      This is my worth expirience buying tickets on line. The company should be out of business ASAP! They sold me two tickets for $275.00 the price for these tickets only $40 .00 for two. When I called and asked for refund, they refused and told me I have to resale these tickets .I hope this information will warn all future customers!!@

      We purchased tickets for a Loona concert and selected our seats for the **********, ** venue. However, there were no SEATS. Our tickets were for Row GA2 and seats *******. There was no room, no SEATS! We spent 45 mins on their site selecting our seats! I contacted them and they couldn't compensate us at least half of what we paid for ... unless the concert cancelled or the tickets weren't delivered. We were 100 ppl deep and saw the top of the band members hands .... We expected assigned seats/chairs.

      Ridiculous. No one in this company speaks clearly, they are 100% scripted with a run around to refuse to help. They will not help you get to a manager or someone you can understand. I purchased tickets $400! on 1/22/2020 for a concert to be held 6/27/20. Bring on the covid excuse- rescheduled to 7.8.21, then 8.14.22. It was rescheduled to a 4:30 on Sunday time frame- no doable for anyone! I have called over 20 times and online chatted at least 10. Told repeatedly they won't refund, the reason I couldn't see my tickets was that the ***** hadn't released them? So now that I cannot attend, normally you'd sell them- well cannot do that because they aren't available in the mobile app. For over a year the tickets were supposed to be available 8/11/22, NOW on 8.12.22 I am being told they have until 2 hours before the event to make tickets available to me. They will not tell me the seat numbers; the venue has nothing transferred to My name; and all they will say is you will get the tickets before event. I live 5 hours away, I cannot wait 2 hours before to know if I have tickets! I cannot even attempt to sell them because I don't have them. This company is a scam, they have horrible ratings, and I cannot figure out how they are even in business! Zero stars, I wish an attorney would contact me and I could recoup for the time, stress and money I have lost.

      I thought I was buying tickets directly from the artist/venue. Vivid Seats charged me over double and charged me over $200 for a service fee. This company poses as the artist and venue when searching for tickets over the internet. Every time I called and explained the situation they disconnected my call. How is this legal practice? This company needs to be investigated.

      I purchased concert tickets for ******************* with *************************. ****************** was the only one we were interested in seeing. I called a week before the concert as I noticed I only had one QR code ticket and should have two. On the call the sales person read the tickets were for ******************* and Snarky Puppy. I asked what happened to *************************. I was told he was not performing although the web site still showed *************************. I asked for a refund as we only wanted to see *************************. Was told to go sell the tickets and they would not refund the money. I said it should not be for me to sell them and they should. They said no. A headliner changed and they would not consider that valid for refunding the money.

      Awful company. I searched their website for Titans tickets (I live in *********) I bought four tickets and realized the game is in ******** reached out and no refunds like really I just bought them. They make it seem like it will be instantly transferred but they do t even have them yet, have no idea what the number of seats are so I can try to flip them instead of taking a **** dollar loss. Very shady dealings I really wished I wouldve read reviews instead of listening to my friend. Horrible horrible horrible people.

      they use scare tactics to make you not report them, they sell you things without a recpeit of good or services, they only are out to protect sellers and not the consumers

      NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM HERE!!! I was just scammed on 8/5 for close to $400!!!! I bought tickets for a concert and never received them but the seller said they were delivered to my account via mobile transfer. I was told the seller sent a picture verifying that they were sent so that's proof they were delivered. I called and troubleshooted with customer service for over an hour while standing outside of the concert venue - WHILE the concert was going on. They couldn't help me and I asked to file a dispute and was told I could not. I had to go to the box office at the venue and buy 4 new tickets to get into the concert that I drove 4 hrs to. I have proof the tickets never went into my account, I have the 4 tickets that I bought that night and I have an hour phone conversation with someone from vivid seats that can verify that I never received that tickets and they will not issue a refund!! I am highly upset that I had to deal with this situation on my birthday and was scammed out of this money!!!

      I purchased tickets to an *** game months ago, and still have not received the tickets. I have attempted numerous times to contact them regarding this, and all I have received is canned responses regarding them being a secondary market with good relationships with ticket sellers. However, from reviewing their website in regards to both ticket purchasing and ticket selling, it is clear that Vivid allows sellers to violate Vivid's own terms and conditions for sellers. The tickets I purchased were not marked as a 'zone seller', and the reasons given for delay in provision of those tickets was that the box office may not make them available until closer to the date of the event. I contacted the box office specifically, and they confirmed all tickets have been released, and were quite some time ago.Therefore, the failure of the supplier to provide the tickets either means that the seller does not have the tickets and listed them without having them or access to them (which Vivid's website prohibits for sellers), or Vivid has taken zero action in regards to following up about those tickets, despite repeated requests. It seems that Vivid allows sellers to 'zone sell', even without marking them as such. This is confirmed when you look at their website where Vivid is allowing sellers to sell tickets to rows that do not exist in the subject stadium!!Every chat I have had with anyone from Vivid ends up with canned responses and they end the chat unilaterally each and every time. Their customer service is rude and ill-equipped to deal with even the most ordinary requests for information.
