!!!!!!!

      SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! I purchased concert tickets ($501) Nov 2, 2023. They immediately charged my card. They sent email saying I wld receive tickets by email on or before 9th of September 2024. Today is the 10th day of concert! Still no tickets, I've done live email, I've spoke to someone from another country, telling me they wld be delivered by 12 pm sept 9th. No tickets, no honest answers and no refund available!! How is this business still operating!? So frustrating!

      Worst service ever Big scam I was grossly overcharged and still havent received my concert ticket. Im in total distress. Im disabled and sacrificed for that ticket. They said I will get the ticket the day of the show which doesnt sit well with me. Wonder if something happens. At this point I just want my ticket they got the money

      They use shady sales tactics through Emails to rush you into buying tickets for shows at a high ticket price. I spent $378.50 for tickets that would been about $100.00 through other sources.They used the name *******************************

      On 7/3/2024 I went online to buy tickets for The Lion King at the ************ in ******* on August 4th. Somehow Ticket Fulfillment managed to sell me the same ticket listed on Ticketmaster but charged me $930.96 for 4 tickets. Until I saw the charge on my account, I had no idea it was a resale. No confirmation included $ amounts. They made it look like it was sent from Ticketmaster. These folks are scam artists!!!

      This company is definitely a scam which misrepresent the tickets you are purchasing. We believe we were buying ticket for seats at *************************, ** & after giving our credit card info & the tickets appeared we discovered that we did not have seats.standing room only.We tried to cancel thru the revenue & were directed to cancel transaction thru our credit card which is what we didafter several weeks of dealing with our credit cardour dispute was rejected.We were directed to go to the company directly.which we did & informed that they are secondary ticket providers & that we should have been aware that we were purchasing admission to the venue and not seats!This is a *************** should be aware but as in our case it is probably too late if you are reading this review.It is unfortunate that these companies continue to exist and innocent customers are swindled out of their money and nothing can be done.I give them one star because it was not possible to give them a zero.Be aware and read all the fine print carefully.
