      Thought they were Ticketmaster! I paid $427.50 for 3 tickets and found out the day before the concert that they only were $45 each! I tried to contact Ticket fulfillment Services and they say they have no record of a purchase from me. I purchased through PayPal and filed up dispute with no resolution as of yet.

      Charge for tickets started at $18 each for 2 at $36 and at checkout went to $53.50 without being told final price. Tickets are sold at venue for $7 not $18. So $14 tickets ended up costing $53.50. Yes I fell for first website that came up and scammers got me. Do not use Tickets On sale website to purchase tickets. When you call company they off NO recourse other then me doing re-sale and becoming a scammer like them. TIKETS ON SALE is a company that over charges.

      They posed as ticket master. I was charged$466 for two tickets which were $79 each. When I contacted them twice got NO reply, no tickets or a link to recieve tickets. Put in a dispute with PayPal account. Apparently scammed by this company and no support from PayPal.

      This website is posing as Ticketmaster. I purchased my tickets from them, saw the amount was double on my credit card statement. Tried to get a refund with no luck. I lost 320 dollars to this scam of a company.

      This company is a rip off. They come up in the top of your search as a sponsor, but they are just leaches. They sell you things that if you go pass the "sponsor" you can purchase through a approve vender for half the price. They literally tell you your purchase is on the way, while they use that time to buy the tickets for the actual price from Ticketmaster or Axis. They make you think they are an actual ticket vender themselves. But they are not. Real venders will tell you this is just a third party rip off. Bottom feeders!

      I lost ****** for 2 tickets I did not receive I tried to explain to the merchant what happened. They refused to refund my money and to this day have not returned it, when I asked for the address to their company so I can file a small claims they refused to give it to me, the bank told me to go to the BBB and get the address. I will go to the venue from now on to get tickets.

      Price gouging and so many hidden fees. Shame on you, this company needs to refund people and stop hiding behind legitimate ticket seller sites.

      First of all, my bad for not paying enough attention to what website I was on. I assumed I was at the venue webpage and was buying tickets from them. I noticed the price of $135 for 2 as shown on dispute-2.jpg - you have to look very carefully at the really small print to see that the price is acutally $135.00 PER SEAT. I did not notice this at first. Then after I had placed the order and given my payment information ticketsales.com added $84.00 to the purchase amount with no advanced explanation that they would do so and no reason given for the upcharge. So they charged me $354.11 for what I originally thought was going to be about $135.00 After that I went to the actual webpage for the venue and found I could have bought the same tickets in the same balcony section for $75.00 apiece - see dispute-3.jpg.So, ticketsales.com charged me almost DOUBLE the ticket price and then added about $84.00 to the fee with no explanation for it.For these reasons I feel that I have been wronged by ticketsales.com and demand a full and complete refund.They did absolutely nothing in this transaction other than grossly overcharge me for tickets and "services".

      After been taken advantage of. Moving forward I will go to the location and buy my tickets. I agree with most of the reviews. DO NOT, did I say DO NOT order tickets through this company. I will be calling the Office of the Illinois Attorney General ********************* and also file a complaint as well.
