      I had a credit expire, you apparently have to use it BEFORE the expiration date as it is invalid on the date, but ****** was able to extend my credit and help me get tickets to an event. He was very helpful and made sure that he did all that he could. Thank you ******!!

      My daughter bought tickets and when she went to download the link was expired so we called. Then told me that not only could we not get the tickets because we were too late, we also were not going to get our money back. I asked where on the email or the site does it say that you have a certain amount of time to download the tickets and I was told that it doesn't say it anywhere! Usually when tickets are bought and money accepted they sit in your acct until the concert date! Apparently this site has a magic date they chose that they can steal them back and keep your money. This is the craziest thing I've ever heard and we will be contacting **** and our friend the ** **** general.

      They dont publicize that is an event is rescheduled you are out of luck if you cant attend the rescheduled event. I purchased tickets to a baseball game that was rained out and rescheduled the next day. I had to work. I called Vivid Seats and they said I had to call the team that issued the tickets. I called the team and they said they only give rain checks if the ticket is purchased directly from them. Vivid Seats claim of 100% customer satisfaction is absurd.

      Wish I could put zero Stars. We bought 4 tickets for a show and was sent terrible tickets. We were told we would get better seats and a credit. The only thing we received was even worse tickets and no help. We were told it was under investigation but was not allowed to speak to anyone higher than a costumer service representative because "they are the highest level of assistance." It was a complete rip off of $1500. I'm considering filing a fraud claim. Everything about their site is completely misleading.

      Didn't get my parking pass. I was told it was sent then they told me they would resend it 4 hours later. Still nothing told to watch my email event is in the morning. They don't seem to care. They don't want to get me in my parking pass. They don't want me to refund my money. This is over $100. This is ridiculous. Vivid seats is terrible. Do not trust them

      I would give vivid seat zero stars if I could. I bought ticket to Rock the country in ********* Tenn. A few days before the concert is was checking my tickets. I haven't received my parking pass yet. I called vivid seats and spoke with ***** who say my ticket did arrive that it was left on My front pourch. I told him I haven't received it.If did the wind probably blow it off. (I live in a very windy area.) He said I would receive a replacement by Saturday. I called back they said it was in queue. I will never by tickets from them again. I even paid extra if insurance.

      I ordered two tickets for concert, called in and spoke to somebody a couple hours later requesting a third ticket. She informed me that I needed to buy three tickets in a different section to be together, understandable. I asked about the original two tickets and she said I will transfer you to customer service and they can refund you And in the meantime Ill take your credit card to purchase the three in a different section. I spoke to customer service and they said absolutely no way to do a refund and I would have to sell the tickets online. SHE BOLD FACED LIED AND I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES HOW THE REFUND WAS PROCESSED PRIOR TO BUYING ADDTL TICKETS, DONT TRUST THEM

      I purchased two tickets on Vivid Seats for the Oct. 31 performance of Waiting for Godot. The seats were to be in Center Balcony C. I do not believe the tickets Ive purchased from Vivid Seats exist. On the theater website all but one seat in that row is still available for sale. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and they were completely unhelpful.Please avoid doing business with this company!

Occasionally, delays occur because the venue hasnt yet made the tickets available to the seller quite yet. Venues commonly release tickets in stages as a way to prevent fraud and ensure purchases are legitimate. We totally understand the anxiety surrounding ticket deliveries, but we can assure you that your tickets will be valid and delivered as soon as they are made available. We appreciate your patience throughout the matter and hope you enjoy your show.

      Do not use Vivid Seats. We paid for 4 tickets for a ****** Baseball Game. When we got to the gate, we only got one ticket scan for the four of us. Ended up missing the whole game waiting at the door arguing with customer service asking for proof and accusing us of lying. Not worth it at all. Get the 10$ more expensive ticket at this point.
