      Vivid Seats is a scam. Their business model hinges on opacity and misleading practices. Ticket delivery dates are not disclosed until after purchase, at which point you're told they wont arrive until the day before the event. When I contacted customer service, I was told this is standard *********** make matters worse, one *** suggested I try reselling the tickets, which I didnt even have yet, on their own platform. Another *** contradicted that and told me to try reselling on a different site because I could not sell via Vivid Seats. Either way, it would have been unethical since I had no tickets in hand.Its easy to be misled by their SEO-optimized listings, especially during presales, and think youre getting confirmed seats. You're not. Add in the astronomical fees, a customer service experience that borders on deceptive, and zero guarantee your tickets will arrive in time, and its just not worth the ******* top it off, if prices drop after purchase, youre stuck. You cant even resell through their platform to recover costs.Bottom line: Do NOT buy from Vivid Seats.

Regarding cancellations, we can only process them if the event has been officially confirmed as canceled by the venue or artist; otherwise, the tickets remain valid. If you decide not to attend, you have the option to resell your tickets through our platform or another marketplace of your choice.       Never buy tickets through Vivid. We spent two days trying to get the seats we ordered weeks in advance. After spending hours on the phone over those two days, they still wouldnt give us our original seats. We were forced to accept a less desirable option in a different section and farther back in the row. The so-called 100% guarantee is misleading!

      This business is a scam. I was denied access to a concert because they were not accepting any tickets that were purchased outside of the event. Not only and I out $1500, but the actual site was only charging $80pp for a ticket. So I was denied access and vivid seat simly said, well there's nothing we can do. What a crock! $1500 down the drain for nothing!! Never use there site they WILL NOT REFUND YOU OR CREDIT YOU!!!

      She told me if i paid extra i would get aisle seats but i didn't. and not i have non refundable seats that i don't want.

      Vivid seats customer service is horrendous! I purchased a parking ticket to a Marlins game and was sent the ticket with a link that did not work to activate the ticket. This caused me to get a parking violation. When I contacted Vivid, their customer service did not want to take accountability for their mistake. They basically provided me with a scam ticket and were unwilling to offer me a refund. I was left paying for a scam ticket and a parking violation. I requested from the customer support agent ******* to escalate the call to her supervisor, but she was reluctant and declined to do so. I will never use them for anything again and I caution others to do the same.

      **************** is a complete disaster. Attempted to get a refund or credit as part of its "100% Buyer Guarantee" after non-delivery of a parking pass and was refused, first in a virtual chat and second by a customer service agent on a call who was clearly reading straight from a script in replying to my issue.

      Purchased a prepaid parking pass for ********* event. Was promptly refused multiple times from parking garage attendant. Nothing was stated at time of purchase that a physical pass was required as attendant stated. Digital pass was noted as a requirement to enter at the time of purchase. We had to find alternate parking at additional expense.I'll most likely never use this agency again since I paid for services not rendered.

      Vivid seats displayed the below photo to advertise a show. As you can see, it clearly states **** ******** and *** ********. I purchased 6 tickets. I later found out it is NOT **** ******** or *** ******** playing, but some no name band who just plays their music. This is complete fraud!! Im disgusted they would use this photo to sell tickets!! Do not trust this company. They are scammers!

      I originally bought 2 great box seat tickets for a concert. A few hours before the event, the tickets were still not delivered. I called vivid seats customer support and the told me that the Venue took the tickets back (which I don't believe because the venue said they don't do that) and that Vivid seats would find me comparable or better seats. They were not comparable or better, they were a huge downgrade with an obstructed view. They told me that the new tickets would be in my name and to pick them up at the box office. The tickets were not in my name at the box office. After about an hour on the phone, they were able to get the seller to send a pic of their drivers license and then we were able to pick up the tickets. We ended up not even sitting in our crappy obstructed view box seats that came with the new tickets because we couldnt see most of the stage, and we moved to a different spot. My biggest problem is that no one contacted me in the first place when my original tickets were suddenly unavailable. How is it possible that something I paid for weeks ago is suddenly unavailable?!? How is it possible that they would not have immediately contacted me to tell me about it, so I could get a refund and buy new seats?!?? I traveled for 4 hours, rented hotel rooms, and generally planned my weekend around this concert. Had we not been in the neighborhood of the venue and checked on the tickets 2 hours early, we would have never even seen the show, (because it took hours to get this fiasco sorted out) I have another event coming up with vivid seats tickets (which I'm suddenly worried about as you can imagine) , but after that, I will never ever use this company again.
