if i could leave zero stars i would. I have always bought my tickets through vivid seats and usually dont have problems. the last two times i bought them i had major issues. i bought a 3 day pass to sand in my boots festival and never received my tickets. it was the week before the event and the tickets were supposed to arrive a lot sooner than that in the mail (wristbands) . they never arrived. i called multiple times and they said they couldnt help me and kept assuring me the tickets were on the way and i would get them in time. I received 3 different tracking numbers and didnt get a package in the mail until the night before the concert. when i received the package it came completely EMPTY. i called vivid seats and they said they would have the seller send them again- who sent us an empty box in the first place. it was too late as the concert started the next day. contacted vivid seats for a refund and they wouldnt give me one or issue me new tickets. My friend,sister and I had the best time of our life in Downtown *********, ********* going to the Fiserv Forum to see **** ******* live in Concert.The house was packed with all his fans and we were part of his fan club who just love and support him. The concert was excellent and the staff at the forum was excellent as well. Thank you Vivid seats for showing the seating and arrangement of us getting our tickets on line. They scammed my friend and I out of over $1600 in tickets, falsely claiming that the package that was delivered to me came with instructions regarding our ticket which it 100% did not. I ended up having to spend another $1600 in order to gain access to the event and the representatives were nothing but unhelpful, fake nice, and not only did they not resolve the issue, but amplified the issue by blatantly committing fraud by lying saying that my package came with instructions and it did not at all. I will never use vivid seats again, and I hope their unscrupulous business practices will be brought more to the forefront which Im sure it will, based on the disgusting borderline criminal behavior that they engaged in. They not only ruined my concert experience, but they lied about it too.Vivid Seats LLC
