      WARNING, DO NOT USE VIVID SEATS! Just trying to help others so they don't go through what we went through. Bought tickets to a concert 8 months in advance, knowing that the concert would be sold out. Contacted Vivid Seats regularly and more frequently closer to concert date. Contacted Vivid Seats by email, text messages and phone calls to customer service right up till the last minute before the concert started with the response being that Vivid Seats 100% guaranteed we would receive the tickets before the concert. Traveled 100 miles and reserved a room for the night of the concert only to be disappointed by Vivid Seats. We never received the tickets and 5 minutes before the concert started customer service said they could no longer help us, now we are left to battle with Vivid Seats for the refund of the concert tickets much less all the other expenses we had for the weekend. Would leave a zero rating if it was possible.

      I absolutely would NOT recommend Vivid Seats. I recently purchased tickets for a Packers Game at ************* and spent over an hour comparing seats and prices between 4 or 5 ticket sellers. Finally, I settled on seats in Row 2, center, behind the Packers bench. I drove over 5 hours for the game and on game day, I still didn't receive my virtual tickets. After contacting customer service the day prior to the game, and the day of the game, I was FINALLY offered tickets - but not the tickets I paid for. No, I was offered a discount, and tickets in a significantly less desirable location, only hours before the game. I felt like I had no choice but to accept the less favorable offer, as I had already driven so far and stayed overnight in a hotel. I'm surprised this is even legal.

      Bought Meet and Greet with ******************************* for almost $8000 for a client. They never told me that I needed to change name of person attending concert during some unknown window of time. Vivid Seats kept telling me all was set. Seller kept telling me not! Guess who was correct? They are awful on so many levels I can't even numbervthem

      The company presents conjoint "tickets" as seats inside an arena. The purchase was for access to a club to watch the game, not allowing entry into an arena. Once noticed that this was what was purchased, I tried receiving a return and customer support was not helpful. The company did not hear my concerns regarding how the ticket was presented on the app and how misleading it was when presented. *A ticket company should not engage in selling tickets if it does not represent the location of the venue appropriately. *Please do not purchase tickets from this company.

      Never buy from Vivid Seats, they provided tickets to the wrong venue, and would not refund my purchase or offer any alternatives as all sales were final (despite search problems being a result of their software). Hide behind the fact that they are secondary sellers despite the fact that they take $ from their sales.

      Received concert tickets after event start time and company would not refund my money stating they were sent. Put in multiple support tickets and phone calls day of show was provided tickets 45 mins after doors opened for GA admission floor. This company is a SCAM. Do not use!!!!

      False advertising for a recent Mariners game. Was sold "garage" tickets over a mile away. No refund or settlement after multiple attempts.

      My tickets got cancelled - DO NOT BUY from them!I purchased my tickets for ***************** in 2021. The concert got postponed to 10/16/22 due to the pandemic. I'm a big fan of ***************** and he is among my favorite guitar players. I was really looking forward for seeing him live for the first time on 10/16/22.On 9/25/22 I was charged for 2 tickets $261.41 . The tickets were delivered to me via the *** app and I was planning on finally going to see ***************** live on 10/16/22, about 10 months after the original date of the show.On the night before the show I was checking for the tickets on my *** app and sadly surprised to find out that the tickets are no longer there. In the beginning I thought that was a technical issue but after checking everything on my end I spent about 4 HOURS chatting online with the customer support of ********************** and ***. Eventually, while chatting with the rep from *** support I finally got to the bottom of this and found out that MY TICKETS GOT CANCELLED BY VIVID SEATS. That was after I already purchased them and WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW.I got back to another chat with vivid seats and was told by their rep that "Our seller indicated that they were unable to fulfill your order as the tickets you requested are no longer available. Your order will be refunded."After realizing what happened the vivid seats rep checked on other available seats, but at this point the show was already sold out and I COULD NOT GET THE TICKETS AND MISSED THE SHOW!So at least the rep helped me get my $ back. Nevertheless, I was extremely sad and disappointed since I bought these tickets so long ago and was really looking forward for the show.I'll be keeping my eye on the refund from Vivid Seats to be processed. Nevertheless, this taught me a ****** about tickets.DO NOT BUY FROM VIVIDSEATS!!!P.S I still have yet to see ***************** Live. I hope he will return to ATL soon.

      Do not buy from Vivid Seats. Bought Bieber tickets 5/2021 for concert in 6/2022. Concert postponed indefinitely and Vivid will not give my money back! $3,909.51. No services rendered and they think they deserve to keep my money. Total scam. Fighting this through MasterCard.

      Spoke with ***** to secure tickets from Ticketmaster under their sight The payments of two different cards were a problem They could not look at both of them at the same time with the confirmation numbers
