******* was an excellent customer service representative. I hadn't purchased tickets before through Vivid and he helped me every step of the way. It took a little while, but that was a good thing because he took the time to explain to a rookie like me what the best course of action was. I got better seats for the game then I thought I could get and at a lower price than I thought I could get. I'm happy to say it was a very positive experience. Thank you very much!!Vivid Seats LLC

After many attempts to purchase tickets and being left with no money and no concert tickets, kept getting cancelled and all the representatives kept saying is let's try another card. Apparently my Information could not be verified through their system and they kept trying to redirect it to my bank. Then they tell me to attempt a different email address yet they tell me that I cant use other information. Go to stub hub or ticketmaster. You may end up paying a few dollars more but you will at least get to your show.Vivid Seats LLC

Tickets were transferred in a manner not acceptable at *********** (outside of ballpark app). I informed customer service and asked for tickets in an acceptable manner or for a refund. I even pointed them to fenways entry rules as listed on their website. I was flat out called a liar and refused a refund by Vivid customer service even as I was at ****** being told by the ticket agent that what I had received was not acceptable. I was denied entry and forced to buy another ticket to enter the ******* game. Horrible experience.Vivid Seats LLC
