      What was supposed to be one of the most memorable weekends in my 15-year-old daughters life and mine was a surprise trip from *********, ** to ************* for her very first time to see *********************** in concert in the GA pit at *********************. While I received purchase confirmation for my tickets and assurances that my tickets would come via email in time for the concert, the tickets were never delivered. Rather than enjoying the day in *** seeing exciting sites, I spent hours on the phone with your customer service team to a very disappointing result. I incurred costs for a hotel and flights to go to ************* based upon the ticket assurances for what was supposed to be truly the best day ever. Instead there were many tears and incredible stress.While Vivid Seats was still selling tickets on their website for the same floor seats I ordered, the prices (as it was now the day of the concert) had escalated. They simply said sorry for the inconvenience, There appears to be some sort of mapping issue or problems getting in touch with the seller so they cant replace the confirmed tickets that I was supposed to receive. Instead they were offering seats in the back row of the 200 section for the price that I paid for the pit seats which obviously was not acceptable. There was so much disappointment that this weekend will now be one that my daughter will never forget for all the wrong reasons. Id love to understand how this platform is not being investigated for fraudulent practices. It does not vet sellers (who are price gouging fans in the first place) to ensure that this kind of situation would never happen. Of course they told me this is an isolated case and then I read all the reviews and complaints on here that its happening time and again despite all of the claims of buyer satisfaction and ticket assurances that are emphsized on their website.

      I purchased a parking pass for a Bengals game, when I arrived at the lot it was full and there was no parking attendant supervising the lot. There were at least 5 cars behind me with the same problem. Since then I have contacted them but they refuse to give me a refund.This is not a reputable business in my opinion.

      Bought tickets in good faith from them for our kids to see a show. Arrived at show and double booked seats. Went to get reimbursed with documentation from venue showing doubke booked and they agreed to reimburse our money back but never do after multiple attempts. Absolute Con job. Taking them to small claims court to try and hold them accountable. Stay away from these cons.

      There were complications with delivering my tickets to the buyer. It was a complete hassle but I was told Vivid Seats would get back to me with instructions. They never did and charged me 2x the price of the tickets when I reached out a few days before the event about what to do.
      Never use this site to sell. They are deceptive and don't follow through on what they say they will do. I don't have any experience as a buyer, but frankly just don't trust this business.

      Horrible! I never got my ticket and never got a refund. The “customer service” is horrible. Just pay the extra bucks for Ticketmaster or Stubhub.
      I would give them a zero star review if I could!

      This company doesn't deserve 1 star!! We purchased *** tickets in June, 2022 to attend the game in September 2022 during labor day weekend. The day before, we received an email with directions to access our tickets. Following the directions as directed, we could not access our tickets. The day of the game we still could not access them! After 4 HOURS of numerous phone calls with Vividseats customer service, going around in circles of repeated instructions that we've already completed and them pointing the finger at everyone else, we arrive to the stadium. Tickets were NOT delivered nor were they in our name. Prior to this, my fiance' purchased a phototron ribbon board message following with a proposal! We had to purchase another 6 tickets for nearly $200 in order for this proposal to happen! As middle-class people, dropping extra unnecessary money was not easy as we had spent $200 on an Uber to get to the stadium. We missed the first inning along with other plans and cherishable memories that were nearly ruined!! This was my first time seeing this team live and at home stadium! Vividseats states as their guarantee "tickets will be delivered the day before the event or money back" which, they were not delivered and they refuse to reimburse us! They also state "customers deserve hassle-free assistance from start to finish". This ENTIRE experience has been the complete opposite of hassle free! **************** cannot take any accountability, lack empathy and have atrocious service! You can guarantee we will NEVER purchase tickets through them again and will make sure no one else does either!

      Do not use Vivid Seats. Its a scam. They promised my concert tickets 48, then 24 hours in advance of the show. They did not deliver them as they promised. If for any reason you need to resell the tickets, you cant because they can literally can give them to you 1 minute before the event begins. And from what I understand, many people just dont ever get their tickets. *** spent far too many hours trying to get this resolved and a ridiculous amount of stress. Read the fine print of their 100% buyer guarantee and youll see that the only ones protected are themselves. This company should not be allowed to be in business.

      I would first like to say, I purchased a parking pass so my handicapped mother would not have to walk far to get to the Orioles game. I could not access the pass after it was purchased! Tried to call customer service, not open on a Sunday. I had to wait until Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) to speak to someone! The customer service is atrocious and the people you talk to arent helpful at all! 2nd, OVER PRICED and Customer is is horrific! 3rd - they give you the run around telling you to call the vendor, in this case ******** Baseball League whos customer service refers you right back to ********************** and customer service is a pathetic example of what NOT to do! I spoke to the ***************** ticket office and followed up with an email to make sure they post on their website to NOT be scammed by this company! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

      Vivid seats is a scam. They stole over $200 from me on concert tickets I never received. Terrible customer service that told us go to the venue trust us we will fix this. Their idea of fixing was trying to replace our tickets with less valuable tickets.
