      ************** Had a series of pop *** which all of which I declined led to an unauthorized $2500 charge . Contacted them. Given an option for credit but no refund, completely unauthorized. I had to cancel my card and it became a nightmare. Complete sham of a company.

      Absolutely awful customer service. Absolute scam. Sooooooooooo unsatisfied. Will never use this company again. I will let everyone know how terrible this company is because this is absolutely awful.

      Tried to get parking for an event. Vivid charged my card the $1 to see if it was verified and... held onto it until they received a better offer. This is just a high end scalper site. Be very wary of them.

      Bought yankee game tickets over $500. My husband and sons drove over an hour to be told the tickets were invalid. Vividseats.com over sold the seats. They were on the phone over an hour and never even given replacement tickets. They missed the whole game. Disgusting and unacceptable!!

      Terrible company. I purchased 6 concert tickets in February 2020. The event ended up getting delayed until August 2022. First, they would not give money back during the 2.5 year delay, despite many tries. We have since moved out of the area (10 hours away now) but made a whole weekend of it to go back for the event. We did not sell or transfer any of the tickets. We were denied entrance at the door and ultimately told to call vivid seats. We did, we missed 1 hour of the scheduled event as we stood in the rain and spent that time on the phone with their poor customer service. Eventually the tickets were transferred to ticketmaster and we got in. Following the event they sent us a questionaire to get more info about the event, we filled it out in hopes of getting some money back as this was 100% their fault. Ultimately they gave us enough money back to cover their service charge ($150) and were VERY unhelpful in answering questions. They placed the blame on someone else for the reason the tickets didn't work, though they were the ones that sold them to me. I will not be using this company any more as they are not reliable and do not care to provide good customer service. I DO NOT recommend using this company.

      This is by far the WORST company ever. I am being ripped off for $371.00 for 2 tickets I purchased to a concert that was cancelled because of Covid. The concert was rescheduled twice, and when my husband and I drove to PA from OH, are tickets were declined. I called them, emailed them, and cannot seem to get their ACCESS DENIAL FORM in order to get a refund. I am contacting my attorney and ***. As a rating TRASH is not an option, but that is what they are.

      Purchased tickets to for a *** event. Upon receiving the confirmation email for accepting the tickets I received an error message. I reached out to customer service at ********************** where they gave me the run around. The first rep told me that the link would work 2 hours prior to the event (that was a lie, I can see the barcode for events days in advance depending on venue). After trying to accept my tickets through the day, I decided to call Vivid again and they told me to reach out to Ticketmaster since they were the ones who have the ticket. I went to them and explained the situation and they told me that since Vivid seats were the original point of purchase, I would have to reach out to them for a refund. Long story short, I went to the *** venue and I had to purchaser new tickets since the tickets that I purchased from Vivid seats did not work!!! The Ticketmaster rep at the box off looked attempted to look my info up and found no record of me owning the tickets. The next day I called Vivid seats to inform them that I was not able to obtain access to the venue with the tickets I purchased (this is the same rep from the previous day). The rep said its nothing she could do and no refund could be issued since Vivid seats sent me an email with the ticketing link (the link that I stated on numerous occasions) that did not work. Up until this incident I would have recommended Vivid seats to anyone but with the poor customer service and lack of customer care I will no longer use them for my venue needs. I have spend thousands of dollars with the company and I would have thought that they could have took care of a member of their club. I guess Im just the typical customer.

      Wow, after reading dozens of awful reviews all I can say is my complaint is just like all the rest they are a scam site that just skirts above the law. I do have a much lower opinion of BBB now whose rating is enabling them to continue as a legal scammer!

      They sold me a parking pass for a concert at *************** for $85 plus tax plus handling fee for total of $114.58 The spot is located AT A RESTAURANT a few miles from MetLife!!!!!! HOW THE **** ARE 4 people walking to the show!!!????? Via route 3!??????? PAY MORE $ for an Uber??NO REFUNDS. SNEAKY B******* I will NEVER use them again and telling all my friends the same.

      Purchased tickets for concert in ************* *****. Was instructed to download an app called *** and was told that it will have my tickets. Arrived at the venue, the *** app allowed me to get in the door but when they were looking for the ticket, they couldnt find it in my *** app. ************* staff had to connect me to their wifi to access info on my app but no avail. At this time, the show has already started and we were refused entry. It was so frustrating coz we drove to ***** for the show and secured our hotel rooms too, only to miss the show. When I called customer service after, the first guy was so rude that he didnt even want to hear me out. He kept on saying they transferred the tix to the *** app and it should be there and that they will not refund. I kept on telling him that it wasnt ********** kept on saying it is my problem coz the internet is poor. The venue staff helped me connect to their wifi and they navigated my *** app to see the tix but unsuccessful. Spoke to **************** #2 and she said she will send me a form to formally put in my grievance and resolution will be done in 3-5 days so impt for me to complete the form. No form was sent despite me following up 2x. After several days, got an email that their investigation showed they transferred the tix to me so they wont do anything about this. With that said, vivid seats is basically telling me that my concern is not real. Therefore, I challenge Vivid seats to prove to me that ************* scanned the seats vivid seats sold me and that I went in to see the show. To this date, my *** account is not showing purchase history! I even purchased insurance with this transaction . Spent money to travel to ************* for nothing. We were totally embarrassed as the staff were still helping me to look for out tix several mins after show started. My first time using vivid seats & this is my experience? I will never use it again & I will tell everyone in my circle to stay away from them.
