      Bought a parking pass for Red 6 parking for ******************* game. Everything looked legit with ticket on the app. When I arrived Lot attendant informed me that it was not a valid pass and the police officer standing there said that it was a scam and technically I was commiting a crime trying to present a fradulent pass as real. Seat Geek and Vivid were contacted immediately and both refused to issue a refund, then they fought with *********** when I disputed the charge. This company has no idea if what it is selling is a valid ticket, and will not stand behind the product. Make sure you read the fine print as it protects them even from your bank when the tickets turn out to be fake. Never use this service as it is part of a scam.

      I had purchased tickets on here. Everytime I clicked on the link to accept the tickets I would getting this screen that said forbidden. I called customer service explaining the issue asking for a refund or site credit because the tickets were for that day and I wasnt able to use it. I spoke to uncountable people and they all told me that I cant get refund or credit because they have proof that I received the email to accept the tickets. I explained to them that was never the issue. The issue was that I could not accept the tickets. They continued to refuse so I ended up losing out on money for tickets that I purchased but was unable to access. They have the worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

      Bait and switch con artists. Paid for seats 12 rows behind ***** Bays bench and recieved tickets for nose bleed section on the Commanders side. Paid over $400 for tickets,received tickets that were selling for $60

      Horrible customer service! They do not uphold their customer guarantee! I was left at the gate of the football game I purchased tickets for with no tickets. After multiple attempts at contacting customer service I was continually told to wait and my tickets would be sent soon even tho I was guaranteed to have them 2 hours in advance. I ended up having to purchase new tickets through a different company.

      I purchased 7 tickets to an event which I never received. Upon calling Vivid Seats for help in accessing tickets, they would only say they had verification that the seller sent them. It was a digital transfer. I was never provided a method for accepting this digital transfer. I provided proof of no transfer with any and all available methods of transfer and still Vivid Seats claimed that they had proof of send, which also happened to be a confidential internal document. Whatever that means. Buyer beware of this unethical group of crooks!

      I would never use them. I bought tickets to an event that I can no longer go to. I asked for help in trying to sell my tickets. They won't chat or speak to you unless you input your phone number. Every time I did that I got a prompt that it was invalid. I went to the site and there is not a place on my profile to put my phone number. I emailed them asking for help. They sent me a canned messages saying that I couldn't sell my tickets through their site because of how they sold them to me and said for me to ****** how to sell them. I asked them how I can get my phone number associated with my account so I can speak with someone and they sent me back the same email with slight variations and the number to call. They didn't respond to my question in any way.

      Vivid Seats uses deceptive business practices to ***** ticket prices and deceive with SEO to make their purchasing options to "best option" for tickets when searching for shows, and double or triple the cost of the tickets available from venues. They then charge fees that have no justification that are often as much or more as the tickets themselves. They present tickets as low in stock when they are not anywhere near selling out in order to justify the enormous price increases. Customers should NEVER buy from this company or any company like it and seek tickets through actual venues where the event is taking place. They are ruining the live convert experience by making tickets almost unattainable and by taking advantage of a customer's love for a particular artist. This company is toxic and should not be allowed to practice business anywhere and their customer service is even worse than their business model, making customers feel helpless when they have inevitably been scammed out of their money.

      VIVID SEATS IS A SCAM!!!! I recently bought 2 tickets to the Vikings vs. Saints game in ****** on 9/14/22. I traveled ***** miles to attend this game and I NEVER received my tickets that I purchased from this company. PLEASE DONT BUY TICKETS FROM VIVID SEATS!!!!

      Avoid Vivid Seats. In 2019 we bought our daughter **************************** tickets. I was offered a $75 credit if I used their mobile app program. The total of the tickets were right at $1500 (you read that right). At checkout I remember that my credit wasn't valid in this order and had to be used on the next order, ok annoying but ******** PLEASE READ HERE - you DO NOT get your tickets right away. We never had our tickets until the night before the event. The *** show was postponed until 2021 so for two years I never saw a mobile ticket. All over their website is a statement of being able to sell your tickets if you no longer want them. Of course after the show was postponed for the first year we wanted our money back. When I tried to sell ours we just got a simple error message saying we were not allowed to sell out tickets. The catch is you don't get your tickets until the night before the event, so you cant sell them until you have them. See where I'm going? Now we're here, 2021, the seller has emailed me my tickets to my ******** login email bc that is how I chose to make my account. Unlike booking a hotel room, you do not get an option on where you would like your tickets sent to, they just send them. While I opted to have my tickets available to me via app, the customer service told me that they would not help me recoupe my tickets since it was my fault for providing the wrong email. I pleaded to have them contact the seller but the seller provided an invalid phone number as a contact. So I got punished for the wrong email but the seller got my $1500 for having the wrong phone number. It wasn't until I busted out my big girl voice and told them that they were never to be emailed because they should have been on my app, hence having their promo $75 credit on my acct, that they finally helped me get my tickets. The thing about VS is you're buying tickets from an independent seller while VS is the middle man. Please please buy your tickets straight from the venue!
