      Complete scam. I bought tickets that never got delivered and vivid seats did nothing to help me. I had to contest purchase with my credit card. I would never use them again. Customer service is a joke.

      Vivid Seats stole hundreds of dollars from us. We purchased tickets to a concert and were told we would be transferred the tickets before the event date. The morning of the event, we still had not received tickets, so we called Vivid Seats customer service. We went through hours of troubleshooting, putting our entire day on hold and canceling our pre-concert plans to be on the phone with them. They escalated it through their managers, and eventually we were assured the tickets would be available by the time of the event. We went to the event, and there were no tickets sent to us and none for us at will call. We ended up being advised by event ticket staff to buy an additional set of tickets and Vivid Seats should refund us after the concert because they have a "Buyers Guarantee". When we tried to get a refund from them after the concert, they claimed it did not qualify under the buyer's guarantee because in their records, the seller sent them. Note this means it is a Sellers Guarantee; they only guarantee the seller, not that the buyer will receive them or their money back, like they claim. We continued calling and escalated it to their managers, eventually attempting legal action. We never did get our money back. We bought a product, they took our money and did not deliver the product, and then lied about their guarantee. By definition, Vivid Seats committed theft. We found out we were not the only ones - this is a widespread issue, as you can see by the over one thousand 1 star reviews here. They are criminals, and they fly under the radar continuing to steal from people every day. This is a predatory company and they deserve to be disbanded and the executives tried in court. They are enriching themselves by stealing from everyday people. This is third-world level corrupt. Until I receive a refund of our over $300, I will continue to spread the word to never, ever use Vivid Seats.

      Getting my parking pass from Vivid Seats was a 3-day 6-call nightmare. I was repeatedly put on long holds, promised passes that never materialized, hung up on by their staff, forced to download apps I didn't want, and was eventually told that there were no more parking passes and I'd have to figure parking out for myself (again, AS I'M A FEW HUNDRED YARDS FROM THE ***** GATE). These guys made what should have been a simple process and transaction incredibly stressful and complicated and nearly left me (what I thought was) hanging out to dry. However, once I did get to the gate, I came to find that I could have simply purchased the $50 general admission ticket and saved their outrageous $19 dollar service fee. Vivid Seats' ticket/parking pass does not ***** any "reserved space" or benefit. It was a total bunfight in the parking lot. We still have to line up and find a random space just like every other car. Vivid is a total scam and I'll never use them again.

      I paid a large amount of money for tickets for my date and I. The link they provided went to a page that didn't work and I was not able to access my tickets. I couldn't get into contact with a representative through there automated service. There web page crashed on multiple phones. After a this they refused to give me a refund. not only was this frustrating it was embarrassing. I never experience such poor customer service.

      Got scammed. They could not get tix to ticketmaster portal and lied all day saying it was complete. Spent half day emailing and live chat as they would not call or return a call. Horrible customer service. DO not use. SCAM

      DO NOT USE THIER SERVICE!!!!. They can and did switch seats they sold me for a hockey game. I placed 2 orders for seats in the same section and row and they arbitrarily changed the row for one of the orders. Now the family won't be sitting together. The bait and switch occurs after you buy the tickets and they deliver something else. Very unethical and also illegal. After over an hour on the phone with them, they repeat themselves stating they cannot do anything. It's just best not to do business with them in the first place. What a horrible experience.

      Cancelled 16 tickets less then 24 hours before show. No regard for hotel rooms etc that ppl had booked as show was out of town. Horrible company

      I would give everyone a warning of buyer beware. I purchased tickets to two different events through Vivid Seats on 8/22/22. I received the transfer of the tickets for my first event immediately. Tickets for the other event, which was to be on 11/11 said they would be transferred by the event date. On 11/9 I received an email saying my tickets had been transferred but I never received a transfer email. I contacted Vivid, they requested the seller to resend the tickets to an alternative email. I called again a day and a half later and they said I would have my tickets by the event. I had no trust in this. I ended up purchasing tickets through a different vendor, and I never received my tickets from the seller through vivid. I contacted Vivid to inquire about a refund and I'm having to fight to the nail for a refund because their records show that the seller sent the tickets, but I can't prove that I never received them. This business seems okay, but if you don't receive your tickets, be prepared to fight for a refund if you ever get it.

      DO NOT USE THEM! Scammers!!!! Horrible, i am currently in process of filing a formal complaint against Vivid and Pay Pal- Synchrony with FTC, FCC and ************************ They are refusing to refund over ****** + fees and taxes. I sent them proof saying the purchase was cancelled as Synchrony requested and they still will not refund my account. How are you going to refuse to refund me for merchandise I never received. I don't care if you have a no refund policy. Synchrony should credit my account regardless because they know i didn't get the tickets. I am not going away quietly; this is too much money. They robbed me. I am so close to closing my account with Pay Pal Synchrony because the trust is gone.

      I wound up with seats that had a completely blocked view and Vivid Seats refused to do anything about it at all. Horrendous customer service...actually, it doesn't exist. I would post photos of the problem but this website will not allow it.
