  I only wish I could give negative stars. This is the single worst experience Ive ever had purchasing anything in my entire life and Im relatively convinced these people are criminals. They have yet to give me my money back so at this point this company has stolen over a thousand dollars of my money. See below my cut and pasted customer feedback survey I left for them which I think sums up my experience.If I dont get my money back I will be pursuing legal action. You took my money then proceeded to gaslight me for weeks/months. What you did to me and what you clearly have done to thousands of others based on the reviews Im now seeing is abhorrent. Your people waited until 14 mins before the show to finally attempt to look for other tickets I called countless times before starting 2 months before the showtime begging for the tickets to be resent. Each time I spoke with someone it was a new promise. Oh theyre talking to the seller right now youll see it in your inbox in an hour or 2. You should definitely receive them tonight weve made this a priority they are working on it right now and will be sending your tickets in the next few mins just keep monitoring your email you dont need to keep calling just monitor your email these people you have talking to customers have clearly been trained to gaslight and I will be doing everything in my power to expose you. When they finally couldnt keep up the charade any longer 14 mins before the show the woman told me that they looked for other tickets from the venue and there were none left. Which was the only thing she said that I actually suspected was true, but even that turned out to be a lie because we went to the venue and they helped us find new tickets and we had to pay for them AGAIN. The horrible woman I spoke with said I would be hearing from someone in 3-5 days after an investigation, which is unacceptably long. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

  Fraudulent website, DO NOT USE. Tickets will not be delivered on time even if ordered overnight delivery. They say they attempt to deliver within an hour of the event start time which is utter nonsense. Worst customer service ever. Complete rip off. AVOID!!!!

  Worst ticket service I have ever used will never use them again and will be going on all platforms to leave bad review in hopes it deter people from using their website. I purchased a parking pass for a *** game when i tried accessing the pass it just kept taking me to the sign in page for Ticketmaster. I was three cars from the gate so when I got to the gate I had to show my pass and because I was still trying to access the pass they told me I had to either purchase another pass from them there and now or turn around and get out of the line which I had already been in for 30 min I had just purchased the parking pass when I was getting closer to the gate. I have never had any issues like that before so I either had the choice of buying another pass and finding parking and getting to the game on time or getting out of the line and call them to try and get it resolved and then get back in line and basically get into the event late so I decided to buy another parking pass thinking they would refund my money since their pass didnt work but because I didnt contact them they said they couldnt do anything. Worst company to purchase tickets from will never do it again

  Absolutely reprehensible company! DO NOT BUY FROM VIVID SEATS!!!! We purchased tickets through Vivid for a concert. When we showed up to get the tickets, which were ONLY available at Will Call, the were NOT the ones we purchased. They were for a row back and approximately 20 seats away from center. We had purchase up a row and dead center. They put in their disclaimer that you may receive equal or better seats. These were far worse and partially obstructed view. The initial woman we contacted night of the event, noted that the tickets weren't comparable and began an investigation. I followed up five business days late and they said it usually takes 5-7 business days. I followed up on the 8th business day and they said it's still under investigation. I asked to speak a supervisor or someone that can expedite and there is no way to speak with the investigation team or a supervisor. He basically told me I just have to wait. Infuriating and so dishonest. Also, the tickets I was given were far less expensive than the ones I purchased.

  Would like to give them negative stars. Scammers. Bought tickets for Trans Siberian Orchastra turns out its a tribute band. I have emails that all say ************************* When I ****** was told they dont do refunds even though I paid for insurance. Dont buy your tickets thru them

  Bought concert tickets in section 100. Recieved section 400 which is farther back and 1/3 of the cost on vivid seats. They still charged me for section 100 seat costs. They claim the venue changed the name of the section even though I emailed them a screenshot of the venue map which proves it did not change.

  Bought a parking pass to an ******* Braves game through Vivid Seats. Spent about 75 dollars and my parking pass would not transfer electronically. I spoke with customer service which was some woman who barely spoke English. She attempted/gave me the run around and the problem was not solved. She said there was nothing else she could do and I never got my parking pass. I wasted 97 dollars after taxes and other fees. I would not recommend this company/site to anyone unless you want to possibly lose some money and get frustrated.

  I went on Vivid seats for the first time to buy Raiders Tickets and I should have stuck with my gut and bought through ticketmaster, but i decided to try this newer company, which was a HUGEEE mistake. The tickets were $188 advertised (each ) and there were no additional fee's advertised at checkout.... now the fee's were not disclosed until the receipt came in through my Paypal account, which ended up costing me over $500 for these two tickets that were advertised for $376 and then with the exchange rate ( which i knew there would be) it costs me $691 for two tickets that were advertised for $188 each - i called in to talk to them as I wanted a refund since there was no where these fee's were displayed and the customer service rep was very rude and admitted to not disclosing the fee's as she couldnt find them online either when she went to check out and then told me to resell them on their website, which was completely unprofessional and not ethical one bit. This company does not disclose their fee's at the time of the sale, so I would highly recommend to avoid using this company and stick with ticketmaster, even though there fee's are high, but you know what your paying ahead of time and at the end of the day I would have saved almost $100 if i went through ticketmaster.

  9-17-2022 Dont buy any parking services at Vividseats.com. Got my concert tickets but never got my parking ticket at *************. They stated it got transferred to Ticketmaster. They never transferred the ticket parking because it would show with my concert tickets on the Ticketmaster app or website. Now, Vividseats.com will not refund me for services I paid for. Bad service and fast to take your money.
