I am 68 and paid monthly for 5 months to purchase ****** ****** tickets so that I could take my granddaughter for her 14th birthday. I was diagnosed with a rare,aggressive female cancer ,had a surgery and thought I was going to be ok and had3 months to recover before the concert. In April I was told I needed another major surgery, scheduled for May ******. I tried resale them with no success. I had a sales **** at vivid sales post them as well and nothing. I had a very intensive, major surgery and attempted several times to get my money refunded in full or atleast part of it. Many phone calls promising it was being reviewed and I would receive a call back .No one called. I was even told I was being sent an email to fill out the form and it would be reviewed by personal since it was a situation out of my control.I never got the email so again called and again was on the line and on hold for 30 or more minutes only to be told I would receive an email . To answer and send back,nothing came to my email.Toral price was ****** for 2 tickets and charges. My means of support is Social security and for no compensation or return money from the seller is absurd. This is a financially strong business and I am an elder living paycheck to paycheck and can not control a devastating disease that required immediate care. I am still in recovery and am so tired of contacting vivid seats ,waiting and waiting on the phone and being told untruths. They are not sympathetic or hold tto what they say. I understand their policy but under my circumstances I was told they could help. No they haven't.

Scam-Like Practices Do Not Trust Vivid Seats I purchased two tickets from Vivid Seats for an upcoming sporting event after their site claimed less than 1% of tickets remain. The listing showed a specific section and row, which led me to believe these were real, available seats. I paid over $1,700, only to find out later no actual seat numbers were assignedjust a generic section and row.After investigating further, I discovered that tickets for this event hadnt even gone on sale yet. The official sale date is June 4, 2025, but I purchased mine on May 31stmeaning Vivid Seats sold me tickets they clearly didnt have access to. When I called to cancel, their customer service *** refused, citing their all sales are final policyeven though they cant confirm the tickets are real or even ********* can a company claim to be a resale marketplace while selling tickets before they're publicly available? This isnt just misleadingits borderline fraudulent.Vivid Seats is engaging in speculative listings that trick customers into buying tickets they dont actually possess. Its a dangerous and unethical business practice. Avoid this platform at all costs, especially for major events. Youre gambling with your money and may end up with nothing.Vivid Seats LLC

We can assure you that the tickets you purchased are real and the seller intends to fulfill your order with tickets in the listed section and row, or a slightly better location (as in, a row or two in front of the listed location, for instance). This order is not part of our Seat Saver program, so that means the seller has the tickets in-hand or has secured tickets before they listed them on our platform. Sellers can sometimes get early access to tickets, occasionally through a special presale before the public gets access to buying tickets, and that may be because they have an ongoing relationship with the venue, the event organizers, or even one of the participants in the match. Regardless of the reason, they will be fulfilling your order as promised, and in the unlikely event that they should not be able to follow-through, we've got your back and will do what we can to ensure you get to experience the action live and in person.Review fromMeagan H

Purchased the first 4 aisle tickets in the first row of a section for additional leg room. Very specifically purchased these tickets for a reason. Never received order confirmation email from vivid. Concert on 5/30/25, chatted with customer service 5/28/25 since tickets not received. Went through troubleshooting, stated they need an alternative email to send tickets. 5/30/25, day of ************ no tickets. Called customer service, was hung up on. Completed troubleshooting again, still nothing. I decided to login into Ticketmaster account (not through link provided) and found the tickets, but they were not for aisle and first to seating. They were one row up (last row of the section and in the very middle of the row). Spoke to 2 agents of the escalation team, without resolution. She emailed me terms and conditions discussing seat saver nothing found. I specifically purchased the tickets I selected and am now stuck with horrible cramped seating and the worst customer service interaction of my life.Vivid Seats LLC

I thought I was on the official website of the event I wanted to attend. I was actually on Vivid Seats. I bought two tickets to an event, which have a face value of $76 (total cost $152), for $318. I consider this scalping and would never recommend this company.Vivid Seats LLC

I wouldnt recommend. They are a reseller, charge exorbitant service fees and are deceptive. I paid twice as much for tickets than I should have. **************** not helpful. I dont even want to go to concert now. Not sure how they received an A plus rating.Vivid Seats LLC
