      This was a horrible experience! Bought $600 tickets as a birthday present 6 months ago. Tickets never came. Even received confirmation email that they were coming the week of. Day of event, I called 3 times (2 hours on phone all together). Was told they were coming. And there was a guarantee - not to worry - if anything happened, there would be replacement tickets. 2 hours before show, was told, no tickets, no replacement, and "sorry". **************** rep was rude and hung up after I asked to speak to a manager. Disappointed wife and child. Ridiculous experience. Waste of day. Thanks Vivid Seats, you ruined everyones day!

      Bought tickets only to find out that they were 5x the ticket price had I gotten them directly from the vendor. I still have yet to go and will see if they actually deliver. Feels great to be scalped and judging on other reviews, I doubt Ill get the tickets I ordered.

      I would love to give this company zero f****** stars cause they ****. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THRU THEM. They will rip you off in a heart beat and not care on bit about taking your hard earned money that you saved up to go to your event . All they care about is f****** you over and taking your $$$. I bought 2 tickets for my husband for his wedding present to Jelly Roll and Struggle ******** at the ********************* in ******** **. I bought the higher $$ticket due to Vivid seat destinated seats. When we got there our section was roped off and we had to seat at the top of the amphitheater. We will enjoyed the concert but when I called vivid seats they said they would investigate and get back to me. After they investigated they stated even tho I had assigned seating they still wouldn't do anything about it. They are a horrible company

      Absolutely terrible! We bought two tickets to the *** award show for November 9th. On November 7th we receive a call that we no longer have the tickets because they sold them to someone else for a higher price. How can they cancel our tickets two days before the show?! So unhappy with the customer service. Will never use them again!

      Vivid Seats ruined my birthday. My husband purchased me 2 tickets to the *** awards in August, here it is now 2 days from the *** Awards and Vivid seats called my husband and said that our seats we already purchased are no longer available and offered us seats in horrible sections. My friend is flying in from **** to join me and now we do not have tickets. Seating is limited and is double what we paid. Shame on you Vivid Seats. I truly hope that people stop using allowing this kind of stuff to happen. I will absolutely never use Vivid seats for anything ever again. I am truly disappointed in how they do business and who they allow to sell on their site. They should not be allowed to sell on vivid if they treat Vivids customers like this. Shame on all parties involved and especially Vivid who has the power to stop this from happening to others.

      Do not use them! the ticket was $69 and when they payment went through they showed that they charged $93. Never even mentioned about any extra fees anywhere before the payment went through

      I will never buy from vivid seats ever again, and I would never recommend to anybody!!! My tickets are months late and I reached out and emailed them numerous times. They were never helpful, just kept telling me to wait longer for my tickets to be transferred. Every date they gave me for my transfer date was wrong. Its a day before my concert and I have no tickets to show for it. I was on the phone with them 3 times today, all were unhelpful with no information regarding my tickets or when I would be able to get them. Terrible reviews for this company and for good reason. Vivid seats is actually the worst and Ive been so stressed all day.

      I purchased two tickets for the ********* Nutcracker for November 25, 2022. Aisle T Section 42 Row ** **** 1 and 2. Both tickets totaled $142.00. They promoted it on Groupon day so i thought i was getting a deal. When I went to the ********* website to see where ill be sitting, The seats on the website showed they where being sold seats for 1 and 2 for $52.00.I contacted vivid seats to ask them why this is and they told me since it's sold out they can price the tickets as pleased. I went back and noticed they were in fact not sold out. I relayed this to them and they responded that they are a secondary seller and can price however they please. Vivid seats is a scam.

      Terrible customer service. Not willing to help in regards to credits I had from hockey games being canceled in 2020. Refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Will never ever use them again. Rude and not helpful. I woukd give negative stars if I could!

      Buyers remorse. They allow tickets to be sold before they're even listed and even add a fee to each when sold. When asked about canceling the order, they're solution was to resell the tickets. This website is great if your a scalper.
