      They are a FRAUD. I bought club seats and they oversold it and would not reimburse me back for my seat. They offered a lesser value seat because that was all they had. Still fighting to get some money back but its fruitless. Do not recommend it at all.

      If I could I would give 0 stars! This place is a absolutely rip off! Bought tickets cost me 218 and at the event 43. Contacted them and they pretty much just said too bad!!!! Do not ever use this company!! They are scammers

      I purchased two tickets 6 months in advance for a 3 day pass to F1 in ******. I sucked up the exorbitant commissions associated with the re sale (a practice that should be outlawed) and paid 300% retail price.Less than 24 hours before the event I was still waiting for my tickets. They contacted the third party seller who assured them the tickets would be made available by the end of the day or the morning of the event.My party and I had to cancel travel plans and hotel reservations. Days lost from productivity at work and many other inconveniences.I will never buy anything from them agai.

      I bought parking through their platform 2 hours before an event assuming that the process to get the tickets would be straight forward and simple. After paying I checked emails every half hour and even reached out to customer service 1 hr before the event. Telephone calls are circular robo systems and even when you want to "talk" to someone quick they send you a link to a chat bot or a chat call center. No help at all. Paid parking out of pocket so that I could make the event. 25 minutes after event started I got an email from AXS as well as from their system saying that the ticket (FOR PARKING) was ready. NO! I'm already inside my event, what good is parking after the event starts when I'm already IN the event. After finally getting a hold of someone later that night they said they'd put in a case to "investigate" and come back to me with their findings. Look this is a pretty open/shut case of customer refund. I have the emails from AXS and their system with the exact same timestamps from the email servers that show that the tickets were sent to me late. Where is my ability to provide this proof? Agent said there's no way to send this proof.... ok so I'm just supposed to take your company's word on the resolution even though all day using your platform has been a complete and utter waste of time?!? Stay away from this company, they only support ideal path transactions and probably give zero F's about the customer experience or repeat use. I should have checked reviews before using this horrible company.

      The fees are astronomical. I bought two tickets for a concert that I paid over $100 in fees per ticket and the concert was postponed twice and it still has it to be announced date so they will not give me a refund. Ticketmaster offers a choice to be refunded or wait for the date. I'll never buy from them again

      Received tickets and they would not allow me to resale *** Sunday Night Tickets. **************** appointed me to Ticketmaster, and they would not allow me to resale neither. Very disappointed in this site and would not recommend this site to friends and family.

      Vivid Seats states that they guarantee their tickets to arrive on time. Mine arrived an hour and half AFTER the ********************* ************** show started. They would not refund me my money. They are cheaters!I purchased the tickets 2 weeks in advance. They said I should have received them but I didn't until I had to purchase another pair of tickets and was sitting in the venue for over an hour and half after the show had started. **************'s website directed me to Vivid Seats, that's why I trusted them.

      They scam people by buying all tickets and resell for crazy profit. Example. Tickets that were only$16 we're bought by vivid seats re cell for $500.

      do not buy from vivid, i have called their customer service 5 times for a concert paid for in july and happening in a few weeks , they cannot tell me where tickets are and all you get is some foreign call center who read their solution from a piece of paper. such an overall dissapointment and loss of money.

      If I could leave them 0 I would. They sold me fraudulent tickets and then preceded to give me the run around for days right up until my event. I purchased tickets 7 months prior (to get good seats) It should have been a red flag that the tickets weren't going to arrive until 1 or 2 days of the event . But I did research and thought they were legit. I am not normally one to get scammed this way! Anyway long story short, called them repeatedly within those few days and excuse after lie until it was the actual day of my event!! THEN they said my tickets would be at Will Call which of course they weren't. BE WARNED!!! Do NOT use this company. I am now desperately fighting to get my almost $400 refunded . What a horrible experience. ??
