      i will not use them again. Vivid seats sold me parking tickets for a cavaliers game to a parking lot which does not exist. I even called them 4 times before going to verify the location was correct. Each time they assured me it was good. Got there and the address was in fact for a restaurant. what a scam

      I purchased a ticket for a Band called Fortunate Youth which was supposed to be at ********* on New Year's Eve..Day before the show I heard the band canceled because of their flights being canceled..when I called about a refund because they themselves did not notify me..All of a sudden my ticket changed..now for a different band that I did not care to see at a different venue !Claiming the show was not canceled...they refuse to give me a refund saying I should resale the ticket I couldn't resale the ticket if I tried because it was for a totally different band at a different location!Ruined my New Year's!And they still won't give me a refund or even a credit towards another purchase Total scam !!Do yourself a favor and never purchase tickets from Vivid Seats!!

      So I bought tickets to the ravens games for my son and myself for Xmas. On game 1/1/23 @8:20 pm. It took me reaching out to vivid seats to find out where my tickets were from between 5:00 pm and 5:40pm. Finally I received my tickets at 540pm on 1/1/23.. the tickets I bought were for section 514 row 32. When I received my tickets they were for section 532 row 25. So my seats were moved to the opposite side of the field. I bought my parking pass for the side i thought i was on. To me this is false advertisement I bought one think and received another. They think them telling me it's a 7 row upgrade like I care. They are not the tickets I bought. I didn't even have enough time to try to sell them with 2hours notice.. Then vivid seats tells me because I'm new I can't sell my seats on there site. Which I was under the impression that we could buy and sell on there site.. So I'm out $225 due to the false advertisement I was given.. I have pictures of my order and what I received.. I feel like this is bad business to make people lose out on all that money because of something they did not me..

      I had a very bad experience with Vivid. I booked tickets for ****** on ice which my daughter wanted to watch but they couldnt confirm it after 12 hours of booking and only couple of hours left before the event. They offered to replace it with another tickets with lesser price but denied to refund the price difference ( almost $90). They said that they would cancel the ticket and I can again book on my own again but no tickets were available by then. I also booked parking tickets with Vivid and they cancelled the event ticket but denied to cancel parking ticket and I lost money. Very bad customer experience and I will not suggest them to anyone

      Have to say its a scam. Purchased tickets 60 days+ from bowl game. **************** assured me during many calls that I would be receiving tickets. Day of game I was told tickets I bought in 40 yard line 10 rows up were unavailable but recieved an email containing tickets in what they call like kind location. Turned out to be end zone in corner. Terrible location. After figuring out location I tried to return them but was told since I accepted them via accepting the email, there was nothing else they would do. This was just a few hours before bowl game. Family members I was giving tickets to had given up on receiving them and bought their own. I made several calls explaining the tickets were not like kind and were terrible location but was told thats what they will provide. No discount. No refunds. Its actually very much a scam. Needs investigated. Please take my advice, never do business with this company! Their guarantee is worthless. They are terrible. I am trying to go threw credit card company to stop and reverse payment, but no idea if that will be successful. Cant tell you the many hours I have spent trying to resolve. Terrible!!!

      Terrible experience! Two days before the show my tickets were changed to the worst seats in the venue. I was told I would get a partial refund that 5 calls later I never got. Do not use Vivid seats for tickets.

      Avoid at all costs! I spent $160 on tickets to a football game and instead of the tickets I have received no help and a conversation with the rudest customer service agent I have ever spoken to, ******. They tell me the tickets have been accepted, yet... no tickets. No email to accept the tickets ever came through. They're not in any of my accounts. Three times I have been on separate platforms signed into every email possible to locate my "accepted tickets" and every time it comes back no upcoming events. After dealing with this and checking other reviews I do so hope that people check reviews BEFORE purchasing unlike I did.

      Bad site to purchase tickets. Very mis-leading. I purchased basketball tickets at a great price and the location was great. Too good to be true. The tickets that were delivered was in a section far away from the one I purchased and further away from the court. The sites help desk was no help at all. They kept going around and around about the zones. Bottom line the tickets I purchased were not the tickets that were delivered nor were they comparable.

      Never buy tickets here. Their delivery system through *** Ballpark does not work. They could not help me get my ticket despite 5 calls and 1 chat. They asked me to call *** to resolve it myself. They refused to give me a refund despite not being able to deliver the ticket!! The better business bureau needs to shut them down.

      NEVER NEVER buy tickets from VIVID SEAT !!!!!!!! we bought tickets from them ... We went under a level 3 snow emergency... and were told to stay off the roads or we would be fine or arrested... they refuse to refund our money !!!!! Said it was out of their control!! DO NOT BUY FROM VIVID SEATS EVER !!!!!!!!!!!
