      The absolute WORST company that I have ever tried to work with in buying concert tickets!! The customer service is horrible, and they make all kinds of empty promises just to try to convince you not to cancel your order, even when it is readily apparent that you will NOT receive your tickets as scheduled or as requested. They refused to send me my tickets electronically or via email after they had been mailed to the wrong address, claiming that the tickets had to be physical tickets, even though the initial email that I got from them confirming the purchase of the tickets said that they would be "special delivery" and that I would receive the tickets electronically to show on my mobile device. When I received an email telling me that the tickets had been mailed to me at the wrong address, I called them immediately, but they refused to do anything substantial to resolve the issue and refused to send the tickets to me electronically or have them left at will call for me.Overall, the fees are way too high, their customer service is nothing better than totally useless, and their "100% guarantee" is complete and utter nonsense. NEVER use this company to buy concert tickets!!It is a total scam!!

      I bought 4?tickets to a celebrity basketball game in ******* ** the day before the event. They never sent my e tickets. I reached out to customer service 3 times and they assured me I would receive my tickets before the event. The fourth call I was told the order was not processed even though my card was charged and all the seats were sold out so we missed the event on top of being charged.I will never buy tickets from them again.

      We bought tickets for Moulin Rouge on Broadway, the morning of the show. The show was cancelled that day, and the 2 days afterwards because the crew had COVID. We were supposed to get a full refund. Vivid Seats told me via email "You will not get a refund because our sources say the show DID happen." No it did not. I contacted the theater directly and they again said the show was cancelled on that date. I asked Vivid Seats who their source was, and they wouldnt say, wouldn't let me talk to a manager, wouldn't talk to me on the phone, wouldn't give me a refund. THEY'RE HORRIBLE. I got the money back on my credit card from my credit card company. THEY ARE LYING!!!!!!!!

      Bought tickets for *********************** at ********* ** , Concert was postponed no idea when to be rescheduled probably not this year , Ticket Master is offering refunds VIVID SEATS will not refund , DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

      Horrible customer service!!! Never received tickets and was told no way to get a refund. Funny that they have the word guaranteed all over the website. Worthless company that doesnt stand behind their word! They promise to help and do nothing and act like there is nothing they can do. I paid them for a service they didnt provide.

      Concert buyers be aware! Do not ever buy concert tickets from @VividSeats I recently purchased front row tickets for a concert a week from tonight. They notified me today saying they can't fulfill my order now and offered me seats in the 21st row. I recommend @StubHub

      I purchased 2 tickets for the Tennessee vs Alabama football game. The tickets were labeled Lower level Section X2 Row 2. My confirmation email and additional correspondence had the same description. The tickets were emailed today with the same description. I accepted them and found out they were section XX2, which is the top section. When I contacted Vivid Seats they told me they are responsible for the actual section. Also, I accepted the tickets so they cant refund me. I feel like I was scammed with a bait and switch marketing strategy. Super disappointed with how they handled this situation.

      Horrible company. I bought 4 tickets to a Polo G concert 6 months ago. The concert was "postponed" due to snow. It still hasn't been rescheduled 6 months later. I called to get my $307 refunded because I can't use the tickets any longer. I waited for half a year, but the company hides behind their "policy" that they can't give refunds. They told me to sell the tickets. Who is going to buy 4 tickets to an imaginary concert that *** never happen? They charged me over $300 for a service they didn't provide. I understand that things happen and if the concert was rescheduled, they could reissue the tickets. In this case, the party that was going has all gone off to college and will no longer be able to attend. The customer service agent just reads off his script and says that the concert could happen sometime in the future. Could be 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, etc. It's the equivalent of theft by a corporation. Seriously bad form. IF it was a legit organization, they could refund anyone that wants it and resell their own tickets IF the concert ever happens. I will never buy from them again and I recommend you don't either!

      Awful experience. Want to spread the word so no one else experiences the let down that I did. Bought two tickets $160 each for a show. The tickets said event starts at 8pm. I arrived at 7:45 and had already missed the band I paid to see. Heartbroken is an understatement! When I tried chatting VS urgent line, no one replied. I called the next morning only to get scripted, cold responses telling me times are subject to change, I shouldve checked with the venue, and that I accepted their terms and conditions so they couldnt give a refund, credit, or anything. Super disappointing experience overall. I wont support this business again.
