      On my bank statement, I was charged $1029.50 that was not something that I recognized. It showed Ticketmaster as the source of the charge. Ticketmaster has no record of this charge. I researched further and was able to find that the actual source of the charge was tix.com. I have had no response whatsoever from them. Definitely scammers! How do they stay in business?

      Please DO NOT buy anything from this company. They are simply a resale site that is marking up the price of easily obtainable tickets to 2-3 times the price with fees. They are not legitimate at all-Please avoid!

      Again, like other customers, I thought I was ordering from ****************************. Emails from the vendor show TicketMaster and provide a TicketMaster support number. I soon realized I was overcharged by 3x's the ticket price. I never received an invoice or receipt, but I received an email asking me to ACCEPT the tickets - I never accepted them, but I was still charged. When I called the support number, associated with the banking info for the company, they said they won't refund the charge. TicketMaster should not allow them to trick their customers and there should be a warning that the transaction is going to a third party. It is so shady, just one wrong click and you are redirected and scammed.

      I'm agreeing with most of the reviews. DO NOT order tickets through this company. They got this 75 year old Veteran this time. WON'T happen again.

      So this so called purchase of tickets from this company who are ticket market place are scammers? I get my electronic tickets on my cellphone and with the bar code so hope these tickets are valid or I will report them to BBB and The ************************** If this so called Ticket Market Place is a scam they should be in jail taking hard working peoples monies. They should be ashamed of thereselves.

      This company has ripped me off for over $1100 for ************************* tickets. They took my money!! NO TICKETS!!!! RUN I have filed a grievance with Paypal. Good luck everyone

      We needed additional tickets to ****************. Ticketsales.com was used in error. The sales person told my wife that the event was sold out and the tickets being offered were the only ones available. After paying $166.06 for two tickets for our first day and $97.60 for the second day that we later found retail at approximately $20 each and are available I tried to cancel the order. Now the company will not respond. Trying to cancel the credit card transaction. Time will tell. Do not have much of a choice anymore but online is a terrible way to do business.

      Website advertised parking tickets for $34.00 for a Braves Baseball game at *********** on May 5th. . Put in my credit card info and then the final price pulled up for $88.78. I called the company immediately as well as AMEX to contest the charge, but didn't get help from either company. I then immediately purchased the same parking lot tickets for $36.01 and enjoyed the game. This company is a complete rip-off. No help from AMEX either, which is surprising, as I have been a client for them for over 27 years.

      I'm appalled I thought I was going through seven feathers and I guess I was redirected to Ticket Fulfillment Services. I ended up paying over 3 times as much for the tickets to see ***************************. It is highway robbery. They should go to jail for inflating the prices so much. I work hard for my money and I didn't know what the tickets should cost. Someone please file a legal lawsuit against this company .

      NIGHTMARE!!! HORRIBLE!!! WARNING!!! STAY AWAY!!! This company is 100% a rip-off. They are insisting they "transferred tickets to my account" and they are not there. Horrible experience and they are refusing to remedy the non-delivery and have essentially said tough s*** to me with no refund. BYW the concert is still weeks away and they refuse to do *****
