      Either this is fraud, or they are highly incompetent!!! Ordered tickets, that never came through. Spent hours on the phone and on line trying to remedy the situation. Kept transferring me to another person. Like 6 times! They wanted to down grade my tickets! When I told them to refund the money or send me the tickets, they wanted to transfer me again! *****, in my opinion. Waisted my time, my money for travel and shuttle tickets, to the event, and no tickets to the show I really wanted to go to! I will NEVER use this company again!!!

      This is the worst place ever to buy tickets. I bought 3 tickets, I spent more than $300 and I didnt received them. I had to buy new ones and didnt have any GOOD solution to my case. They said I received the tickets. Probably they think I am stupid enough to buy tickets from them, go to the concert, call them asking for my tickets and buy new ones because they couldnt even send the copy of the tickets to Ticketmaster.com ( it was their suggestion but the costumer service didnt know it wasnt working). Now everything is my fault and I had to pay for that. The worst experience ever!!!!!!!

      Terrible company to try to do business with. **************** always say "don't worry" we will get your tickets to you. They would not refund my money on a cancelled event, but gave me a credit. When I tried to use the credit they never emailed my tickets!! I was notified of a class action law suit against this company so evidently I'm not the only one they have cheated. I will make a report with the BBB!!

      Worst customer service ever purchased a parking pass for football game early in morning before game. The game started at 6:30 and lot opened at 11:30 am. We went to lot at 1:30 but no tickets were sent called and spent 20 mins to talk with Rep. I asked where my pass was and was told Ill get them sometimes before 6:31 that evening. I repeatedly told the agent was online blocking traffic and needed ticket. The agent actually told me to find another place to park as he was an expert and I was not and basically wait. So pulled out of line and sat onside of road until police made me move. Ended up paying to park in another lot because we were late in meeting people. Called again got same line of BS that Dude just need to wait tickets will arrive by 6:31. Maybe me but if the event starts at 6:30 I am going to Park well before the event. What terrible customer experience at least Stub Hub helped get a problem resolved with no hassle Ill never use this company again and now will have to fight for a refund.

      This company sold tickets to a Show for $350 and have sent me tickets a month ago. The show is tomorrow and I get an email saying that My tickets are canceled. They will not refund me they want me to wait by my email and if I dont receive my tickets within two hours before the show then they will do something even though they will not tell me what that something is. It takes two hours to get to the Shell plus I need to drop my child off for child care Because they cannot go with me. How is this company in business to sell something that is not even available and this is OK Do Not Use

      They sold me 2 concert tickets that werent secured/verified by the seller. I was called later in the day and told the tickets I purchased werent available, even though my purchase went through fine. They then attempted to sell me tickets to the same concert at a higher price for worse seats.

      The link Vivid Seat sent never delivered tickets as promised. The worst customer service and ticket service. May 31, 2022 we bought two tickets to the *********************** concert at ********************* in ************* on September 21, 2022 at 8 p.m. We never received valid tickets or a valid link for tickets to this event. My Vivid Seats order number is 442472XX. I contacted Vivid Seats several times from May 31, 2022 to September 21, 2022 attempting to receive valid tickets. Each ticket link sent by Vivid Seats gave an error message, not tickets. Vivid Seats gave a 100% guarantee for tickets so we traveled to ************* from Washington **** and stayed in a hotel the night of September 21, 2022. We were never admitted to the event because Vivid Seats emailed invalid links and refused to give us tickets. We missed the event. No barcode for a valid ticket was ever received for order 442472XX. Ticketmaster tried to help us without success. On September 23, 2023 we were told no refund will be issued. I paid over $1000.00 for two fake tickets that I never received. This is fraud, wrongful deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. This is a scam. Buyer beware!

      I purchased tickets through this site but never received the tickets through email as they specified I would after purchase. I ended up having to buy new tickets at the gate of the venue to gain access to the concert.

      Worst experience ever. I bought parking pass for a football game. The seller cancelled the transfer. The only resolution was to try to have the seller reissue it. 4 months!! Nothing. Then game day they said the seller gave proof they transferred the tickets. They couldn't call the seller to send again. But in my account it still showed as processing. I asked to talk to a manager....managers don't take calls. I asked to ve transferred another agent. They said I could call back and hope I got someone new. Every rep told me something different. Worst company ever. Worst experience ever. Never do business with them.

      Paid $1,200 for tickets. Took my money and never delivered tickets. I wouldnt recommend these people for anything.
