      A 100% scam organization. THEY WILL SELL YOUR INFORMATION TO PHISHING WEBSITES.They will not allow you for a sale or refund of your tickets. They will tell you to sell your tickets on another website, do not do this, your tickets will not work and you will be in a mess with a different company.If you go through your credit card company to try and get your money back, Vivid seats will sell all of your info to a scam farm, and you will receive phishing phone calls with people trying to steal your credit card information. I ended up having to cancel my credit card after using this company. If you still want to try to use this company, I would recommend buying identity theft protection first.

      On September 30, 2021 I placed an order with Vivid Seats for 9 tickets for a **** football game at *************. Order#********. I never received the tickets to upload, I received an email but could never upload the tickets. Days before the event I was on the phone with customer service in an attempt to resolve this issue but to no avail. I was on hold for over an hour each time. **************** representatives assured me that they would get this resolved and I would receive the ticket for the *********** until the day of the event still no tickets but was told I could get them with assisted at the stadium. Went to the stadium with my group without tickets and the ticket box office couldn't help. At this time it was nearing the start of the game therefore I had to purchase 9 additional tickets in order to attend this event. I was charged by Vivid Seats and disputed the charges with my credit card company but controverted and I never received my credit. I couldn't believe this was happening because my experience with Vivid in the past was very good but this experience has cause them to lose a customer and the consumers should be aware of this horrible service. I have receipts of my purchase for both orders.

      I bought Red Wings tickets on line, costing $155 through Vivid. I couldnt redeem them at the counter and after trying Vivid would not refund my money.

      Vivid Seats is a SCAM. 100% buyer guarantee is not a guarantee! Do not waste your time or money. This is not a trust worthy site to buys tickets from. I am now out $273 because a live person will not respond on live chat. Contacted them before my event for help with my tickets and I finally got a response 5 days after the event.

      I bought "premium" seats to ************ I bought them 2 years ago, and covid happened. They refused to refund me, even though ************ was refunding everyone. *********** rescheduled 3 times, and so I didn't get my actual tickets sent to me until the day before the concert. Once I get the real tickets, it says my view will be obstructed, and I won't be able to see the stage. Reached out to the company, and ******* told me that they couldn't do anything to refund the tickets, even if i planned on just exchanging them for a view of any kind. Spent 600 dollars on this concert, so I would suggest you don't use the Vivid Seats, they are dishonest and have poor business practices. They overprice tickets and make you believe you are getting a great seat and view when you won't have a view at all. I cant believe I paid 600 bucks to stare at the sound equipment tower. Literally want to cry, but I'm so mad I can't. Buy direct from ticketmaster, I wish I had searched the reviews before I bought my tickets.

      If I could give minus stars I would. "Purchased" extra ticket for baseball game. Order sat in processing waiting for seller confirmation for about an hour. Tried chatting with customer service and they were useless. Not long after the ticket was canceled because the ticket was no longer available. Site says instant download mobile tickets. Pure BS. Had to buy ticket from another outlet where price had increased $50. Avoid at all costs.

      I purchased a parking pass to a concert. When I got to the event, the parking was FREE. Vivid seats sold tickets for an item in which there was no charge. I called for a refund immediately, and they refused.

      Bought and paid for tickets two days before concert because I was guaranteed I would have the tickets that same day. Spent over 45 minutes on chat the next day because I didnt receive them, while they tried to figure out where my tickets were and contact the seller of the tickets. They guaranteed they would be sent that night. They werent. I woke up the next day and got ready to Check to see if the tickets have been delivered and they had, but when I clicked the link that went to Ticketmaster, a penguin with a flag popped up and it read oops that page cant be found. Vivid tickets is now telling me to go ahead and go to the concert and they will have them before hand. I cant trust them or the seller right now. This is a total waste of my time and its going to ruin my sons birthday. They guaranteed me verbally over the phone today that I would have the tickets before the concert. If I dont have them, Im going to hold that guarantee over their heads.

      We purchased 3 tickets to ********** game Got an email said has been delivered we never received them . So I called customer service she took us on a wild goose chase with a website that was a foot long still no tickets . Had to call credit card ** and cancel it out and had to reorder from another vendor . Vivid seats is a total scam with no money back guarantee ! We learned our ****** with vivid seats never to use them again and no one else should ever go thru these ppl !!
