Absolutely a scam. This website sells you tickets from a chain of other resellers and never sells you the actual ticket. They wait to buy and never have the tickets in hand. The Seat Saver policy should be investigated by the government. This place is a complete and utter scam.This company should be shut down and outlawed. Fraud and terrible consumer treatment. My customer service ********** T was excellent she was extremely patient and I feel she was quite thorough in letting me know what I was purchasing.I found the process of accessing the tickets very cumbersome and I am not sure they are actually on my ******** flying from ******* to ******** to see this concert so if it turns out the tickets dont work I will be VERY upset. But I cannot fault my **** and fingers crossed that my tickets are really in my phone and are ******** advice is not to make downloading the tickets so cumbersome.Review fromKatie H

I had a very frustrating experience. I paid for tickets but never received them. The website wouldn't let me log into my accountit kept sending a verification email and then deleting my cart. I finally placed the order as a guest, but my email address auto-corrected to the wrong one.I contacted customer service right away. The first ****** I spoke with was helpful and said they would update the email so I could receive my tickets. Unfortunately, I never got them. When I followed up, another representative told me they couldnt provide the tickets after ****** this point, Ive paid for something I never received, and the support has been inconsistent. Im extremely disappointed and would caution others to double-check everything before buyingbecause if something goes wrong, it might not get fixed.Vivid Seats LLC

Tickets were never accessible. Terrible customer service. After MULTIPLE attempts reaching out to customer service I finally get through and they deny my request due to incorrect reasons. I try to tell them why it's incorrect and am back in the loop of multiple attempts to get in touch with them.Vivid Seats LLC

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered ******* Cup playoff tickets a week in advance. The order said I would have them by 6/9 which is the day of the event. I chatted with support the evening of 6/8 due to not having the tickets. They basically said there was nothing they could do. Here it is the day of the event, we have a 3 hour drive to the event, and still no tickets. I chatted with support, still nothing they can do but they will refund if the tickets don't show up. THAT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME!! We bought a hotel and have a long drive. They won't contact the seller either, just keep blowing me off. This is ridiculous, $950 purchase. BUYER BEWARE.Vivid Seats LLC

Hey ****, your tickets are guaranteed as with any purchase you make with us. The tickets for your event were transferred to you last year over ***. We recommend reaching out to AXS support if you still are not seeing the tickets as the event date approaches, as they may be able to tell you if the tickets were sold or transferred by you to another person - we do not have any access to your tickets at any point and cannot sell them on your behalf without your express consent. If you're certain you didn't send the tickets elsewhere or try to resell them, then they should reactivate before the event. Tickets purchased through vividseats in January 2024 for a show originally scheduled August 2024. Tickets never showed up. Concert was moved to July 2025 and I still do not have tickets. I contacted *** and they have no record of this and told me to contact vividseats since that is where i purchased the tickets. I have contacted Vividseats customer support several times in the last nine months and am told there is nothing else they can do and that they won't refund me.Review fromMary L

Terrible. Was promised first row in order and received 3rd row from last. Paid almost 4 x the amount the ticket is worth. Tried to communicate with Vivid Seats about the discrepancy and they said once you buy, you are committed - no refunds. I tried to explain that my original order was for first row as stated on the email I received from Vivid Seats but when I received my tickets, it was third row from last. They do not vet the sellers to make sure they are selling the tickets that are originally ordered. Asked for refund but no refunds are given. Would not ever use Vivid Seats again.Vivid Seats LLC

Not even a 1 star for this company. We had a game on May 31st to see the Savannah ******* and my original tickets were never able to be accessed. Myself, my child, my 84yr old *********** friend could not access the game before it started AS IT STATES IN THE ***** GUARANTEE. Vivid seats IT department could not figure out how to access the tickets. We were switched tickets from $224/ea to $40/ea and VIVID SEATS WILL NOT HONOR THEIR ***** GUARANTEE POLICY. I have called at least 5 times, supervisor was supposed to call but never has, I get the run around anytime I call or chat. Part of the ***** GUARANTEE is Hassle and stress free..... not it is very stressful and very much a hassle . It is not June 3rd and I am still dealing with this to get my money back. I have ordered tickets on Vivid Seats dozens of times over many years and have never had an issue. I purchased specific tickets to a baseball game because of the section and location in the ballpark. When I finally received the tickets the day before the event, they were for a different section. After speaking with customer service I was told that the tickets were part of a "seat saver" program. I have never heard of such a thing. They told me my tickets were in an upgraded section and closer to home plate. While true it was closer to home plate, I did not consider this an upgrade. I specifically purchased the tickets I selected and am now stuck with seats somewhere else. The section I selected was special, so I expect to receive seats from that section. I was only told that there was information about this program when I purchased the tickets, but nothing was seen. How can a seller be allowed to list a ticket for sale if they are not in possession or ownership of the tickets. The company has done nothing to make this right other than essentially tell me I should read better. I can read well enough to see a specific section and seat to buy. This is unfortunate, avoidable, misleading, and bordering on fraudulent.Avery C

Since I posted this review, Vivid Seats customer service contacted me to try and fix the situation. The baseball game has already passed, so there was no way to change the outcome of the seat location, but they did help me. I was informed that seats in the Chophouse sections of *********** would no longer be available for sale under their "seat saver" program because certain amenities and perks of the Chophouse can not be replicated in other sections. That way, what happened to me will not happen to others in the future. They were nice enough to issue me a full refund for my order and also sent me a $20 gift card to use for my next purchase. I do hope they will make seats with this program more obvious in the future, especially if it becomes more popular. But in the meantime, they made the situation right. Like I said in my initial review, I use Vivid Seats a lot, and I will continue to do so. I understand that most people will not come and write a review if there are no issues, so that is why there are a lot of negative comments on their BBB page. But I have had dozens of positive experiences with Vivid Seats and there have never been any other issues. If I could amend my initial rating I would put this up to either 4 or 5 stars.Vivid Seats LLC
